Tightened the drain plug on my car to the point my electric impact cannot remove it. Oil change 101 is to not run the drain plug down super tight. The convenience was nice but not at the cost of me not being able to service my vehicle. Id recommend Goodyear up the street.

The service team was very polite,friendly and straightforward. What I liked best is that there was ZERO attempt to upsale my service during my visit.They addressed the oil change...and recommended that I return in 2-3 weeks to make sure the oil was being circulated properly and not being used too quickly. The re-check will be free of charge. They removed 2 filters...engine and A/C...showed them to me,gave me replacement cost...reasonable enough and let me choose replace or put back. I opted to replace since they are supposed to be white...not black and the fins filled with debris. 《The vehicle is 2017...new to me...and apparently was never serviced for air filters by the previous owner. Can my husband change my oil and filter himself...yep..but sometimes having a once over is worth the money. BTW...I found a coupon on line that was accepted. Save those dollars where you are able.

After my last oil change at this jiffy lube. My vehicle was leaking oil and I had no idea until a friend saw oil in his driveway after I visited his house. When he checked under my vehicle, the cap was not replaced securely after my oil change. If my friend did not see the oil, I would have lost the cap somewhere on the street and I would have never known. I also lost the center cap for my tire after they checked my tires. I will never go there again. This is my second poor experience at a jiffy lube. It seems better training is necessary.

This was the best oil change ever!!! I drove in, received an oil change immediately, and drove out. The crew checked air filters, wipers, and windshield wiper fluid. They offered to clean the windows and vacuum the car. The staff was very pleasant!!! My daughter and I were on the last leg of our cross-country drive when the service engine light went on, and didn’t want to spend our time in a new part of the country waiting for an oil change - we wanted to explore - and Jiffy Lube was exactly what we wanted! If I lived locally, I would definitely return!

The option of sitting in the car, with 2 kids in tow! Is great. Sure I skip the vacuum and reset the check oil service light myself. But so easy to swing in after the park. Give the kids a snack and still get a full service oil change. Always have great service at the location!

Drove up, they went over the scheduled maintenance and without hassle. They changed the oil and I was out of the shop in about 25 minutes. I am always amazed at how professional and quick the Jiffy Lube folks perform their jobs. Highly recommended

I experienced great service at this Jiffy Lube. I needed my oil changed and tires rotated. I didn’t have an appt and it was a Sunday but they got me in an out within an hour. The price was fair and everyone was very professional. I definitely recommend for your typical 10,000 mile services.

I had an outstanding experience here. It was really great to be able to sit in the car while they performed the services, so I could partially see what was going on. And they explained everything really well, including detailing costs before I chose to add needed services. They definitely only suggested services I truly needed. Very trustworthy, clear and friendly.

The two reasons why I did not give FIVE STARS are as follows: I believe the price was a bit high--shouldve been about a hundred dollars less. The second reason is I was offered, and therefore promised, to have the carpets thoroughly vacuumed and the car washed. Neither took place. Unhappy about that.

The only issue I have with Jiffy Lube is when they want to charge you $49.99 for an air filter they took the time to pull, when right across the street at an auto supply store they sell the same filter for $10. If the only charge 29.99 I would do it all the time and they could still make good profit. They should stop gouging the customer and be happy with a smaller profit on an add-on sale.

I really enjoy using this location as they are always fast and friendly. I never have to worry if they are selling me short on service. They work well together and as a team, they move the vehicles in and out so that we can be out on the road in a timely manner. If you are looking for a solid place to get your oil changed, this is your place in Leesburg.

Brought my car in for an oil change, mechanics convinced me to do a tire rotation. Left the lot and the drivers tire was vibrating like crazy. Thought it was because of low air in my tires (they felt the need to air out of my tires) but it persisted after filling them back up. Brought the car back in and they told us it would be over $300 to balance the tires! They’ll mess with your car and then try to scam you with insane repair prices!

I have never had a negative experience until today. The manager came to my door, didnt speak and immediately opened my driver door without any warning.Then he asked me to get out of the car to show me something. So during covid none of the workers were wearing masks and I thought was weird. Then he was low talking about me to the other worker. Very unprofessional.

Had my oil changed and brake fluid replaced in Jan 2021. The staff was quick and professional. Best part was I didnt need an appointment. I just drove right up and they helped immediately.

I had about 20 minutes to spare while in the area. I pulled up and asked if that was enough time to get in and out, they said it was. I was out with about 5 minutes to spare! Great service and very timely!

I have used the Leesburg Jiffy Lube for over 3 years and it doesnt matter what time of year or what time of the day, they have always got me in quickly, been courteous and professional, and Im usually out the door in 20-30 minutes. I can always count on 5 Star service!

