I have a 2001 330Ci so having a trustworthy mechanic is essential. I had an oil change with filter replacements, liquid top off, and check of tire pressure. They were very busy and short-staffed when I took the car in, but Silvana (she runs the place!) was calm and professional, letting me know the status of my car within a few hours. I will be taking my car back for further service in the future. I hated leaving my mechanic in Atlanta, and thankful Ive found a new one I can trust.
We were in a fix and they went out of their way!! We came in for maintenance of one car and the other cR came in with flat tire!! Owner called Champion Tire in Leesburg and by afternoon tire had been replaced. German Works removed bad tire, made arrangements to get tire replaced, and when we brought new tire back they remounted! No charge!! They went out of their way to help us and boy did they make our stress level go down!! They went above and beyond to take care of our issues! If you have a car made in Germany( VW, Audi, Porsche, BMW or Mercedes, and you live anywhere near, this s the place to go for honest excellent workmanship!!
By my standard, 4 star is a great score. I was one of those guys who never gave perfect A unless the person was so remarkable that I had to take off my hat. It goes with movie, restaurant reviews as well. I’ve been using this facility ever since they opened near The Villages few years back. I was using dealers in Orlando until then but I am a regular here now. If there is a problem, I call them. Now, with so many Villagers owning German cars, it takes a while to get scheduled. Nevertheless they do a good job and much less expensive than dealers. I am very happy with the service and they are very friendly bunch. So near to The Villages, don’t have to drive all the way to Orlando. My Mercedes convertible is in good hand.
We were referred to All German Motorworks for repairs on our 8-year-old Mini Cooper. We have decided to sell the Mini in favor of a second golf cart so we wanted to keep repairs to those essential for sale. The staff did a great job identifying those repairs (battery, hood latch release, air conditioning recharge), fixing them, and keeping our costs as low as possible. Though we will no longer need to use their services, we wouldnt hesitate to recommend them to others who do!
Gary the owner and his facility is first class
Great place to have your German vehicle maintained/repaired. Silvana Peacock in customer relations is a great plus for the shop.
I had an excellent experience with Gary and the team who took the time to explain what was wrong with my car and get me back on the road on time! Will definitely return if I need to! Thanks again!
All German motorworks went above and beyond with their service on our Audi A3. They helped get our AC fixed for a fraction of the cost that Audi quoted us and even helped repair some shoddy work that another repair shop did 6 months ago. Gary was very honest and helpful. If you have a German made car, these are the guys to go to!
Great service, professional timely and wont take my BMW X1 anywhere else
Dave is an excellent mechanic. Better than going to Sanford to Merceds dealer.
I have tried 3 different repair shops for my 2001 Mercedes SLK. I am so happy to have found All German Motorworks. They are the most professional, quality car repair shop I have ever used. They provide quality work at reasonable prices and are always friendly and available if you have questions. Their shop is so clean it hardly looks like an auto repair shop. I highly recommend them to anyone needing work done on a German or European car. You wont be disappointed.
Many thanks to Silvana, Gary,John and the entire team at AGMW!Our VW EOS roof was stuck half open and the repair was done perfectly so now my wife has her baby is back to normal😁!They kept our car inside until work was completed so it wouldn’t be out in any of our storms!Highly recommend AGMW no extra pressure to purchase other items after the repair like at some places! Will be back for routine maintenance as needed! They are very courteous and Silvana is a great customer relations person! Thanks againJeff
I always bring my Mercedes to them. They do an outstanding job keeping my car running well. I’d recommend them to anyone who cares about their car
This facility was very thorough and professionally run. After an extensive inspection, several additional items were added to the work order. The initial estimated completion date slipped but the cause was primarily the unavailability of parts. Everyone in the office was helpful. In particular, the office manager, Deanna, was always cheerful. And her understanding and explanations of the work being done, made the delays acceptable.
Everyone was so helpful and thoughtful. They even offered to re-wire my trailer when I was frustrated! The tech explained everything and was a delight!
All German Motorworks is an awesome shop they treat you right and tell you the truth about your car.We will recommend them to everyone we know that has a German car
Im happy to give my highest recommendation to this shop. Gary was very up front and honest with me about the state of my vehicle, and along with his talented mechanic, ended up convincing me to forego thousands of dollars in repairs and trade in my vehicle instead. If you have a German make, youre definitely gonna want to trust All German with your vehicle!
