Took about 4 weeks to get an appointment, but .. Caliber Collision has a very professional, friendly and efficient staff - front desk to the service advisor. I was kept informed of progress via email (my choice, rather than phone or text), and received the car when promised. Very satisfied with their work.

I went to this shop because a buddy of mine told me they do great work. I was so impressed by their customer service and the body work they do. The staff here were all amazing. I believe I dealt with the manager, she was more than helpful throughout my repairs. Great Job!

Excellent repair shop. We have used Caliber several times and always glood service and they work with insurance and rental car company. As pleasant as having your mangled car repaired can be.

Good staff but very slow process. Took them over a week to move my car from where it was towed to their facility to have inspected after an accident. After than, Ron worked as quick as he could to inspect it but still took a number of days for them to total the vehicle.

I took it to a different shop originally & was left completely in the dark on the entire process. 2 months went by without hearing a word about my vehicle & I felt like I wasnt being prioritized because the repairs were being covered by insurance. I was able to switch my repair to Caliber Collision & I couldnt be happier with my decision. Xochitl went above & beyond to make me feel like my vehicles repairs were being prioritized. The front desk staff was excellent. They were professional, cheerful and very helpful. They have a system which updates you daily on your status. This was invaluable for me. And, my personal favorites: the work was completed five days earlier than they estimated, and it was flawless.

I went to the Leesburg location after I had a shopping cart run into my car. It scratches the side of my Highlander pretty good in 2 spots. I dropped in there last week and Nathan came out with a bottle of paint thinner and a buffing cloth. In seconds he filled the scratches in and even a few more little scratches from my rings around my door handle. He was extremely professional and kind. When I asked what I owed them he said nothing and I drove away. I bad also taken my car there for body work after a small front end collision a few years ago. Again very professional and my car was ready on time and looked like nothing ever happened. They do excellent work with a focus on customer service and clean professional work.

This establishment is professional and I love that the give you a warranty on the work that was done. I have had work done at other body repairs places and they did not offer me an warranty. I love that about caliber collision.

I stopped by for an estimate after work for some body work. The guy did my estimate in 20 minutes and went over it before I left. Very professional and fast service. Undecided whether I am going to get the work done because it is a older car.

When I first dropped my car off they told me the repairs would take about a week. It was done in 4 days and I could not have been more pleased with how it turned out. Would recommend this shop to my family and friends if need be.
