These folks are absolutely wonderful. I went to them back in April because my Smart car drivers door hinge was out of whack, they fixed her right up and shes as good as new. Previous to going to Final Touch, I had tried 4 others including the dealer far away and they either said they wouldnt touch it or wanted an astronomical amount to tighten the hinge. Final Touch without a doubt is wonderful, they do their work very well and the excellent quality shows. I returned to them today to ask for guidance about a check engine light and they referred me to someone to help me. This shop is hands down, wonderful every single time. Thanks yall!

Had my passenger side fender repaired on my F350. They gave me three options (good, better, best). I went with better and Im glad I did. It came out perfectly and you cant tell it was ever dented in. Amazing work! I am VERY particular about my car. I had a minor incident, requiring replacement of a front fender and painting. I thought there was NO WAY they could match my paint (Sublime Green Metallic - Original paint from 2007), but everything looks perfect! Again, Im VERY particular, and they fixed my car like I would fix my car (if I could fix cars, that is). Highly recommended!!

They repainted the back of my wifes new car which had gotten dented. The paint matched perfectly. You could not tell it had been repainted. I would use them again definitely.

Unfortunately I have had to use their services more than once. They are superb. Richele is definitely a multi-tasker. Provides estimates, submits the insurance claims, and even works on vehicles. Elias is a master at making damaged cars look like new. Hes an expert painter. Tried to do what he did a few times - years ago - but all I got were runs. I had relatively minor auto body work to be performed. However, as we all know it doesn’t take much for the bill to be sky high. I went to Final Touch because of their high online rating. I found them to be straight forward and professional. The estimate was only a little lower than I expected. But I was told that when I brought the van in they would try to remove some paint left on the I damaged portion of the bumper without having to repaint it. When I brought it in for the repair I waited for about 15 minutes while she magically removed the paint and left the bumper looking like new. She immediately informed me that they would rewrite my estimate. When I picked up the van I was shocked to see the bill was about 40% less than the estimate. Oh, and the van looked beautiful. On time, great job, and saved me money. How many can say that?

Backing out of my garage I forgot to close a passenger door which hit the wall and was knocked out of alignment. No paint damage but couldn’t close properly. Took to Final Touch for a quote and Elias decided that with 15-20 minutes of work he could fix the door. Repaired it while I waited and didn’t charge anything. A quote from a different repair shop said it would cost around $150. Clean shop and very nice people.