I brought my BMW to German motor works for repairs. The owner Garysaid to me, what can i do for you mate? Very friendly guy, we made anappointment, he fixed my car, and it was a lot cheaper than what a BMWdealer wanted to charge me. I would recommend German motor works to anyone that wants a professional job, without unloading their wallet.Butch
I was ripped off in this place! They told me that we charge $150 for diagnosing the car for the AC issue and I was charged $250...the reason was because the mechanic did 1.5 hour to diagnose instead of 1 hour and the car stayed there 2 days. Imagine, to diagnose not to solve. The worst thing was when they estimated to “fix” the car in the amount of $4,000. Fixing was to replace the entire compressor!I work for a company that has hundreds of employees and I will be the worst marketing in the Villages and around!Never ever again here and read comments and reviews before you go there because it seems there a lot, but the same ripoff!
I have used All German Motorworks on a number of occasions. This week, when I had to pull my C300 over because I was afraid to drive it, I called them again. The car was towed to them as I anxiously awaited the diagnosis. I was so surprised to hear that the problem was not as bad as I had feared. Gary, David, and Sylvana all worked together to make this experience a great one and I’m very grateful.
I went to them instead of dealer in Orlando. Gary was professional, pleasant, and patient. Provided service free of cost. Unheard of!
They were very good and through. We found a couple things starting to get a hold on my mini so they are getting fixed this coming week. Owner is also helping me with getting a few things I want for 🚗 thanks AGM I will always use them now. They treated me like a lady with a 🧠 🤯
This facility is fantastic! I take my mercdes there for all maintenance and repairs and the work is impeccable! The shining star of this business is Deanna!! She always goes above and beyond and has exemplary customer service skills! She makes the place run like a well oiled machine!
I was sent to this business by another mechanic. I have used them in the past with no problem. I had a wonderful experience a few years ago. This morning I called to make an appointment to take my car in and Deanna was so incredibly rude I ended up telling her never mind I wouldnt bring my car into them again. If you dont mind being talked to like youre a 5 year old child and scolded because you asked a question then this is the place for you. If you were an adult who likes to discuss something go to another mechanic. The mechanic may be wonderful but their help is terrible. The receptionist posted a reply saying I had called 4 times. No one answered the first 2 times, even though it was after 9 AM. I spoke with her 2 times, the second time to try and reschedule for a less busy time, but she did not even give me the opportunity to speak. I was trying to work out a time that I would be off and could leave my car for several days, but she would not know that because she refused to listen to me.Apparently, she was so busy that my business was if no value. Although I am happy your business is so successful, even non-customers should not be treated the way I was today...even when you are busy. I hate it, because I really appreciated the work the mechanics did in the past.4:55 pmGary, the owner, reached out to apologize for his receptionists behavior this morning. He was very professional and explained that, although they were very busy this morning, he values his customers and has talked with her. I hope it works out because they are great mechanics.
Awesome people to deal with. Honest and upfront with what the repairs would cost and given the options. Would highly recommend
SUPER sums it up! They diagnosed the problem quickly and we were on our way! Very professional, very clean shop and trustworthy. THANK YOU ALL SOOOOOO MUCH!
Best place to get your German cars fixed. Jason Scott is the best.
We recently needed some repair on our Audi ; Gary King and his staff were excellent! ; everything was completed in the time frame we were scheduled. I would highly recommend All German Motorworks to anyone. Their prices are very reasonable and affordable, beyond comparison to any dealership shop costs. These guys are great.
Very professional. Fixed right the first time.
I work here. Great atmosphere and we do good work. Dealer level software and we compete with dealer prices. If you want a bs free estimate to fix what is actually needed on your vehicle this is the place for you.
Would not use again, not cheaper than dealer and excessive delays. Engine cover came back heavily scratched (like someone stood on it and twisted it) and missing bolts, Pictures are attached. Avoid the hassle and look elsewhere for service. They had my car for 19 days (Towed in 8/1/18 late in the day and demanded it back 8/21/18 at closing as it was still not repaired). I called on 8/1 asking if they took extended warranties as they were local, and I like to support local businesses. In the beginning everything was normal they diagnosed the car on 8/2/ and called on 8/3 to let me know that an insurance adjustor would be out on Monday or Tuesday to look at the car and she will call me back with what they would cover and what I would be responsible for. Insurance Adjustor came out Monday 8/6 and I received a phone call with the breakdown on 8/7 with an estimated completion date of 8/10. I patiently waited till 8/10 and had no contact from the shop after calling several times through out the day with no answer I get a call from Gary on 8/10/ @ 4:39 PM informing me that the car would not be done on that day as it was “a lot of work to do on the car”, these things happened and he assured me it would be done Monday 8/13. Monday came, and I had not heard from them, so I called @ 12:37 pm and again no answer, left a voicemail and did not hear back from them that day. I then called again on 8/14 @ 11:22AM and at that time was informed that the car was not repaired and that after a smoke test they found another vacuum leak and that after