Beware.... no estimate or call back about what cost may be, even though it was requested. I ended up paying the outrageous price. Then realized I still have the same issues. I called the shop twice and in the end had to take it to another shop and spend more money.
Very knowledge staff, excellent work and the owner Patrick is a well known expert. They have serviced my 2 MBs with tender loving care. Thanks for all the great work.
They have worked on several cars for me. Satisfied 100% with Patrick and his teamRE: The reviewer Electric Consciousness. European car in Leesburg, this is a great alternative to the dealer. They will also let you know when they cant fix something and to take it to a dealer. Very honest, maybe not the fastest, but I will take honest anyday.
Very reliable. Great service. Great quality. My go-to shop for my Mercedes.
Patrick and his team are great. I have my 911 and Cayenne serviced there regularly, and the work is alway first rate, honestly priced, and is better service than Ive gotten from the dealership. They never recommend you repair more than you have to, break down in detail the issues your car is having, and present you with the options. Patrick has a real passion for European vehicles, and it shows in the work they do. Ill never take my Porsches anywhere else to be serviced.
THEY WANTED TO OVERCHARGE ME FOR WORK. OTHER PLACES PRICE BETTER. FIND SOMEONE ELSE BEFORE YOU GET SCREWED. THEN AGAIN THESE ARE ALL MECHANICS, YOU MIGHT GET SCREWED EITHER WAY.
Service as help full and friendly
I cant say enough about how happy I am with ESC, Patrick and the team. I took my Porsche Cayenne in with a shifting hesitation problem and what I thought might turn into a transfer case replacement. They narrowed it down to only needing the fluid replaced and charged me for 2.9 hours of shop time. Now, THAT is what I call fair. Thanks ESC!
Patrick and his team are top-notch. I have had two of my BMWs serviced at ESC, and as others have commented, this store is tough to beat. Not sure if/how Currys has cut into ESCs business, but if you want good, honest service at a fair price, and you have an older German or Italian ride, this place is worthy of your business. -Rick
I have had ESC service my Audi for several year and find the diagnosis and repairs to always be very accurate and VERY fairly priced. Patrick and his team are sharp mechanics who are more than willing to explain the problem and its repair at whatever depth you require. These guys really know European cars. It is not a place for Toyotas or Hondas and if you are expecting to take your BMW there and get Toyota prices, you should re-evaluate your expectations. What you can expect is that a thoroughly competent job can be done and within a reasonable time.I only wish there were more shops like these. Particularly for domestic makes.
So far not impressed. Booked an oil change and was given their opening time not a reservation time. Dropped off car Sunday night. Was told Monday at 2 they were just starting my car. It is now going to be at least Wednesday before I hear back from someone because when no one called me all dayto telle it wouldnt be finished. I finally repeatedly dialed the shop until someone answered and told me there was no one there to help me Tuesday night. Now Ive had to get rides 3 days now and and they did not even have enough courtesy to tell me this was going to happen.
Excellent work and honest prices
Best service ever.
Great service
