Robert at the front desk provided exceptional information and advice regarding the issues with my Lexus GX 470, and did so in such a way that I did not feel pressured to immediately repair parts/services that could wait. So happy with Hogan & Sons! Will be our go-to auto mechanic in the future!

I had an issue with a tire stem on an aftermarket wheel purchased several years back. Was quoted a new tire stem with sensor could cost over $225 but the attendant was creative and suggested I reuse one from the factory tires I still owned. This suggestion saved me $200 and could have easily just over charged me, but showed real integrity! I was impressed and will come back here for other services in the future.

Overall experience was positive.Alignment was quoted at $99 when we paid shop fees were added.Shop fees represent no real cost and should not be added to a bill to paid corporate profit (cover overhead). I will not use Hogan and Sons again if the will not waive the Shop Fee charge.

Was told the pdfe sensor bad, i asked what would it cost to replace. I was told 450 for the part. 150 labor plus cost for dio. Around 700+ i declined the repair. Then had to wait 45 minutes because tech, went to lunch. After getting my car i went to part store and brought the part needed for 41 dollars . It took less than 15 minutes to replace.

I picked up a nail in my tire on way home from DC and called Hogan and sons. I went by and even though it was near closing Robert and Nate stayed late to get me a new tire on so I could get to work in DC the next day. Robert also came out and check all my tires and got pressure right. I will definitely be a return customer.

Very professional and friendly staff. The tires I wanted weren’t in stock and they went and picked them up and installed same dam. My vehicle also needed state inspection and emissions but the inspector doesn’t work weekends but he still can in and did it for me. I can’t recommend this location enough!!!

I asked my Next-door Neighbor group for recommendations and this was recommended by at least 10 different people out of about 15 responses! They said they are very friendly and easy to work with, and they were right! Troy and Rigo are great to meet as soon as you walk in. They offered to give me a ride home (and pick-up) if needed, the were very accommodating and just made the whole experience wonderful! Thank you! This is the friendliest shop I have ever walked into. From start to finish my experience here was top notch. They were timely, professional, and very reasonably priced. They took the time to make sure the car was clean, putting mats on floor, everyone was wearing masks and following covid guidelines, and they even offered me a ride to pick up the car so I didn’t have to walk! This certainly will be my go to shop!

Repairs were well done and timely. However I requested the bulbs checked and replaced on rear driver side. Didn’t notice till I got home with the car but this service was not done.

I came in at 1:00PM on the last business day of the month needing an inspection. I assumed that it would be ready that weekend, but they said that it would be done same day. The initial estimate was for a 5:00 PM pickup, but it was done closer to 6. They called me and let me know when it was done. Overall, very timely, very polite, and professional. They gave me a call on the following Monday to thank me for bringing my car by.

I was quoted $200.00 for a wheel/tire swap and mount balance over the phone. Asked in depth that they make sure the new provided wheel/tire matched and nothing was needed to do the swap. Received a call stating that the provided new lugs nuts didnt fit and I needed new ones at 366.00 (for 24). (online they are less than 100). I said I dont want to do it but they said they already did the wheel/tires swap mount and balance at 250.00 (Not 200 as discussed) and it would be another 250 to swap back. So they never actually tested to make sure everything fit. Oblivious not the lug nuts. I was stuck at over 500 bucks to go back to the original status prior to dropping off truck. I told them to go ahead and then had a bill of 675.00. Hidden fees of 72.00 for balancing, and 28 of Specialty upcharge, plus a tire disposal fee. None of this was quoted when I was quoted 200.00 flat out swap, mount and balance. They knew I was in a time crunch and had to say yes to the extremely expensive lug nuts and the move forward with the process. Then on top of that they threw in the extras hidden charges, and also scratched the after market wheels previously on the truck. Now resale will be an issue. I will never use this shop again. They dont stand behind their on phone quotes, they have hidden fees, and they put you in a position where you cant back out of. Its a shame that business do this kind of work.