hanging up with me they were contacting my warranty company for another claim and would call me back with what my cost for the new repair would be. No contact from them 8/15 and after I called 8/16 @ 09:32AM and at 10:00AM with no answers I called from another phone number and was answered on the second ring. They stated that they were on the other line with my warranty company and accidentally hung up on them to answer this line. They asked for ten minutes and they would call me back. I called back @ 11:10 again no answer, Called again @ 11:54 no answer, called again @ 12:10 and was informed that my warranty company is giving them grief for their diagnosis and that Now I have to call the Warranty Co. and clear up the confusion (they did not file the claim on Tuesday as they stated they were as when I called my warranty co. they claimed the claim was filed that day @ 10:41 AM, after my original 10:00 AM phone call from another number). After I spoke to my Warrant Company I called the shop back and told them they should be able to go ahead now. The shop called me back @ 1:01PM and informed me that I was now required to pay another $98.50 for the warranty company to send out an inspector again for this missed problem, and that we could not continue unless I approved this. I having no recourse approved it and she said that she will call the warranty company back and try to get an inspector out the following day. The next day 8/17 I called them @ 12:35 pm and again no answer I left a voice mail and the returned my call @ 1:52PM informing me the inspector had been out and they should here something back by Monday. On 8/20 I called them @ 12:18PM and left another message and they returned my call @ 2:24pm letting me know the repairs were approved and should be done best case scenario Tuesday 8/21. I called on 8/21 and left a message again and got a call back @ 2:08 PM stating my car was being put back together and should be good after a Test drive, I never heard from the again till I told them I was on my way down there when they told me that the car still had problems. This would be the third diagnostic and another 98.50 fee towards me. I asked if the car was put together and took possession of it then. Upon looking in my engine bay my Engine cover was scuffed like someone stepped on it and missing bolts. Do not Recommend.
The owner Gary, and Diana in the office are extraordinary! Patient, calm and understanding. Pricing and quality were everything I could want and without having to go to Daytona or Winter Park for my BMW work. Thank you all!!
Work was done on time and the shop is very clean. and the people there were very nice
Very good experience. Got the work done ✔in 15 minutes. If you have a European car go there
Gary and his team are OUTSTANDING! Wish I could give more than 5 stars. Very knowledgeable and thorough. They give you an appointment and follow the schedule; no wasting my time. I brought my Mercedes in for a squeak/rattle and they diagnosed the problem quickly. I hope to buy another German car soon and will certainly take it to AG for all services. Id recommend them to everybody.
I was so happy to find this company as we had just purchased a 2009 Mini Cooper and needed to have the wheel locks removed plus have the car completely checked and serviced. They did everything that needed to be done, service and interactions were wonderful. We will use them for all of our service needs and will highly recommend them.
Recently had my MB SLK350 serviced by Owner/Manager Gary King with new brakes and recommended B service. As a new extremely satisfied customer, Gary maybe one of only a few still honest auto shop people in the country. He doesnt sell you unneeded service or parts; provides an honest, down-to-earth caring personality; prompt repairs; and about 30% lower in price than rip-off dealers. Finally a good and fair repair facility!
I took my Porsche 968 to Gary for a coolant leak diagnosis. Gary was very professional and informative stating the radiator had a leak and would need replacement. The work was completed timely and in a quality manner. I feel Gary and his team are knowledgeable and provide a nice customer experience. Thank you to Gary and his technician Jason.
Jason is a knowledgeable technician and I would highly recommend him for BMW repairs.
It is so refreshing to find a place where people treat you with respect and honesty. Gary was friendly and professional. The young man who handled my car not only explained the reading but showed me the problem with my brake fluid. They could have charged me a lot of money but didn’t. My Mini will go nowhere else but here. Highly, highly recommend!!
Very friendly and knowledgable and transparent. If you want a personal touch from people who actually know what theyre doing and wont rip you off, this is where to go!
I stopped in without an appointment at 4:00 on Friday afternoon to ask some questions about having my car worked on and from the minute I walked in, I was treated in a friendly and professional manner. All of my questions were answered on the spot and they offered to start on my car at that time if I needed it looked at right away. I set up an appointment and their team exceeded everyone one of my expectations and found them to be highly knowledgeable, timely, considerate and honest. I can’t say enough about my experience and would highly recommend them for any of your mechanical needs. I take comfort knowing I found a local mechanic that I trust and am happy to do business with. Thank you again to Gary and his team.Matt Payne.
Gary and the Team are THE BEST! Always very responsive, helpful, and professional. They provide highest quality service at reasonable cost. Highly recommend!!!
I am a loyal customer of All German motor works in Leesburg. I am always 100% satisfied with the work done on my car. Gary is very accomodating, and gives me good advice. He is very trustworthy, and would never recommend work that doesnt need to be done. His technician, Jason, did a great job on my car this last visit. I would highly recommend All German Motorworks to all my friends.
