I was informed that my Highlanders brake pads were too thin and needed replacement for over $1K. I just got them checked by another local auto shop for free, and they are still at 50% and 30% and work perfectly fine. Other than that, Ive been a regular customer here for over 10 years, just to pursue the maintained by the Toyota dealership value. However, the wait is often too long, and many times I saw my car done with service, parked outside, and without me being notified. Now, with this particular experience, I believe Im simply done with this place and going to support other local honest businesses.

The Dynamic Duo of Bill King and Bryant Tate did it again! Another 5 Star experience at AutoNation Leesburg. It was time to trade in our 9.5 year old RAV4 SPORT.After a 130,000+ flawless miles, we felt the time was right to upgrade to a more recent model with the new safety features.The trade negotiation took maybe 4 minutes. Returned in the afternoon to complete the paperwork. These are professionals...low key, no pressure, work hard to make the numbers work for the customer---they make the sales experience a pleasure.We are currently looking at several cars in inventory and look forward to driving our next Toyota for 10 years!Please know we are not related in any manner, and this is an accurate recitation of our recent and past experiences with this dealership!

I just moved to the area and came here for my first service visit. I’m a lifelong Toyota customer with multiple vehicles needing service and I don’t think I will return. The service advisor (blonde hair, first desk on left when you enter) was extremely short with me, as if I had done something to bother him by asking for help. Another customer was told that he was “too busy right now” before walking away. The customer was an older man who started walking around like he didn’t know what to do.I’m going to try Chantilly Toyota or Tysons Toyota next time. The only reason this isn’t a 1-star review is because another employee did help me, who was friendly.

I did night drop for mileage service, came to pick up to find my bill 6 times more. Receptionist had no clue, sent me to Shaun. He could care less to acknowledge me until I literally got in his face. First he said I don’t know why, then he said: I’m sure they told you charges before they did service. Again, I told him no one hasn’t. Next he said: you should read your manual. I just can’t believe this! Never again my car will be serviced there. I have loved taking my car there until Ryan and Shaun ruined it for me

Auto Nation of Leesburg has pathetic customer service!Not only once.... but every time when I go to get service, I had a very bad experience from this place. The so called service advisors are no knowledge of customer service. Very pathetic service. No acknowledgement, no smile at face and they don’t have CAN Do attitude.I hope to see positive attitude from them and welcome to customers warmly, otherwise slowly.. this place will be out of business.

I brought my car for recall repair. They gave me a ride to downtown Leesburg where I had lunch, and picked me up in two hours after the repair was done. These guys are awesome!

We are so happy with our Car purchase. Jorge was truly the best out there. He will make sure you stay within your budget and especially take care of you. Service itself is quite good. I have been going to this place for years and have no complaints as to the quality of their work. Recently, communication has become an issue, resulting in extra calls or wasted time waiting for your car when you were told it was ready.

The service adviser is not honest. He does not call how much will the charges for 2 program keys. The 65 dollars each becomes almost 900 dollars. Even my working battery became dead and need to be replaced. I have my other car at Koons Tysons in which the adviser will call how much will it cost before doing the work. Not even one star deserve this Toyota dealer at Leesburg...

The Bluetooth feature stopped working the other day in my 2015 Toyota Tundra, and I grew tired of pulling off the road to talk on my cell whenever anyone would call me while I was driving. Per chance, I drove into the service center to ask them what might be the problem and to get it scheduled for repairs, or worse- replacement. Bryan Dorsey saw me immediately as I arrived, knew precisely what to do, and had them update the software; I was good to go within an hour. These guys know what theyre doing, are super friendly, and really care about your vehicle. Thanks AutoNation!

Be careful with the staff at service desk. Bad attitude sitting back in the chair and no greeting to customer. Their only concern is how to charge customers for making profits. Before doing so, they should improve customer service first.

My bfs truck was having an issue with the main screen and it needed a reset. They took it in right away with out an appt which is a plus, they lose stars because they were more distracted with smoke breaks and eating in the room behind reception then to realize the truck had been done for a while