Let’s start off by saying this. There is a team of young adults who are lead by two managers who are amazing at being leaders. Joelle the manager is a stand up guy, always values my business. Opens my door ask me how my thanksgiving was etc etc, as I get out the car I see his colleagues vigorously get started on my car. This is the way business should be conducted. This shop is ran with organization and they will not only service your car but not make you feel like burden. All the staff all though I may not know them personally seem to have a love and passion for cars. Both managers are prompt attentive respectful gentleman Nate And Joelle. It shows how good of leaders they both are when you see how things are being ran. Lucky owner! Lol

I enjoy Jiffy Lube. Its always highly convenient. Came a bit after 1:30 on a Saturday and they were hopping! So many cars! I got the option to wait in my car until they needed my car in the bay, which I appreciate.They went above and beyond and surprised me a bit today. I had attempted to change my own tag light but hadnt succeeded so my bulbs were sitting on my dash. I asked the technician about replacing the bulb and expected he would use one from Jiffy Lube -- I didnt even ask about using my own bulbs and didnt know that was an option. They used them! It only cost me $5 for them to replace it for me! Very grateful for that cost saving measure.

So today I had a wonderful experience at jiffy lube. My oil light had come on and I was running errands around town and planning on having my neighbor change it this evening. I asked the manager for his honest opinion, he checked my oil and added a little so I could get home to have it changed. He didnt just say oh yes, has to be changed by us right now. That is what I call great customer service. I would definitely use them in the future!

Went in on my day off for my TMPS light not going off, despite troubleshooting and checking pressure. They were very nice and quick to get me in. They checked my tires and found a low pressure in back tires and filled them up for me. Joel the mgr was super nice and very professional. No charge!! I was so impressed. I thought this place was awesome. Everyone was super polite. The tech took me out to my car to actually show me under the hood and what services they were recommending aside from the ones I was asking for. Overall this was one of the best car repair experiences I have ever had. I would absolutely recommend this shop to others. The waiting area was decent as well, with a coffeemaker, restroom, etc. I had my baby with me and everything went smooth and all my repairs took just under and hour and then I was out the door.

Last couple oil changes, I saw oil on the floor. Had to go back and had the tighten the bolt. Outside of that, they are fast and do a superior job with filling up necessary liquids

Worst Jiffy Lube experience ever. I came to jiffy lube for an oil change and quick service. I instead had to wait almot an hour for the work to be done. I went to go get food and was told to return in 20 min for the work to be done. I come back and I see employees just chilling and smoking and playing on their phones and no one was working on my car. It was late afternoon but I had a late night shift of work to get too. They didnt seem to care or notice my impatient nature.I will not be coming back to jiffy lube. Take your business elsewhere!

I had a great experience with this Jiffy Lube shop just yesterday. I needed an emergency battery replacement, called ahead and they had what I needed in stock, gave me a price and said I didn’t need an appointment. So as soon as I was able to start my car I just drove to the back of the shop and was immediately greeted by Melissa with whom I had spoken on the phone. I was told it would take 30 minutes and sure enough - 28 minutes later it was done, even though there were a lot of cars being worked on and people waiting. Thank you to Melissa, Mat and Joel - fantastic job!

Went here for an oil change and had great service. Customer experience was good and they were fairly quick (I went during peak time of day). Oil change prices are high regardless where ever you go and you could always change it yourself. However, they were respectful if you denied a sale of another item if you didnt want it. Good team!

I have not been to this Jiffy Lube in some time, but I was going out of town and the car needed an oil change, so I dropped in. It seems to me that there has been some sort of change, maybe a management change?From when I arrived and was greeted by Trinidad warmly, I could sense a change. And when the tech brought me to the computer to review my profile, there was not the usual push to do everything to the car except paint it! I never felt comfortable with the hard sell, and in the past, even when I said...what part of just an oil change do you not understand? This time was better and we just reviewed what I wanted done and it was done, quickly and effortlessly. Bravo! Job well done!

I should have known better than to come to a Jiffy Lube. They overcharged me for an oil change with the old your car needs synthetic oil trick and showed a dirty cabin air filter that I knew wasnt from my car in an attempt to get me to change mine. Strongly do not recommendUpdate: went to get my next oil change. Not from a jiffy lube, of course. Turns out these guys put conventional oil in and charged me for the expensive stuff! Never again!!! Be warned!!!

I had moved last year and had not had the opportunity to use this Jiffy Lube site before. I went at a good time and was immediately taken in. All my records were on file from previous visits. I discussed my cars needs with the supervisor and agreed to most of the suggested services. I enjoyed a cup of coffee in the lounge while the services were performed. Total time was about half an hour; much better than waiting at the dealer. Everyone as polite and accommodating. Will be back in 10,000 miles.Bud in Lansdowne

Great experience Paul and team were very informative and let me know what was needed and what wasnt. Didnt feel like they were do anything but making sure I was satisfied and earning my business. Cleaned out part of my engines air filter so I could get another change in before switching out the filter.Great work, will be back with our other cars.

All jiffy lubes aren’t created equal. Nadeem and the team here is extremely helpful and go above and beyond what is expected with getting a simple oil change. They offer a lot of helpful advice and wisdom. They are also extremely personable. Highly recommend.