All German Motor Works was a absolute pleasure to do business with. Chris, Scott and Melissa were wonderful. Chris the owner called me to discuss the estimate, took the time to explain and go over all details. Scott the technician, what can I say he is a real magician with Mercedes and he takes great pride in his work. Melissa did a wonderful job of keeping me up to date on the time line of my repair. Thank You Chris, Scott and Melissa!!!
I brought my Mini Cooper Clubman S to All German Motorworks when the check engine light went on. Gary and his team are wonderful! They diagnosed the problem in a very timely manner, let me know exactly what the issue was, and what needed to be done to fix it. My car was ready the next day. I REALLY wish I had known about them before getting my car serviced at another place...this is the only place I will be bringing my car from now on.
Hello, well, I have a 2009 Smart Car that has 247,000 miles on it. It went from being the highest mileage Smart Car on the West Coast to the Highest Mileage Smart Car on the East Coast. In California I took it to MBZ/Smart of San Francisco and could not have received better service or pricing anywhere. These guys knew what they were doing. In Florida, I decided to work with MBZ/Smart of Orlando in Maitland and I am sorry to say that after the first couple of visits their service, pricing and follow-up was the worst I have ever experienced in my car repair history and my last two cars were MBZs.Fortunately, I found the All German Motorworks of Leesburg listing. After talking to these guys for a while I could tell that they knew what they are doing. Fast forward a couple of weeks after having it towed in. (Delay was due to getting parts.) I have a new clutch actuator, rear axle shaft and seal, and a major service that included all fluid changes and spark plugs. I can actually say that my car runs like it did when MBZ/Smart in San Francisco last worked on it- and maybe even a little better due to the new actuator.Long story short, Ill be back for my scheduled maintenance and any needed services. I have no hesitation recommending these guys to anyone- and as a former business management consultant, I dont say that very often.
My husband and I highly recommend All German Motorworks. We have been taking our BMW there for about three years and we are extremely happy with the service. Gary and Jason are great, very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and will explain and take care of your vehicle. We appreciate them taking care of our car and being so nice and so glad they are here for us.
I would have given it zero but the system doesn’t allow it.I’m submitting the following as an FYI and a warning.I just moved to the area and was looking for a repair shop that specialized in BMWs. I found All German Motorworks located at 109 Weber Ave, Leesburg. On my move to The Villages, my X5s AC blower gave out and needed replacement. I know enough about cars to self-diagnose. I took my car to Gary, a British man who manages All German Motorworks, and explained the problem. He explained their process of performing their diagnosis for $130. Gary told me that if my diagnosis were correct, and they completed the work, I would not be charged. I researched the labor time involved and the cost of the parts. Gary advised they charged $130 an hour and is estimated it would take about 8 hours to complete the job. I knew what components had to be replaced and how much a BMW distributor charged for the parts. Gary told me I needed the blower motor (which I knew) and a resister (a secondary part) that I knew did NOT need replacement. I didnt say anything since the resister was less than $100.I brought my car in on a Monday and was told it would be ready by Thursday or Friday at the latest of the same week.Since I had not heard from All German, I called on Thursday afternoon and was informed their distributor had sent the wrong part, and they were expecting the correct one on Friday. Gary was hoping to have the work complete by the end of the day on Friday. Gary gives all sorts of excuses on why the car was not ready and blamed his parts distributor for sending the wrong part. Im not upset; I understand that unforeseen things happen and have a second car.The car was not ready on Friday.I called on Monday and was told they had received the part, and that it would be installed on Tuesday, and the car would be ready by noon. At the end of the day on Tuesday, I receive a call advising my vehicle is ready, but its too late in the day to pick it up before they close.I pick up the car on Wednesday, and Gary explains that his mechanic had a problem installing the passenger side airbag because of an aftermarket stereo I had installed. The dashboard had to be removed to get to the blower. Gary tells me that reinstalling the airbag could cause a decapitation if reinstalled because of missing components and foam removed from the car when the aftermarket stereo was installed.Gary looks for the airbag to show me the bag, and bracket it attaches to, but cannot find it. Gary has one of his other mechanics call the mechanic that had worked on my car and found out that the mechanic was able to reinstall without a problem. So, by this time, bells are starting to go off, and Im beginning to wonder just how informed Gary is.Gary is a non-stop talker (kind of like a used car salesman) will not let you get a word in. In haste, I pay my bill and forget to give the office manager a coupon I got out of the paper for a 10% discount. On Thursday, I call and tell Gary I forgot to give him the coupon and asked if he would apply it. He immediately shuts me down, saying that he cannot issue credit because my credit card had already been charged. He was very abrasive, rude, short, and offered no other solution. I was speechless and hung up.I regrouped and called him back. Now keep this under consideration, I was told my cars work would be complete on Thursday, and it wasnt finished until the end of business on the following Tuesday. During the process, Ive had to call to get statuses on the work and delivery. Im being charged full retail prices on original BMW parts that I can call a local BMW dealer and purchase directly from the dealer at a lesser price. And Ive been charged for a part I did not need.Part 1 of 2
I had a problem with my BMW today. I visited All German Motorworks in Leesburg, Fl. this is where I have my cars oil changed every so many months.Gary who is friendly and informative took a look at my problem and told me what was wrong. He called Dave who is super knowledgeable and goes above and beyond quickly solved my problem. The job was completed beyond my expectations.Thank you Gary and Dave for an amazing and courteous job well done. I highly recommend All German Motorworks to others.Carol Longo
I have an Audi A5 that I bought used this past September. Was referred to All German Motorworks by a neighbor with the same car. My drivers door wasnt closing properly. Made an appt. They checked it out, fixed the latch and no charge. You can bet I will be back there with my business, The manager and mechanic were both kind and well mannered, didnt treat me like some rich old broad.
