We had an estimate here for some body work. Seems reasonable, the gentleman doing the estimate was friendly. The lady at the front desk was as rude as can be. Im going to assume she was having an off day, it happens.

They did a good job on my Toyota Camry. Only time will tell with the paint but other then that it looks the same as the day I got it. Great customer service too.

I went here because of front end damage and rear end damage. They also telling me without insurance that the HAVE to blend the paint. But because I used insurance they told me that they don’t blend the paint, let me tell you my car is now two shades of color. Then the front end damage when they repainted it they had bit and pieces of debris in the paint. The paint job looked like an orange peel. My boyfriend took it back up there and told them about the issues that I had, they said they fix it no problem, and they’d touch up some non related scratches I had, and they derail my car and return it almost like new. I went to pick it up. It literally looked like they took a sharpie and filled in those scratches. I told them about how they made my car look worse with filling in my scratch. He said that doesn’t matter cause they did it out of courtesy. They didn’t detail nor did it “look like new”Oh not to mention my backend damage on my power lift gate, they pop one of my plastic pieces back on and shoved the seal in behind it, so now I have to fix it by popping the seal back out by myself.I’ve gone there in the past, and will not be returning.But I do love the girl upfront. They are very helpful and sweet.

This was my second expierence with Gerber. Leanne explained what repair was needed and kept me informed everyday where the repair stood. The results were excellent and i certainly would recommend them to all my friends.

I work in the Insurance Industry and know when vendors are good and bad, and I am difficult to impress as a former adjuster.These folks were awesome. They delivered my vehicle one week early, and their paint job was better than Fords factory job. I am very impressed with the quality of my repair. A dump truck dumped gravel all over my new car, so they had to repaint everything except for the rear bumper. Literally my cars paint looks smoother and better than the day I bought it. No exaggeration. Would highly recommend this shop.

Good folks, good skills, make for happy customers

My 911 Turbo’s front bumper and wheels were resprayed here just over a year ago.First paint on the front bumper cracked. Then clear coat started coming off! And today already over sprayed wheel paint started to come off.Worst paint quality and labor i have ever seen. Never use this place.

The staff is so rude, especially the lady’s that answer the phone. Honestly don’t recommend at all

Its refreshing to use a service, and they perform exactly what they said they would do. I would use their service again. Our Ford Transit had dammage from a tire blowout. Who knew a blown tire could do that much dammage? They exceeded my expectations.

Flea market. Was disappointed with the overspray and grease pencil left on the headlights. They asked me to bring it back to correct it, but working in Orlando and living in Mount Dora it just wasnt feasible.

Gerber is only good for broken glass. Their is no mechanics on duty .They will send you vehicle somewhere else and mark the price up.
