Stephen is always the ultimate customer service rep. As busy as he is, he still takes the time to help you with questions. I have brought my jeep to this location for service for many years completely based on the service I get from those in the garage and from Stephen.

Unfortunately I got a flat tire but thankfully Goodyear was able to take care of this unfortunate issue. We buy our tires from Goodyear so Steven was able to locate the tire that was needed in a timely manner replace the tire and put the spare back in its place. Cannot say enough kind words on the pleasant personalities and quick service I received today. Thanks!

On August 11, 2021 i called Goodyear Tire Store and spoke with Kevin Posey about needing four new tires for my Honda Accord. He found the best tires for my car. Ordered them for me, and had them installed the same day, along with a alignment. I have had good luck with Goodyear Tires over the years. Love them.

I picked up a screw in one of my tires and needed it changed. I made an appointment online, but when I got there to check in, they didnt have record of it at all. Thankfully they took my car anyway and stayed late to get it fixed. I really appreciate the effort. There were only two guys working with 8 bays full of cars, so I know they were under the gun. The manager was visibly frustrated, but I cant fault him for that when he has no control over what the online schedule stuff is like. Very thankful they helped me out. I would NOT recommend scheduling an appointment online. Not sure what the deal is, but I would advise calling to set up an appointment rather than doing it online.

Want to thank the guys at Good Year for the outstanding service we received yesterday. The rear driver side tire was running low on air. We were getting ready to go out of town early Saturday morning for a holiday weekend trip. So we pulled into the shop 20 minutes before closing on Friday. They were able to find the screw and patch the tire. They wanted us to have a safe trip so they stayed until it was completed. Thanks for going above and beyond to get us safely back on the road. The folks here are really great to work with. Can’t thank them enough!

I called on a Saturday to see if they could fit me in for an oil change and Melissa said they could. Dropped off car around 10:30am and Steve called to say it was done around 2:30pm. Steve is always nice to work with. The shop does get busy so I appreciated them getting me in

Stephen and his team at Goodyear are nothing less than amazing. His team are professional and very helpful. I had a blown tire and left the car in the overnight drop off and they had me up and running by the end of the day. We had an unfortunate death and how to go out of town in a hurry and they took care of us like family. This has not been the only time. We have had a couple of emergency trips to Iowa for family and friends and Stephen, Kevin, Melissa, Steve, & the rest of the team made sure that our car was safe and roadworthy and treated us like family. They did a great job for me. I had a small issue after the service my car a week ago. They just took down the information brought it in fixed it no questions asked. I think that is outstanding service. I was expecting them to give me a hassle! But none whatsoever! What a relief! Very impressed and grateful.

Would not recommend this place. We paid $24.99 for telling us our car had nothing wrong with its just plain old. What? Basically a excuse to say their not capable of fixing roders and brakes as our mechanic figured out. Dont waste your time and money guys!

I have to change this to a 5 star because of the local manager! He called me and apologized for the system not working the way it should and offered to get me in and did so in a timely manner. So in this case I guess I give Goodyear Corporate a 1 star for their system, but a 5 star to the local staff!!The people there seem to be good, but dont use the online scheduling system. I tried and got a call saying that they were already booked up. I asked why I was able to schedule online and was told that the system doesnt even see what they have on their schedule. Frustrating in this day and age that they dont have this figured out!!!

Made a 3pm appointment at 8:45am. Took off work and arrived there only to find out they wouldnt honor the appointment, because they had overbooked.

As I was driving on the highway nearby on a busy Saturday, my car started shaking a bit. I pulled over and realized something was hanging down and dragging. I called Goodyear, as they were there closest shop. They immediately worked me in. It turned out to just be a cosmetic under-cover that came loose. They tacked it back up free of charge and sent me on my way. Im very thankful!

Easily accessible from K10 Highway on the border of Olathe and Lenexa, Kansas, this auto center has fantastic customer service and reasonable prices for the great quality of work they perform. Not only do they do great and thorough work, they get it done in a timely manner. No waiting weeks for your car to be repaired at this mechanic. You wont need to worry about bringing your vehicle back after a repair or tune up a few days later with it still having issues, because they do great work the first time. Highly recommend this place!

We are from out of town and had a flat tire at the start of our trip home. Steve was able to go the extra mile and fix it the fastest time possible.

I came in at 3:30 with a screeching noise in one of my wheels. They took a look at it for ~10 minutes and told me the front brakes needed replaced. They took the car in and offered to stay 15 minutes passed closing time to get the car running. They did all this without an appointment and got me back on the road within 2 hours.

