I love this place. For some reason I have had multiple screws/nails in tires this year. I can drop in and they are able to get it repaired in an hour or so. Friendly and quick for a reasonable price.

Chris was very thorough with the alignment and assessment of my 2500HD. Definitely will be back for any future work on my truck.

I was recommended this shop by a dealer when they didnt have tires available, about a year ago. Ive been coming here ever since. I wanted an alignment and they let me know what parts I needed to replace before I could get one (at no cost). I replaced what parts I could myself and had them do the rest. I recently brought my car in to replace a brake caliper that had gotten stuck. Every time my car leaves them it drives better. I will continue to come here and recommend them.

In late December 2020, I made a 1K mile trip with my kids in our RV. The thermostat went out during the trip. Local mechanics wouldn’t take the job due to the size of the RV. Enter superheroes at Shore Tire. Got me in the next day, replaced the thermostat, and both belts. The guys there were super nice and very helpful. I made the 1K trip back with my kids with total peace of mind. I cannot recommend Shore Tire enough, give them your business!

I brought my Toyota Prius in with an overheating problem, they diagnosed it correctly as the inverter water pump, and said they couldnt fix it. They referred me to the dealership service center. They didnt try to sell me something I didnt need, very honest business practices.

These guys are incredible. Ive taken my 2001 Buick Regal GS there multiple times for alignments. As it is an older vehicle, I do all of my own maintenance. So I really value that they come and tell me what parts need replacement before I can get a lasting alignment. They take me into the shop to show me why said parts are faulty, and then i can order the parts needed myself and install them. These guys have NEVER tried to upsell me on anything i dont need, which is somewhat rare these days. They treat my vehicle with upmost respect, and I truly value their integrity.That being said, I took my car there a few months ago after replacing my rear struts. I dont know what kind of magic they pulled, but my car now drives like its on rails! I couldnt believe it! They have a customer for life. I wish they offered an alignments for life deal, but Ill happily pay each time for their honesty and integrity. 11/10 work!

A bit pricey but good people

Let me start by saying that I have been a customer of Shore Tire for over 25 years and they have been my go to when it comes to tire purchases and alignment services. During those 25 years, I have recommended a number of friends and family to use them as well. I will also say that I am not your typical consumer in that I just write negative reviews, but one that has written far more positive reviews than negative. My review of Shore Tire today will be negative. As a matter of fact, if I could give them 0 stars, I would. Here is what happened to me today. I special ordered 4 heavy duty trailer tires for my 5th Wheel RV. The customer service representative (Chris) was very helpful and the order process went smoothly. I called Chris this morning and asked if I could come by today to have them installed. Chris was made aware at least three times during the process that the RV and truck that I have is around 60 feet long. He instructed me to pull into the north lot where there would be plenty of room to park my rig for the installation. Long story short, there was not an adequate amount of space to conveniently park my truck and RV. There were incoming delivery trucks coming in and out of the lot making navigation in the parking lot next to impossible. The tires were installed on my camper by a young man with a really bad attitude. I asked him to torque down the lug nuts and his response was that we only do that inside I asked him to go into the building and get the torque wrench and bring it outside to complete his work, and I got more bad attitude before he reluctantly went inside to grab the wrench. I was also told that one of the guys that worked on my RV would guide me out of this very tight lot. The installer (torque wrench guy) refused to help me and I had to rely on my wife to stop traffic on Marshall Drive in order for me to back out of their lot. We would have been stuck in their lot if wasnt for a very nice trucker who blocked traffic on Marshall drive to allow me to back out. PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR BIG RIG RV TO SHORE TIRE FOR TIRE REPLACEMENT AS THEY DO NOT HAVE THE SPACE TO DO THIS TYPE OF WORK OR ANYONE THAT CARES ENOUGH TO LEND A HELPING HAND TO THERE CUSTOMERS THAT ARE, PARDON THE PUN, IN A TIGHT SPOT.

These guys service our company trucks. That being said, theyve always seemed to be helpful and upfront about what needed to be done and why. I cant speak to their prices, but they seem to do good work.

Good place. Came in with a flat. They didnt have the tire in stock. Ordered it and gave me a loaner tire in the mean time free of charge so I could still work. Whole process took about 1 hour.

Well, I have not been to Shore Tire yet, but will, thanks to the excellent roadside service provided by Bailey Friday. I had stopped at a convenience store to add air to a tire but the space was already occupied by an older gentleman who seemed a bit distressed and when I got closer could see his tire was completely flat. The gentleman couldnt get a hold of anyone and we were trying to figure out a plan when along walked Bailey who seemed interested in our situation so I asked him if he had a few minutes, I explained what was going on and without hesitation said sure, not a problem. I had no idea the random stranger I was asking for help with a tire was a tire expert! He was so genuinely helpful and polite and got the spare put on for the man. You have not only a great employee, but a great person on your team and I was glad he was there !!

Shore Tire has become a place that has earned my trust. While they may be out of my way to take my car for upkeep and repairs, it is worth the trip over. They are very good about providing speedy service. Also, on two separate occasions I have taken my car in concerned that something needed repairing and bracing myself for a big bill, only to have the Shore staff be honest with me that everything checked out ok and nothing needed repairing. I appreciate their honesty and commitment to quality customer service.

Ive been taking my vehicles to Shore for over 25 years and have always received great service from them.The only caveat would be that they dont have handicapped access. If youre in a chair, you pretty much have no easy way into the building, except via the service bay, and the bay door is closed when its cold out.

