Alan was very professional throughout my service experience. My service lasted several hours and he was very attentive to my comfort, making sure he checked on me several times and offering any assistance I needed. I am a disabled veteran and require a walker to ambulate, so this was greatly appreciated.The service was performed on time and efficiently.I have nothing but great things to say about this service department.

We took it for a test drive and were very impressed with everything the vehicle could do. Caleb is awesome, respectful and very knowledgeable. Brent in Finance was very helpful. He listened to our long-term plan and suggested the maintenance plan that was good for us. We came for a repair and wound up upgrading from our 2020 Outback premiere to the 2022 Outback Limited. Our AC blew out after we got it serviced at a KIA in Delray on 9/22/2021. We were on a trip to Tennessee on October 4th and this Leesburg FL KIA location wouldn’t even look at the problem, blaming Covid, really?!?. 2020 Optima, thanks for the steaming hot drive to Tennessee and then back to S. We traveled 30 minutes to this location as it was the nearest kia dealership to us. We took the vehicle to a dealership because the vehicle kept notifying us of 15,000 mile maintenance and we received a call to bring it in for a complimentary service. When my husband arrived, the service front desk staff argued with him that we had no complimentary service, thus we had to pay for the service that we could have gotten at a local shop much closer to our home. Even though we had an appointment, he proceeded to wait over 2 hours for an oil change while staff seemingly sat around on their phones. When he would check in on the status, he simply was told to ask someone else. Needless to say we are severely unimpressed and will not be dealing with this dealership again in the future.

I want to thank Bill Bryan Kia for the wonderful experience I had when bringing my 2021 Kia vehicle in for a five thousand mile oil change and tire rotation. Thank you to Will who initiated the oil change and rotation and returned my car clean as a whistle after running my car through the car wash. Im also grateful to the service manager Dominick who set up my appointment, had my car quickly sent in for service, and when my car was done came out to introduce himself to me and told me if ever any problems to call him directly. Wow! Theres a good service manager. Last but not least thank you Tim who is the salesman who sold me the vehicle. Tim is the nicest person who ever sold me a car. Hes honest and thorough. Kia recall on my 2020 Soul. I called to schedule in late June, but was about to leave Florida for Wisconsin for a month using my wifes car. So I set it up for early August. Got to Bill Bryan about 20 minutes early. They took it and said it would be about 2 hours. After 1 hour and 45 minutes, they came and got me in the lounge - it was done. Car is all good, and I was on the road about a half hour earlier than expected. Well done!

Courtesy, reliability, and friendliness are the three words I can use to describe my experience with Bill Bryan Subaru. Every time we have gone we have been treated extremely well. Rachel was our service advisor today and she kept us well informed of where we were as far as our service progressed. She lives in the same area we do so we also swapped restaurant suggestions. I scheduled an appointment to have my oil changed. My appointment was taken care of in a timely manner everyone was very courteous. In the short time I was back on the road.Bill Brian Kia also rotated my tires checked the air in my tires,They also filled all my fluids, and as another courtesy they cleaned the interior and washed the exterior for me. I am very happy with the service I received. I will continue to take my beautiful Kia Sportage in for my routine check ups 😊👍

Got a test drive from a new guy. He didn’t know the answers to a lot of my questions, so he probably shouldn’t have been on his own yet. When we sat down to talk numbers etc, a more experience man came up. I told him exactly what I wanted and he made a comment like “oh, did you Google what to ask for?” So misogynistic and rude (I used to work at a dealership, so I know what I’m talking about). Another guy came out, a manager maybe. He was extremely rude and said “You already got a quote online so what are you asking for?” Very poor customer service, and the worst part… I had received offers of a minimum of $500 for my trade in everywhere I had looked so far. This man offered me $1. I, of course, was offended by that. He put his hands up and kept saying “I’m not trying to be rude but…” which is what someone says when they know they are being rude. Would NOT recommend, especially for women or those that aren’t knowledgeable about the industry.

It appears that Bill Bryan has used covid 19 as an excuse to do away with hot dogs,popcorn and the soft drink machine was broken the last time I was in for service.