Since COVID-19 hit, their service and scheduling has been a nightmare. After reserving a space online, they told me that it didnt matter due to covid and I needed to reschedule. After I showed up the second time, they still didnt have me scheduled, but still got me in. After that, they overcharged me for an in person reservation rather than charging me the usual $24 that I have to pay for an online reservation, that I had made twice and they dismissed.Ive been with this place for a while but Im taking my business elsewhere since they decided to be politically correct instead of just focusing on car stuff. -4 stars

Turned away because they wanted to leave on time, when I only needed my tire patched. I wouldnt make it 40 mins home on that tire, he didnt care and the cashier beside him stated nothing as she was leaving right after me. If I was going to buy a tire which I probably would of had to, Im sure they would of made time. Luckily, I found a place 14 mins away, who accepted me. thank goodness I made it safely

Ive been a Goodyear customer for years because of the trust built up over time. Im glad that years ago I was able to find this place and know who to stick with. Its hard to find a mechanic I can trust.

Ron- the manager agreed to change our donut tire when the store was closing. He also checked on our other tires and made recommendations moving forward. He was very patient with us making a decision on what maintenance to get done on our car that day

Good service, friendly staff, clean waiting area and restrooms. The shop is easy to find. Have had many regular oil changes, tire replacement, rotation, and balance. Have also had brake work done once. No complaints.

Great customer service! We were from out of state visiting some family and our tire pressure light came on right before heading home. The gas stations air pressure machine was temporarily not working, but the guy working at Goodyear on Sunday got us right in and took care of us before we left.

Made an appointment online thru their reservation system at 6pm around my work schedule. The old man working the desk said that they didn’t record of my appointment. Showed him the screen on my laptop of the confirmation. He wasn’t willing to work me in when I can see 5 empty bays and 6 people working. All I needed was a simple oil change... Terrible customer service.

I took my car here when it was overheating. I knew what was wrong and what needed replaced. The required part cost $27 and could easily be seen visually as the source of the problem. They wouldnt even look at my car unless I paid a $60 diagnostic fee. I declined, walked over to Advance Auto Parts next door, they had the part in stock; bought it, replaced while parked in Goodyears lot and drove away.

Horrible customer service. Made and appointment early in the week and was told I could drop my truck off on Friday and it would be done Saturday morning. Showed up Friday and they didnt make the appointment. Was pretty much told I was out of luck and would have to leave it all day Saturday.

The Sunday hours are posted as 9 - 5. Scheduled an appointment online. Did so for both me and my boyfriends vehicles bc we needed new tires. Showed up for the scheduled appointments and the shop was closed. Had to sit in our car and research and find a new place. Thankfully we did find a lower price at Tires Plus 13512 S. Alden St Olathe. Worked out better but its definitely necessary to accurately post business hours.

Okay came in for a oil change and free wheel alignment test. Guy who did the oil change, thanks it was pretty fast. However during checkout the old guy (paying for a 20$ oil change/it was a sale going on) asks for my ID and compares it to my debit card like hes doing the world a big favor (im black). Everyone before me he didnt do that for and by everybody I mean go check the demographics of the area. He was so concerned with my possible fraudulent behavior bc of my skin, he gives me a paper for someone elses car alignment test and tells me i need to come in and get my wheels fixed because the two front tires were not aligned....I call back and tell him that he gave me the wrong paper (on the phone he said the computer printed out the wrong test). He says the next time you get serviced, you can get an alignment test and we wont charge you....it was FREE the first time and so the next time i purchase something I get a free wheel alignment test.

Bought new tires.Well that was a year ago and I am not sure what changed since then.tried buying new tires for the Jeep Wrangler.lazy service.tried getting an oil change today made the appointment last weekfirst they did not know what oil to use for my car.so i looked it up for them just to find out they dont have it ........i mean who does not have Full Syn 10w40 really....another wasted trip.im not going back thats it.

Went in a few weeks ago after running over a screw on my way to work. I needed to stop somewhere before the tire went flat and this was the most convenient place. I really wished I hadnt stopped here.Since it was an unscheduled stop, I had to leave the car for the day, which wasnt a big deal and mostly expected. Upon picking up the car that afternoon, the TPMS warning light was for the repaired tire. I was told it would turn off after driving for approximately 30 minutes.Over the course of about a week, the TPMS warning light never turned off. I wasnt confident we had driven long enough for the sensor to reset until that much time had elapsed. At that point, I figured something was wrong with the sensor so I took it to the dealership since Goodyear gave me no indication that something could have been wrong with the sensor.After some diagnosis and inspecting the sensor and tire, the dealership determined that the sensor had received physical damage during the recent tire repair (it was cracked in half). They also told me that whoever repaired the tire had ruined the bead on the tire and it could not be put back on the car safely. They were shocked the tire held air and hadnt blown for the week that we had driven it. To make things worse, since a new tire would have a significantly different tread depth from the remaining 3 tires, we had to buy 4 new tires.So, because of this locations incompetence, what should have been a simple tire repair ended up costing us nearly $1000 in new tires and diagnosis/repair of the damaged TPMS sensor. When I returned to the location to see what they would do to make it right, I was met with defensiveness, a refusal to understand my situation, and refusal to repay me for the tires I had to buy.Goodyear corporate customer service and property damage departments were just as bad and refused to make it right. They continually passed me along to a different department and wouldnt answer any of my questions or give me a rational reason for not reimbursing me.I cannot recommend this service center for any reason. If I could give 0 stars, I would.
