Kumayl (one of the mechanics) is one of the nicest guys I have come to know through this business. He always has a smile and explains everything thoroughly. Wow. I cannot recommend Loudoun Auto more. This was the first time I can recall that a mechanic was 100% honest and transparent. Rather than trying to sell me services, Sammy was upfront that while the issue I was experiencing is annoying in the car’s handling, it does not pose a safety issue nor will it lead to damage of the vehicle. It was a shocking breath of fresh air for him to tell me a service I thought I sorely needed wasn’t necessary. The shop could have easily made more money off of me but Sammy prioritized honesty above the dollar and that speaks volumes to me. What is more, Sammy was deeply respectful in his communication. It’s sad that it felt like a miracle not to be talked down to at an auto shop, but Sammy was informative without being condescending, something I thought impossible when working with an auto shop. The service we received is so great that I am considering making Loudoun Auto our go-to mechanic despite living an hour away.

They did safety inspection on the new car I bought in MD and registered in VA. Every other inspection place is walk-in only, and I wasnt able to get it done due to long wait times each time I went. They set up an appointment to do safety, and were extremely courteous and accommodating. It was quick and easy process. I would highly recommend Loudoun Auto Repair!

They put a new part on my jeep for me after I ram my other one into a pole. It was done professionally and so fast. I really respect the place, they are always so kind and never try to rip you off. Never have I felt so excited to go to a mechanic. The owner of the shop, Sammy, took such great care of me when I went to the shop this past week. I had an oil leak diagnosed a couple months ago by a couple other shops but I’d been waiting to find the right people to do it. When I called Loudoun Auto Repair, they took care of me right away to initially take a look at wear exactly the leak was coming from. I brought it back a few days later to get the work done and it only took a day. He even lent out a loaner car for me so I didn’t have to worry about taking PTO or trying to find a ride. That was a big deal for me and I am still just blown away and super grateful. I’ve never heard of any shop doing that for people. Sammy was also very informative and offered competitive price. Was super fair. This was the most pleasant auto repair experience I’ve ever had. I can definitely say I’m going to be coming back. Thank you so much Sammy and the guys at Loudoun Auto Repair!!

I should have known better than to let my wife get a car inspection here. She was talked into brakes at $150 more than the shop down the street. They saw their mark. Not only was the brake job inflated, they told her they had to also charge her $6.95 to replace each lug nut (x 10 lug nuts) because they were tight. She started to get suspicious that she was being taken for a ride and when she went to pay with her debit card they added a $20 transactional fee. I work in banking and interchange fees for debit are typically .3% (credit is higher). That would have been about $1.88 interchange for this transaction - they charged her $20.00! Avoid this place unless you like being taken for a ride.

QUICK, EASY, EFFICIENT, FRIENDLY! being new to Leesburg, I had to find a new mechanic for my car services. (Specifically, an inspection) I’ve been to a few other places but they were constantly booked or had ridiculously long waits. I was able to make an appointment online with my top 3 availabilities & was emailed back the very next day with my appointment. I showed up @ my appt time & they started on my car right away. I waited in the waiting area for less than 20 minutes & my car was ready! I observed the workers interacting with several other customers via phone & in person and they all were very friendly and informative exchanges. Loudoun Auto has always been super honest and fair on pricing. I needed an oil change, emissions test and the drains to my sunroof unclogged/reattached as it would leak inside the car when it rained.It has a family owned feel to it. My two young sons (10 & 7) and I were there a little over an hour and the owner/nice man behind the desk noticed them getting bored around the 45 min mark and showed them around the office behind the desk, showed them how brakes work with a demo he had on display and also gave them each a toy car. Not a little hot wheels, like the ones on display at Safeway, big ones that have the doors that open. That Kept my little one happy/entertained for a while. Then about 15 min before they were done with my car another guy who works in the back came over to us and saw My youngest was bored (again) and asked if he wanted to run back and forth in the parking lot with him and he was happy to do so! He kept him occupied while I checked out. It was a nice experience as always. I’ve been there a handful of times in the past and it’s always been pleasant. They even know who I am when I call...yes they may have caller ID but they have me pulled up and know my cars before they answer. It’s like talking to friends. Very nice touch! Super friendly people always going above and beyond to help! My little one said they get 5 stars as we left and I agree. 😂👍⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️

The owner and his son are extremely friendly and honest and Dave their Master mechanic goes out of his way to talk to you about your vehicle and the service he completed. A genuinely nice and trustworthy place to take your vehicle. Auto repairs are not always easy and sometimes you never know if youre getting the right value for the service. Ive been here twice now and both times I felt like they have gone above and beyond to be honest and accurate with all of our repairs.

Took our 2017 Sienna in to fix a flat tire and the store owner showed us where the sidewall was damaged by the rim. They quickly ordered replacement tires and had them installed as promised at the price they promised. They even went ahead and had the van inspected ahead of a previously agreed schedule. We were so impressed with their courteousness and professionalism that we decided to drop our second vehicle for a break job and inspection as well. We have been looking for an independent mechanic since we moved to the area and I believe we finally found one who we will do business with from now on.

I needed a new battery put in my car ASAP. I didn’t have an appointment but Loudoun Auto Repair was able to fit me in that day and I was in and out within an hour. It was a huge relief. The service was great. The place is small so if the service will take awhile it may be helpful to have someone pick you up so you don’t have to sit there all day.

These are the nicest people Ive ever met. I was in Leesburg for an appointment. I live in Culpeper!I had a potentially serious issue at a drive thru at Starbucks. A gal who was in line me asked I wanted her family to come over to help because their mechanic shop was right across the street. Within minutes they were over. Because I am handicapped the gal who was behind me helped me out of my vehicle and held on to me while her cousin worked on my van!Once the emergency was over they had me yo the shop to check the underneath of van to make sure there was no damage. I was then on my way to Culpeper. THE CHARGE WAS DROP IN THE BUCKET and the care and concern for my wellbeing were priceless.

Inspection costs are standard, so i cant comment on their prices and value. But i was very pleased with the service. They were also taking good safety precautions for COVID-19, so that was also a plus. Overall good experience!

I just got my oil changed. The crew were so courteous and top notch. The set up was sanitary and obviously taking precautions as we need today... From plastic bags around your carkeys down to the pen to sign the receipt, used once and subsequently sanitized. There was a bench to sit outside while waiting.The appointment was easy to make. I just moved here and saw good star rating online so now I can concur with other customers on level of service, their rates and convenience. I went to get my yearly safety inspection. It was done in a timely fashion. I was in and out within 40 minutes. BUT when I didnt pass the inspection I had to ask for mechanic to explain exactly what I needed to fix and he gave me really generic statements instead of explaining the actual issues on top of being condescending when I asked for more specifics, which I felt was a ploy to make sure that I came back to them specifically to fix it. I ended up taking my car somewhere else and they actually took their time to explain everything to me and not make me feel like I wasnt able to comprehend what I was hearing. I definitely wont be getting my car serviced here again.