Bill Bryan service went out of their way to help me out.Also, while in the waiting room I observed several instances of the service department helping others with unforeseen issues, and sending them home happy customers.That is the definition of customer service.My Story:Started up my car and every warning light on the dash was on. It’s a 2 hour drive, but as Bill Bryan sold me the car, was hoping they could squeeze me in. Yes, I should have called and scheduled the service, but it was a compulsive move…my bad!By 9am vehicles waiting to get into service were backed up out to the street. Seems everyone had the same idea: “Today would be a good day to get my car serviced!”.When I finally got to the service advisor, he apologized for the wait, and then asked if I had an appointment, which I did not. As they were booked out for the day, he asked if I could schedule a drop off another day. I explained the issue about my distance away, and asked if they could at least give me an idea of the issue. He checked his schedule and said: “Let me see what we can do”.Hoping it was a simple sensor issue, the advisor explained that if I was willing to wait, (which I was, all day if necessary!), they would try and get a diagnosis between scheduled jobs, and if was a simple thing, they would take care of it.So after only about an hour and a half, they came back to me with the issue: Not simple, or quick. It took some digging and removal of wheels and panels, but the tech found a bunch of broken wiring. Seems some critter decided my sensor wiring, (and a few other things in a nice hidden area), was a great midnight snack. My options were replace the wiring harness; BIG $$ and a wait for the parts, or the tech could try and make repairs, hoping he could see all the damage, and there wasn’t more hidden from sight. I took the second option.Despite my interrupting the schedule, they were willing to see the issue through, and try to save me some money.Well, he repaired it; car runs like new, saved me $2k and days wait on a harness, and had me headed back home by 1:30 pm. Plus, they washed and vacuumed the car and cleaned the windows. WOW!!!Again, absolutely great service! Thank you Alan Woodward and Corey Brooks at Bill Bryan Kia!

Staff and service was great!! As soon as we pulled in a gentleman greeted us and took our car to be serviced . Next a young lady came out and explained to us the process and we were invited to go into the lounge where there were drinks and snacks. I was given a text if there was anything I needed that I could contact the lady that had greeted me. Our car was serviced in a timely manner. And what a surprise they even gave us a car wash. I also received a follow up call to ask if I was satisfied with the service. I highly recommend this dealership.

She then took my information to have them call me. I’m still waiting after one day.I finally contacted the service and was extremely satisfied with the service they provided. KIA sent letter (Aug) regarding risks of a engine component fire (ABS & other), My wife called Kia and appointment was set for October 20...On September 22 three lights turned on one of them being ABS, and my wife told me that the vehicle was driving different... Shes the one that drives the car on a daily basis, after reading the recall letter I was concerned and still am for the safety of my wife and grandkids who ride with her when they come to visit and babysit...Took it to the dealership today, and explain the situation, and was informed they were busy and I had to wait until October 20 appointment...Was told that they had experienced no problems with the ABS...At this location !Immediately told him why would Kia sent a recall letter warning customers of this potential fire risks... I demanded a letter a piece of paper to show that today the attempt was made, and then on top of that found out that the last recorded visit was 2018....When in fact it was early summer of this year, we stopped in at service department and it wasnt documented. This was the day we were looking to buy a new car...This concerns me and angers me to know there is a risk to my family.When Mario was there it was great and friendly and helpful

I made an appointment for a recall issue, was given the appointment a month out. When I arrived at my appointment my van was received and I was told it would be ready the next day. I was called the next day to go pick it up that it was ready. Upon arrival I was advised that no work was done as they did not have the part. I advised the service tech they had a month to order the part and contact me to postpone my appointment instead of having me drive 45 minutes to drop my car for an entire day with no results!

The service department was wonderful! I had a flat tire and they got me in and out within 30 minutes! Other tire shops had to order my tire which would take 1 to 3 days. Subaru had it in stock, replaced it quickly and was $30 cheaper! You guys rock!!