Never going back. Up charges to no end. quoted one price and we we got there to pay is was nearly $400. more.Charging a 120 on diagnostics is ridiculous for each issueGary, I asked your front desk person to have you call me, but you didnt ..We were heading to pick up the care and 15 minutes before you closed were told there was no internet at your site (the day of the recent storm) and could not use a credit card. We quickly went and got the payment that we were told when I authorized the service. The charge was different than what I had been told. We paid and took our car. Better communication in the future would help in preventing ill feelings. We have provided you with another opportunity to provide service on my wifes car. I hope our previous episode was a misunderstanding and I look forward to seeing the good work you can provide.I appreciate the refund of the extra charge .Thank you for working with us to resolve this situation
We experienced a problem with our A/C and only the low fan would work. A local repair shop recommended this place. We had to wait a week before we had an appointment to get a diagnosis of our problem. This cost $130 with tax. We were told it was either the fan or the resister. The repair estimate was approximately $850. We were given another appointment but the parts hadnt arrived and we were given yet another date. The mechanic didnt realize how much time it would take and so after we had waited over an hour in the waiting room, the work wasnt done and we were given still another date. Once again we brought our car in and the work was done. The repair however did not fix the problem. We were told to get another appointment and further diagnosis would be done. Now after three weeks of driving in the Florida heat with almost no A/C, 5 visits and over $1000 dollars we were told it would take another $1268.65 and wed still have to take it to a dealer to be programmed. This place doesnt know how to fix a Volvo. It made no offer to refund even part of the money we spent, even for their incompetent diagnosis. Better to drive 50 miles to a dealer than the local waste of time and money.
Very knowledgeable. Great customer service.
I called and asked for an estimate and I didn’t finish talking yet and the lady on the phone said “how would we know an estimate of something if you don’t know what’s wrong with the car?” And if she would’ve let me finish, I was asking for an estimate on a diagnostic. Very rude. Didn’t even end up using their service and never would because of this bad encounter. Called (02/04/2021)
Management doesn’t hesitate to squeeze in a last minute oil change. Jason, the tech, always takes care of my car and I appreciate the service always. -Rosie
I drove about 1000 miles from Maryland to Florida, and near the end of the trip the headlight went out, not really a big deal, so since I did not know any mechanics here yet, I went to the Ocala BMW dealer. I gave them my VIN number and phone number and was told someone will be with me to make an appointment. Ninety minutes later no one came to talk to me, I asked again and was rather brushed off, they had more important repairs to do than a head light. Well If I had my tools and jack with me I would have done it myself, so I left. Drove out of the dealership and asked Google for the best BMW mechanic in the area. AG Motorworks was first on the list. When I arrived I was greeted as if I was an old customer. I explained I had a flight back to Maryland Wednesday and needed this fixed before than. Immediately I was given an appointment to fit my schedule (which was to be Monday). It was later afternoon Friday. I was a happy camper. On Sunday I went to Church and after mass, my car started miss firing, of course it was cylinder 6 the hardest one to get to. When I arrived early on Monday morning, I explained the headlight was the least of my concerns and needed the plugs and bad coil replaced. They were concerned, as they had to confirm what the issue was and order the parts. Concerned, why? Because this place is great, as evident by the amount of work of vehicles that were there before me. Gary at first wasnt sure if he could fit me in, but when I explained my schedule, he said he would have it scoped and fixed by late Tuesday afternoon. Well 9am on Tuesday I got the call that my vehicle as ready for pickup.Im an older guy and have lived west in Arizona to a few cities on the East coast, I have a lot of experience with mechanics, and I can said without any hesitation, that Gary and AG Motorworks is the best I have seen. When I returned after the new year they will be my #1 shop. There was other work that needed to be done, but Gary recommended that I wait as it was not immediately necessary, its an expensive repair, but Gary put a customer, and someone he did not even know, over the mighty Dollar. If you have a German car that needs repair I highly recommend AG MotorworksThanks Gary and all at AG MotorworksMichael
Over the last three years, I have gained a personal relationship with the owner & his staff. The hospitality is one of a kind and I greatly appreciate it. Thank you everyone at German Auto for always treating me VIP! #1 Auto Repair in Central, FL. 😬
Stopped in while I was in the area inquiring about service for my Mercedes SLK250 and spoke with Gary. Very knowledgable and learned so much about my vehicle from him in just a short amount of time that I will be definitely be back to have my car serviced. Very clean looking and professional shop, prices discussed were highly competitive. Would not hesitate to suggest trying them for service for your German car.
