I thought the car was blue but it turns out it was a gray green which is a very pretty color, even better. I love the car. Had a Subaru Forester before and loved it. They are great cars. Staff was very friendly.

Bjorn was not the original salesman I dealt with at the dealership. When my original salesman was not available on my subsequent visit, Bjorn stepped in, got quickly up to speed, and made the buying experience most enjoyable. He was patient with my many questions and had an excellent sense of my needs and what the car could offer me. This is the second Outback I have bought from this dealership so that speaks to my faith in the dealership. But the experience is cemented by the front line staff and I am very pleased Bjorn was there for us.

I’m giving one star due to the poor management and service team. I’ve contacted them, set up appointments online for service, that never get booked. I purchased the “bumper to bumper” warranty……and they will not fix my back up camera. I was in contact with them yesterday and they were to call me as soon as service opened up to set up an appointment for an oil change and tire ration. No call, so I’ve had it. However when I purchased the truck josh and the rest of the sales team was great. I feel as if they tell you want you want to get you to buy so beware when getting extended warranties. Won’t do any good if they won’t take it in.

We bought a used 2015 Honda Pilot on 9/4/2021. Our sales person, Lee Weith, was professional and patient while we took our time driving and inspecting the vehicle. There was no pressure and we were able to make a deal we were happy with. This was a good experience and we left feeling confident in our purchase.

The service department was in a particularly chipper mood yesterday. Everyone up and bubbly and chatty. Despite all the glee, things seemed to move along quite smoothly at a fairly rapid pace. I knew my complex job was going to take awhile, so my complementary loaner whisked me to the mall in Leesburg where I and 19 of my best friends had the place to ourselves. At Lowes, I wasnt buying, so every employee was at my beck and call, pestering me. Returning myself and my loaner to BBS, I knew I was early so I hydrated myself on the FANTA ORANGE, which was to die for. DO NOT TAKE THIS OFF THE SELECTION LIST!!! It was not long before my car was ready to roll to the bathing area which she seemed to enjoy, along with the Luke Combs that was blasting from my new CD player. My Thanks to everyone, especially installer Sean who has worked on all 3 of my vehicles. See you all soon, but not too soon I hope. Keep up the fine work, but I wouldnt mind a hot dog, Mr. Tom.

I’m grateful I found them after a terrible experience with Ocala Subaru 3 years ago. They are the BEST!

I went there to by an 08 ford F350 and we fell in love with it. So we then proceeded to work out the finances for it and both sides agreeing on a very steep payment with a lot of money down and they said they took 3500.00 of the price. And so we agreed on the terms, fist bump and signed the agreement and so we left feeling like on cloud 9. But we couldnt take the truck that night because it had to go into the shop but we could take it the next day. Well next day came and at 10am when they brought us back down to earth by tell me the banks wants more money. I told them i dont have more money to put down. So our sales man kept calling me being pushy and rude on that we have people waiting in line to buy our truck even tho we have a contract on it and money down to hold it. We then tried other route of getting another loan on our own but to luck. So this all occurred in the first part of the morning and so by the afternoon our salesman kept being push and more rude on what we to do and then i final just told them to cancel the contract to the F350. So an hour later we where able to get the extra money for a down payment and so i called them and he told me that they have sold the truck. So later that afternoon our salesman called to tell me that they just got a truck in on trade a F350 but newer model and so he texted me that it would be the same deal as the other 08 F350 so i drive another 50min. there to end up finding out that they wanted hundred dollars more a month and so we went back and forth several time still for them not to come down and i couldnt come up. So anther bust. I havent bought a vehicle in 20 yrs from a dealership and to have this as my experience was horrible they may have great looking trucks on the lot but dont be fooled on the experience was horrible with them they dont care to work with you on what works for you just to make there bottom line it feels like. P.S. So back on the 08 deal i found out later from the bank that they would loan us the money but only so much and with our new down payment for the rest of the amount end up to be the full price with no discount of 3500.00 that they said they give us. Just another fake deal that they tried to pull over us.

Only gave the location 3 stars because when we went there they had 0 inventory of what we were looking for. The gentleman that helped us was very nice and really did his best. Hopefully Subaru will get some inventory in to help their dealers.