I came here, it’s been a few months ago but Google suggested I leave a review just now, so here I am. I came here in a panic because I had just left another larger chain tire shop that basically scared me to death telling me that my tires were going to blow at any time and because I had one in particular that would not hold air. I called first to make sure they had a used tire that would fit my car, and to find out prices. They were the most reasonable by about $10, of course that is going to depend on how great the tire they’re selling you is and what they have available for Used tires, but I felt like the tire that they put on my car was great for the $45 that I paid, and that was mounted. I was in and out within 45 minutes and they were kind enough to put my spare back where it goes in the trunk even though I had an enormous bag of kitty litter back there. Also .. the gentleman at the counter, pretty sure he was the owner or maybe the manager, he spent time answering my many questions about tires, looking up tires and prices for me, and gave me honest information even though it meant his shop might not make as much money if I chose a Touring type of tire over a Perfomance type of tire. I was not aware I had options prior to his help.As a young ish single woman that was by herself, I VERY much appreciate that about Shore Tire. Too many times I’ve left a tire shop or auto repair shop knowing that I was being taken advantage of, but not having the knowledge to know exactly how and had to just eat it because I didn’t know any better. Shore Tire is the exact opposite of that. Good men work here.Highly recommend them!

Shore tire is always the best, they dont overcharge or claim you have more wrong with your vehicle than you actually do and ladies let me tell ya they are super respectful. Never had a problem with those boys at Shore, always make sure to tell you what they are doing and never talk down on you. Ive been to other shops where I get told to call my boyfriend about my car but never Shore, and unless I dont know something they always go through me with questions.

Very happy with the service here. Was trying to get my tires changed at Sams Club and Sams Club told me Id have to wait 3 weeks to even make an appointment. I did not have that type of time so I saw Shore Tire was super close, had good reviews, called to see if I could get in that day/see what the price was. I spoke with Eric, he was super nice, told me I could get in right away and still they looked kind of busy. Literally had no problems and it was so easy. Reasonable price too! Will definitely go here and not even think twice about going to Sams again.

In a previous life I was in the automotive repair field. Depending on the issue, I still prefer to work on my own vehicles. When the issue exceeds my time, knowledge or equipment... I go to Shore because they do quality work and take good care of their customers!

Dont let the name fool you. Actually, I havent gotten tires from here yet, but theyve worked on each of our cars. Theyve fixed, changed or replaced brakes, timing belt, oil and water pump, front axle and more. Chris, Jamie and the whole gang are super easy to work with and explain exactly what needs to be done. Ive saved hundreds of dollars coming here instead of the dealership.

Ive had my mind set for a long time this is the only place i trust going too. I call and the customer service is just awesome. Friendly quick and informative. He answered all my questions and quickly made sure the tires i needed were available. Got there and they had my form close by ready to go so they knew exactly what i had discussed over the phone. Shore Tire is THE BEST place for all of your automobile repairs. It says tire in the name but they can do sooooo much more. They fixed my air conditioning in my car, they do my tires, oil changes, pretty much anything except major body repair. They are locally owned and operated, give upfront honest pricing and will call you if something changes. This is the only automotive repair shop that I will ever recommend and go to. They also take care of every vehicle for the company I work for and we have around 100 trucks on the road daily.

This is my tire place. Best prices and fastest service around. Great staff. Been going here for years. I like how when I call for prices they are friendly as hell and do not place me on hold right away or act like they are way too busy and cant wait to get off the phone with me. And they always give me an out the door price and it doesnt change once I arrive. They answer all my questions and explain things so I can understand. Every time I have brought my vehicle in they get right on it and are done in no time. These guys are a great place to get tires from. And nitrogen filled is a good bonus. Recently got 4 new tires and an alignment done. Had vehicle back within an hour and a half. Fantastic customer service. They are always very friendly on the phone and in person, and theyre very efficient. I was able to get four new tires on in an hour at a great price. They have free WiFi so I worked on my laptop in their comfortable waiting room while they were working. Ill always go to Shore Tire for new tires!

I had a tire go flat on the highway. Took it in to get it fixed. Everyone was super nice and there was a positive atmosphere. My tire wasnt repairable but they got me hooked up with a discounted used tire with no pressure to sell me a brand new tire. Ill go back for sure.

These guys are by far the BEST tire company in the Kansas City metro. They have great prices on their tires and have been around for a long time. I brought my car in at 7:30 AM and a new set of tires was installed by 9:00 AM. This is the second time I have used them and plan on never using anyone else. My grandfather had a tire business back in the day in NE Kansas (Hiawatha) and did business with them.

Ive been taking my car here for years. They are top notch at what they do from front of house service to their mechanics. I had a tire puncture, took it up there and they did some work on it for no charge due to it being a small issue with the valve. Still went flat next day.......took it back up there and they fixed it (ended up being a small puncture) with no charge and we very professional. A+ work.

Best tire shop in town! The owner is salt of the earth and treat you like a person not just a number like other places do. The techs are knowledgeable and will answer any questions you have and address concerns. Cant say enough about how impressed I am with the service, staff and the owner. Price with tax was exactly as quoted. Tires installed within 20 min. Fast and friendly service. Free tire rotation every 5000 miles per life of tires. Vehicle condition was left cleaner than when I brought it in. Very professional services.

Im very pleased with the service and value I received from Shore Tire. I went in asking for the same tires that were factory installed on my car, but Shore recommended a newer line by the same manufacturer that actually cost about $20 less per tire. They were able to able to install the new tires right away, and I was out the door in less than 90 minutes.