Overall an excellent experience. The Tech took my car in on time. The work was completed and the tech, at my request was able to talk to me and answered my questions. The price was fair and significantly less money than identical work previously done by a dealer. They also solved a problem I was having with a warning light and they did it at no charge. The best experience I have had with maintenance on my car.
We are new to area with Mercedes slk and they did excellent work. Gary, the owner, was personable and wanted to make sure I knew that if there was issue I was to call immediately and bring car in. Thank goodness I don’t have to go to Orlando! Thanks Gary
Great place. Prices are very reasonable and quality of work on my BMW was excellent. Highly recommend!
Melissa the receptionist was so accommodating and pleasant . She was just so honest and sincere, great asset to the business. The service and staff were excellent and very honest with the repairs that need to be done. If you have a Mercedez and live in the Leesburg or the Villages this is definitely the place to go. The owner Gary was so accommodating and personal . We will never go to another place and definitely not to the dealer.
What a find. We would highly recommend All German Auto Works. So thankful to find a knowledgeable trustworthy company to take care of our BMW. We travel a lot in our BMW and it was especially valuable to us that if we had problems on the road we could just call Gary or Alex and they would talk to the mechanic to make sure the work was necessary. Personalized care. You dont see service like this anymore. And did I say reasonably priced?
Always professional, efficient and helpful. Recommend highly.
Gary is a great and fair man. The technicians are well trained and true professionals. I have a 2003 SL500 and they keep it running like new.
Deal with Gary the shop manager, not the pit bull.
They always take care if my Audi with great care and expertise!
Alex and Gary made sure from day one that my 2009 Audi A4 Cabriolet was well attended to whenever I needed service, wether it be a top problem, oil compression problem or chain timing replacement! Always felt like I was their only customer and VERY fair pricing !!My wife was in the hospital recently for 3 and half months and they catered to my service needs and my last job done just a few weeks agoThey greatly discounted the cost for chain timing replacement as their way of helping their fellow neighbor!Great service---great results-great people !!!
Excellent service.
Have been bringing my 2004 Mercedes to AGMW for the past three years and have been completely satisfied will all the work performed. I had problems which were swiftly resolved . In addition I have referred friends who have BMW and Bentley to AGMW and are always satisfied.
This was my first experience with All German Motorworks. First what I like is that they are close to Wildwood and one of the few places where you can take a German car to get serviced the right way. I was very happy with the communications, the thoroughness of checking my S550 out all the way to keep it in tip-top shape. I met both Gary and Melissa while I was there and both kept in great contact and provided me with latest on how the car was doing. I would highly recommend AGM to anyone who needs quality service and great customer service. Thanks Gary and Melissa for making my first experience with AGM a great one.
I am the original owner of a 2003 Audi with over 140,000 miles. I can honestly say that All German Motorworks is the best service center I have come to know since the day I purchased this wonderful vehicle. With people like Alex Albelo in this company I know I have found the best mechanic I could. He takes pride in his work and maintains his repairs to perfection. I highly recommend this company and gives it my 5-star approval.
The service was amazing, Mr. Gary offered his expertise advice and recommendations for the service my CLA 250 Mercedes. The door to door was phenomenal as I was at work. The pricing was to die for and most of all the honesty which is rarely found today. Thank you very much.
Knowledgeable, no nonsense, fair. Would recommend this repair facility to anyone who is tired of the dealer run around. Thanks AGM!
Amazing people to work with...will definitely recommend to anyone needing help with their vehicle.
I recently purchased an Audi A6. These guys know German vehicles inside and out. In speaking with the owner many local dealerships utilize their expertise when they get German vehicles that need service or for trade. Best of all for a busy professional they will pick up your vehicle for service and deliver it back when its done. Dont trust your precious vehicle to anyone but them!