I highly recommend this Jiffy Lube location. They are professional and very knowledgeable. Their customer service is exceptional. I took my car there for radiation reservoir check after a previous service. I called them up and respectfully explained my issue and their manager Mohammed heard my complaints and ask me to bring my car back in. After looking at it they showed me the crack in the reservoir. He then explained what was actually done during my service. I then understood the issue was not caused by them. After all, given their nature of exceptional customer service, they offered to replace my reservoir tank. Which they did and I continue to go this Jiffy Lube location. If I haven’t mention how professional they are, allow me restate how great they car. Great guys!!!

Nice front office service. Nice on the drive up service side. Not so good on the final end result.Trying get me to buy into a $50 cabin air filter which is anywhere from $12-$16 at most. ( I had one in my trunk) Come on. A five minute job for $50. Of you are getting 80% of the typical customer buying in thats great for you. If you want repeat business to go for the extras, you might want to revisit your pricing.After an oil change I went to get gas. I opens my glove box to find knob laying in it and the other has black grease all over. The bad: glove box wouldnt close. The cabin air filter cover wasnt put back and landed behind the glove box. I manage to get everything back as it should. I typically wouldnt comment however this is the second time this sort of scenario took place and at the same location. Fortunate Im mechanically inclined.

The oil change went fine for the most part. I asked them multiple times before they did the oil change to come get me because I had a concern about a possible oil leak. They started the oil change without finding me and then after the oil change was done, I got home and the wife was concerned because there was oil all over the ground.I ended up taking the truck to Midas, thinking there was an oil leak. The manager brought me to the truck and showed me how Jiffy Lube had spilled oil all over the top of the engine and then tried to wash it down and what I was seeing all over the ground was the remnants of the oil spill that they did on the engine. I’m not posting a bad review but I was not completely pleased this time.

I went in for an oil change and tire rotations. That’s it. When I went to pay I find out that I’m paying for an oil change and two random filters for which I did not ask, nor had they told me how much they were before putting them in. I paid over $160 for an OIL change. Not only that, but my tires weren’t even rotated. I will never go back and am honestly so upset that I was taken advantage of as a customer. If I could rate less than one star I absolutely would.

Great service and shop. Customer service was excellent. My only concern is why is a synthetic oil change almost $100. That is outrageous. The most I ever paid before today was $65. Definitely need to reevaluate the pricing. Until then I will most likely not return.

They did just what I needed, top off fluids and change a bulb. But the real reason for the stars is the kindness I observed. There was clearly a new hire trying to assist me. He was a little uncertain how to proceed, which another employee noticed and said to him, How can I help you bud? Just very kind and casual. Made my day.

This location could use some training when it comes to customer service. I was greeted by a young kid who appeared to be just going through the motions because he did not want to be there. Sales/Customer Service Rep needs to get all information (including what type of service) in the system before one finger is laid on customer car. Reason I say this because my vehicle had been in the bay and worked on for nearly 35 mins before I was even asked as to why type of oil I wanted or if there was any other services I might want/need. Never in my life would I thought of paying $72+tax for oil change on a domestic 4 cylinder vehicle. Only reason I decided to go here was because my usual place was booked up and this was my only free day to get it done in the next few weeks. Gentlemen that took my information told me that I needed the $72 oil change as it was recommended for my vehicle type. At that point since they have already begun servicing my vehicle, and I’m pretty sure they drained my oil (been in the bay for 35 mins with techs under hood and topping off fluids, etc...) I just bit the my lip and agreed to it. Got home and looked up what oil is recommended for my vehicle, yup I can use just conventional oil. My vehicle doesn’t need no gold or platinum synthetic oil. This was first and last time there. I will admit though the guy in bay (Manager/Lead Tech) ran the place in there very well.

If I could give no stars I would. I witness a man grab dirt from the floor and put it in my filter then walk over and show it to me thinking I had not seen what he did. It was so obvious... there were tree seeds and pine needs sticking out, and I had just gotten my filter replaced at the dealership. Never going back. Do not recommend.

Great service!! Thought I only needed an oil change but they took the time to point out another fix and took the time to show me instead of just telling me. Only been here twice and they kept track of my last visit and recommended upcoming maintenance based on the miles I have. Definitely feel like what they do is honest work and care about maintaining a honest hardworking reputation. If you choose not to do what they recommend then it’s not a problem, other places would be pushy. I will continue to keep coming here even though I go to a local dealership as well. Never hurts to get another professional opinion.

Got the signature service oil/filter change, all fluids topped off, tire pressure check and adjustment, new air filter (yes they do try and sell you on other things, but my filter was filthy and needed replaced) and a tire rotation... All of that for $88! Really good deal I thought, and customer service was great...

Typically, I only come here for oil changes. You do need to be clear on what you need, and sometimes you will be reminded that you might need other services done (I had also gotten my tires rotated during my recent visit). The staff is pretty attentive and will do their best to check you in as quickly as possible.