I went to Bill Bryan Kia to get my Forester Touring serviced. I was met by Emily Renard. I told her I needed to get my vehicle serviced and tires rotated. She immediately did the paperwork and informed me it would take about 45 minutes. In less than 10 minutes a service drove my vehicle right into the service bay and got started on my vehicle . Emily came out and told me that my vehicle was ready. That was really fast. It did take approximately 45 minutes. Emily was very professional and very kind. Since the Kia dealership near me had very bad customer service in their service department .I decided to drive 80 miles round trip to Bill Bryan Kia in the area I used to live in... Good decision on my part. After being told by the first Kia service department they could not do anything until a week later and not checking to see that my warranty would cover cost. I contacted Bill Bryan Kia and they proceeded to check my warranty and find it did cover my problem,..the young fellow who assisted me was very helpful and polite... the part I need will be there tomorrow !! Another 80 miles, round trip but Im looking forward to the GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE 😊 Way to go Bill Bryan Kia 👍

After receiving bad service at my local Greenway Kia dealer I called Bill Brian Kia and the receptionist was very helpful. Will helped me with my car and CW helped my boyfriend with his. We received excellent service, clear communication and our issues were resolved that day. Frank, the technician, actually listened to my concerns and helped me get my car back to perfect condition. Despite being understaffed, Will did everything to get us a shuttle and get our cars looked at even though we were walk-ins. Have patience people, it pays off. Very much appreciated! Clean place pretty nice waiting area, sometimes they serve hotdogs and warm cookies. They also host certain events there and are admired by the community. However, I had a very simple task to do and was unsure of how to do it. Changing the cabin filter on my Outback. Price was very expensive. I forgot the cost but I remember driving back home trying to justify the ridiculous amount I had to pay.

I asked for tire rotation and it was performed and charged to me, but I was then told that I had three tires that needed to be replaced. One tire had two nail in it and was unrepairable. I feel I paid for tire rotation needlessly since I have to replace three tires. Also I reported a key fob problem where it would not operate driver side door. The issue is on the service order but was never looked at.

We had an amazing experience from the very first call to driving off the lot with our new car! I called randomly on a Tuesday and was lucky enough to have Kassandra answer. Since over the phone was such a pleasant start we decided to drive two hours to go to the dealership. Kassandra made it a great experience! She was a plethora of knowledge and actively answered any and all questions we had. Best car buying experience EVER! We highly recommend working with Bill Brian Kia, they were all great but, if you get lucky enough to work with Kassandra no matter where youre from its worth the drive!

1st time ever dealing with this Bill Bryant Kia. Man I was impressed!! Explained what my situation is and what I wanted to do with my newly purchased used car. Alan understood and had the shuttle driver ready for my drop off 45k service. The same driver picked my up! Way to maintain my time to not be stuck at a dealership All day. My first visit to this dealer and I found the service advisor to be very professional and thorough with explaining what needed to done to repair my car. The customer waiting area was very nice and stocked with coffee, soda and snacks. I moved from Ohio to Florida about two years ago and am pleased that I have found a great dealer for all of my KIA repairs and needs.

How dare this dealership take advantage of a single mother let alone let my grandchildren drive around in a car sold to My daughter-in-law with bald tires and an oil leak not to mention other dangerous mechanical issues. Theres a lemon law for a reason and Kia needs to be accountable for this! Someone at this dealership need to reach out to Cynthia Green and make good on this used car that no one seems to want to fix. If it was me Id drive it right through the front windows and say consider this returned I want my money back.

Very happy with the experience. When I stopped into the service department on my way to work for an oil change, I didn’t have an appointment. The 2 men were crazy busy. My first thought was “this is going to be a mistake, maybe I should try another day”. But I asked if they could get me out in an hour and they got me out exactly when they said they would. Kudos to the service department!

A miracle occurred at Bills just yesterday. My totally dead A/C blower returned to life with the mere tap of a screwdriver. Despite a complete autopsy, no cause of death or return to life could be established. I believe a power transistor is the suspect, and one has been ordered as it believed the untimely passing will occur again. Always good getting to spend some time with Rachel.