Very friendly staff, explain any problems in detail. This is a first class operation very competent in all areas
We were extremely satisfied customers of all German Motorworks for several years Gary, the owner is a very personable person, and we thought his mechanics staff was great as well, his front office people the first woman was Lexi, the second woman was Melissa, Melissa didn’t return after the Covid crisis, they were both fantastic at customer service, they made you feel special and there was a warm feeling in doing business with the entire company with Gary and his staff......... however they now have a new person in the front office her name is Deana, and she definitely!!! does not have the temperament for customer service, we’ve complained to the owner Gary, who informed us that other people also had issues with her as well,he said he would give her a talk, but it didn’t seem to do any good she’s constantly frazzled talks about the customers to other customers, very confrontational and always complaining to the customers about how hard her job is and how no one appreciates what she is doing for them 😱 I think she takes the job of dealing with the customers too personal, since she’s been there we’ve been very stressed and frazzled having to deal with AG Motorworks, it got to the point where we didn’t even want to come there because we didn’t want to be in a confrontation with Deana !!Who brings a very negative vibe to Gary’s business, and I fear if he keeps her, more people will follow suit as we have as of this review we’ve decided to stop doing business with a AG Motorworks and tell the people that we have recommend About our recent Negative experiences, we’re going to suggest that they also leave AG Motorworks!!!! in the process today we also noticed that the last Repair job they did on our car was done poorly, we found a New German and foreign car auto care company called Precision German Auto Care............There they immediately noticed the imperfection of the job done by AG Motorworks witch caused the problem we had to address on this visit, Deana, Immediately greeted us with how hard her job is and the problems of the customer who was there before us and how that aggravated her Really???So without going any further this is long enough ... we found a new place they seem to embody the type of professionalism that originally attracted us to AG Motorworks the name is Percision German Auto Care( They also take extended warranties!!! AG Motorworks has now discontinued taking extended warrantees !! that’s something major to consider when making your decision !!!!! ) 👎👎👎👎
I had 3 good experiences with this shop, an oil change and system scan, being it was the first time in the shop. Then I had a oil filter gasket housing replaced, I told them I had an extended warrantee and gave the office girl the info and with 2 hours she called me back telling me they would pay $1000 and change and I paid $150. That worked well, then a few months back I had a battery replaced. I was satisfied with all three visits. About a month ago I had an appoint for a Thursday to check an electric problem. It was an ignition module, diagnostic and repairs would be $665, I asked the lady in the office to call the warranty company, to which her reply was, she couldnt get through. After 3 day I told her I need the car so go ahead and fix it. I called the company and got. through in under 5 minutes. Come to find out they are too busy to wait on line for the claims rep, so I get stuck paying the entire bill . Well, let me tell you THAT wont ever happen again. Thanks for the priorservice, Gary, I Must mention that it was a new office person, that dealt with the Warrantee co.When I left the shop I still had issues with my car, first a slapping noise under the front when I turned on my A/C, and my spoiler not working, that they said there was no power going to it. sitting in the parking lot they heard the noise I was getting and made tow guesses. first was motor mounts, second was condenser. knowing some of that should be under my extended warrantee, and not wanting to go through what I did before, I decided to drive 70 miles to Mini of Wesley Chapel. They did the work, waited 20 minutes for approval from the warrantee co. and it cost me $100 Deductable, and they gave me a brand new Cooper S Hardtop to drive while they ordered the parts and completed the job.
I’ve been using Gary and All German Motorworks to service my 530i since moving to the villages. To say I’m happy with their professionalism, outstanding work, and fairness of price would be an understatement. I went in this morning with a dead car battery. Ocala BMW would not honor the warrantee on my BMW battery that was purchased two years and six day ago at Cherry Hill, NJ BMW. Personally I found this upsetting and am tired of guessing what our local BMW Service center will do next. I elected to have Gary’s technicians replace the battery and reprogram my car. I was in and out of the shop in an hour paying less than what BMW would have charged. My battery now has a warrantee that every Interstate battery dealer will honor. If you are new to the area I highly recommend All German Autoworks, BMW Service
