The counter person at store was quite nice and pleasant. That’s when it went down hill. I paid to have my package shipped overnight. Very expensive. I elected to have it arrive the next day before 10:30am. The package did not arrive until 2 1/2 days after the scheduled time. First customer service agent hung up on me. The next one was impossible to understand. The manager informed me that it was a weather delay. Not quite sure what weather delay causes a 2 1/2 day delay. They also could not identify where it was so they opened a case. When I asked for a reduction in shipping cost there answer was weather and COVID.DONE WITH FEDEX!!!!!!!!!! They deserve 0 stars.

I had an issue with a 10:30 am FedEx delivery and Alina stayed on top of the package delivery for me the whole day. She really went above and beyond. Alina even called to tell me that the package was finally delivered. I highly recommend this FedEx store. Great customer service. Alina is the best!

I showed up 10 minutes before close today and the manager told me that he wouldn’t take my 1 package.I apologized for coming late. I said it was the fastest I could get there and it was urgent - and he replied “well you should have planned your day better”..........WOW.

They are thiefs. I payed for the shipmentnt 661.61 dollars, and the true price was 324 dollars. And they said my laptop will be in Colombia in December 04/2020, and it wasnt . I called and they said I have to pay 560 dollars more in taxes, and in Colombia nobody pays for a laptop 50% of taxes. They are thiefs and dirty. Dont go this place, you will have a bad time.

The guys at this location made it as difficult as possible to ship my package. To the point that the employee was unable to complete menial tasks. They must be pretty desperate at FedEx to hire people that can’t even tie their shoe laces.

My experience at this fedex was by far the worst experience and worst customer service i have ever received. I went there to deliver my package, which was a speaker that was on wheels which clearly means it can’t be shipped in a box, it also came with a cover . She deliberately kept telling me that i can not ship my package without a box and denied me shipping it out because they did not have the proper size box for my package . So she then proceeded to tell me to go to another location further from their fedex store to purchase a custom made box that was pricing up to 100 dollars just to ship my item . I kept telling her that this item can be shipped without a box and she just did not listen . This store manager had no common sense at all . We went to another fedex location, where a gentlemen assisted us and shipped out our package with no problem . Said it was perfect to be shipped out just like that . THE MANAGER AT THE LEVITOWN FEDEX LOCATION DOES NOT KNOW WHAT SHE IS DOING . Giving customers a hard time . I applaud the man at the Stewart fedex location .

This location specifically and FedEx in general is the absolute worst nightmare!!!The location opens whenever they feel like! Sometimes 11am instead of 7!Whenever you call this location, they claim the computer is down and transfer you to customer service!Never had an on time delivery! Its always a project with Fedex.Never had any problems with UPS or USPS.

Lady working was nice but when I checked my credit card statement I was over charged by almost triple the price of the original end price on the self serve computer. Annoyed that they said I have to drive all the way back just for them to even to look at the transaction, especially when it was their mistake. Disappointed. I wonder how many other people were over charged and havent noticed.I have another order that was going to be over $50 and I wont be going back I will find somewhere else.

Linda, the manager at this location is one of the most passive-aggressive people I have ever done business with. She refused my courier when they appeared with my item for packing/shipping, doing so, even after, I previously established contact with her directly an hour earlier. Only after I contacted her district manager and FedEx Customer Serv did she begrudgingly accept my item. Then she didnt quote services or choices, she proceeded to ship my item the most expensive way possible, and charged it to my FedEx account without advance notice. She unnecessarily wasted my time, my courriers time, her district managers time, Customer Serv agent time and her own time if she just did what she should have done in the first place. She is failing at delivering the purple promise. Now Ill have to spend additional time resolving the mess tomorrow with Global Customer Serv., in follow-up. Linda is an obviously disgruntled manager.

When I fax the told me theyre going to take $2 .49 but when I check my bank statement it was freaking $10. Top of that Sunday 12:00 still theyre not even open