The earned credit we had with Hogan was very nice. Regular oil change, etc was almost free. They found that one of our lug bolts was broken - took a picture to show it, texted as and we approved the repair. Nice feature. Great work.

Came to H&S for a safety inspection and was greeted by friendly staff, prompt attention and left with a completed safety inspection in about an hour! I’ll definitely be back for some of their other car services.

I was honestly very impressed with this place. I came in with a screw in my tire and was told I would likely need a new tire due to the positioning of the screw. Ugh...I already had a bad day but whatever. It was priced out for me and I was surprised that it was actually less than what I would have been charged at the GoodYear I used to go to back in MD.Fast forward 25 minutes and was told I would not be charged because they were able to get the screw out WITH OUT puncturing my tire!! This seriously made my day and shows me the people who work there are honest and trustworthy.Rigo at the front desk is amazing as well. He was so friendly, professional and had no issue talking with my dad over the phone to explain everything. Your first impression of a place and good service always begins with the people who work at the front desk, and in my opinion they have the best man for that job. I will definitely be back in the future.

Brought my jeep in for the yearly inspection. I was VERY impressed with Hogan and Sons. The staff was professional and informative. When they finished the inspection, I got a text with a link to a full breakdown. Someone followed up with a call and went over the results of the inspection.The customer service went over items that needed to be repaired to pass inspections, as well as what needed to be taken care of in the near future.They were very honest, and I will definitely be back to Hogan and Sons, Leesburg.

Great price great service

I came to Hogan several weeks ago to get my tires rotated due to excessive noise. They advised me the tires had cupped, therefore, a rotation would not help. Last week when I got a screw in my back left tire I decided to replace all four tires. Because they were honest, I decided to give them the business. They did everything possible to get their prices in-line with Costco.Excellent and trustworthy service. Peter the salesperson was exemplary. Highly recommend them.

Came here for a state inspection - called ahead as dont have the means to drop car off, so was hopeful I could be in an out in an hour. On the phone Robert assured me they could. I was happy with the friendly service and how my car was diagnosed quickly and how l was told up front the cost of the repairs. It was a big chunk of change but worth it because my car is now running like a top! No more strange sound when l start the little darling and no more annoying flapping sounds while driving!

I just needed a state inspection and I was shocked by their incredible customer service. Truly exceptional!!! Always polite when I or they called. I needed to change a fog light and decided to go to our typical shop and they were ok with it and nicely said to just bring it back when it was ready (some other places are pushy or get “mad” when you don’t stay there for the repair). I’ll definitely be recommending them!

Realized I had a very low tire after a medical appointment. I was able to drop the vehicle off; personnel identified a nail in the tire. They were able to fix the tire within an hour without need for a new tire. Professional, timely and a reasonable price to fix the issue.

Hogans has always been super to us, but during this lock down the shop has been THE best! Not only did they move our car over to the Buick shop, for a repair, they drove that Malibu home, picked up our older Malibu, inspected that car and returned the second to our house. I went in for an oil change and they took me right in, they didn’t try to up sell me anything and they did the job fast and efficiently. Mina was super nice and very helpful throughout the process which made my experience an excellent one. I had an excellent experience at this shop. Mina was very nice, helpful and accommodating throughout the process. I initially inquired about rear brakes replacement, but Scott said my rear brakes are still fine. He made sure that I don’t spend money on something I didn’t need. Now, how many auto repair shops out there that would do that??? Probably very rare! I would definitely come back and recommend this shop.

Awesome shop!! I needed my car fixed and since it was going to take a few hours to complete the service, Heath gave me a ride home so that I wouldnt have to wait at the shop for the majority of my day. Also, upon payment of the service, after I used my coupon and didnt have a small bill to make the change, Heath made my service payment an even amount and took off an additional $8.74 off of my balance after I had used my $50 off coupon. The staff is very polite and the customer service is impeccable!! I will definitely use this shop for all my car services. Thank you!!