Dropped my car off on Wed. for my B service on my Mercedes. When they called to tell me it was ready, it was to late for me to pick it up by closing which was okay with me. In the mean time, my wife was driving one of my company vans. An inconvienience but I didnt need the van until Friday at which time it was imperative I have it.I stopped by Thurs. Morning to pay my bill only to find out they raised the price of an oil change from $350.00 to over $440.00 without telling me prior.I paid the bill and asked if I could pick the car up later in day (after closing). They told me that was no problem but asked me to move it out of their way. I opened the door and it looked like someone had been stabbed inside my car. There was a pretty good amount of blood on my upholstery and armrest. I cannot imagine someone would leve that much blood all over the inside of a Mercedes Benz with light tan interior and not know they did that.I gave the owner my key back, asked him to clean the blood (after he showed me the band aid on his elbow indicating he was the one who was so careless. I asked him to leave my car outside that evening and I would use my spare key and pick the key up the next day.My wife and I drove by that evening and there where a few cars outside but none of them where mine. So now I had to give my wife my van for a third day when it was so important I have that van....for a simple oil change. It cost me money, time and I had to make arrangements to postpone a customers appointment which made me and my company look bad because they did who knows what with my car that night.I then looked at my bill to see what cost $440.00 and $240.00 of it was labor FOR AN OIL CHANGE. And believe me. I know things cost a lot more when you own a Mercedes and I know the dealer charges more. I also know the dealer uses OEM parts and preserves your resale value more. And by the way. If they didnt do all the other things during this oil change I wouldnt mind paying the $440.00 and would keep going back there to have my car serviced. It was all the other ridiculousness. One of the items was windshield wiper blades. If the had asked if I wanted my wipers changed, or even just looked at the wipers they removed and threw away they would have seen they where Absolutely brand new OEM Genuine Mercedes Benz wiper blades I just installed. When I called to ask where my car was for the third day of my oil change I also asked where my brand new wiper blades where and of course they threw them away. I asked her if they at least replaced them with genuine Mercedes Benz wiper blades and see assured me they did. Well they didnt. They replaced them with much cheaper Bosh wiper blades and threw my very expensive OEM blades in the trash. One of the service items is also an air filter. I have a K&N lifetime air filter. I didnt see an adjustment on the labor for not replacing my air filter. Also, I think for $440.00 they should top off the Blue Def tank as well.Again. Not a deal breaker. Now I have to find a better place to have my car serviced.Update: I certainly did tell both the girl at the desk and the guy who bled all over my car I was not going to pick up my car until after closing and I was taking my key so I could do that. I asked if my car was in the way since I wouldnt be back until after closing. I was asked to move it. Thats when I saw the blood. I had to give the key back so he could clean the blood from my upholstry.I had no reason to believe my wipers would be changed since that was not my first B service here and it certainly wasnt done in the past. My old wipers which I still have where very worn OEM Mercedes wipers. If they where replaced last time I wouldnt have had to change them myself.I would not have had an issue with the price increase if the service was adequate although I do thinka nearly 1/3 increase should be disclosed when making an appointment. The dealer at least makes sure they dont ruin my interior. I assume they take one last look inside to make certain and use floor mats. They also wash my car.
Had a wonderful experience and have returned several times the best in the business and very knowledgeable . Have and will reccomeded friends and family . I trust them with my Mercedes Benz . Thanks Alex and Gary and Alexa.
Excellent service!! Prices quoted before any work is done!! Friendly staff, clean shop! Would recommend!
Gary & Alex, good job boys on my Mercedes! I will recommend GA Auto Works to car owners who need knowledgeable & trustworthy workmanship done on their vehicles.
Great crew, great service, great pricing.
These guys are the real deal. We were from out of town and had to have a warning signal diagnosed on our jag. Alex worked us in and expertly solved the problem and got us on the road. We only wish they would relocate to North Georgia!! Thank you again Alex and Gary for your help.
Superb service with attention to detail. State of the art equipment and well trained service department.
Best German and European shop in the town of Leesburg. I went to a bunch of other places and got screwed over, best place by far. Performed great service to my car and great on pricing.
Wouldnt take my Porsche 968 anywhere else. This is a professional shop that does everything right. Alex and Gary are straight shooters.Just read the 1 star review, and I dont believe a word of it! There is no way this shop operates in this manner. When you bring your vehicle in Gary does a total walk around to note any blemishes before your even pulled into the shop. They are way above returning your vehicle back to you with damage! These guys are pros and their business depends on their good integrity....again that 1 star review is bogus.
Awesome experience having my Blue Beast serviced at All German Motor Works! I couldnt be more pleased.
Great repair work on Mercedes-Benz
Terrible Experience went in for simple maintenance and then after all the lies and unneeded repairs that later was determined to be poor work. Said they aligned pulled right when left shop, scratches on right side of car. Service lights came on 20 miles after left shop. Took to BMW of Ocala and they looked at the $2500 receipt and showed me where the work that was supposedly done still had old parts and still quite greesy.Inside of car stunk of BO when picked up and there was 50 miles added to odometer. If they road tested that much why didnt they fix the basic stuff they said they did. I recommend you avoid Alex and Gary at all costs or it truely will cost you.
Did a good job and not too expensive.
Everyone is so polite, they go out of their way to get parts that you may need. Very professional in all of their dealings.
Kept in contact during repairs. Suggested some unnecessary repairs, like s790vtrabsmission service. BMW said do NOT DO.Quoted $99 to run all diagnostics, was charged $125 PER diagnostic.
Real nasty customer service
A great find ☆
