I have been nothing but pleased with the sales and service Ive received here at Power Pro Lebanon. The sales manager Mel was very helpful on helping me find the right farm tractor for my needs. He was not pushy at all, just helpful and responsive. The parts guy Lucas was more than accommodating looking up several options I was considering. I was very satisfied with the entire sales process and Mel even went out of his way to deliver my equipment when it was convenient for me.My specific machine had a small factory part issue and update that needed some attention shortly after my purchase (nothing to do with the dealer). Mel was responsive and made it a priority to get Matt the technician out to properly diagnose the issue and get it resolved. Matt was informative and very helpful. Everything was under warranty and they also went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of in a timely manner and that I was satisfied along the way.I will say I am extremely pleased with not only the sales but also the service Ive received here. I also love the Mahindra 3550 PST I purchased. The factory 7 year warranty is only as good as the dealer who carries it out, and the team at Power Pro Equipment in Lebanon have been wonderful. This place has changed hands several times in the last several years. Oddly even though its changed hands the service and the knowledge of the service people is absolutely horrible I give them less than 1 * if I could

I visited the location to inquire about a replacement part for a lawn mower that is several years old. They didnt have the replacement part but went out of their way to locate a replacement part and have it delivered to the store in a couple of days.

Great customer service I will be returning.

Very poor service had a mini boxer for 3 month an still didnt get it fixed a hydraulic pump was leaking oil plus we wanted 2 trade it in for a Toro dingo an they wouldnt do it an we bought it from there wud never go back again their losers!!!

This place looks like dump out back, they don’t take care of it like Ebersole did. Weeds, trash, garbage laying all over the place. Service and parts are too expensive compared to Eblings.

Very friendly people took my snow blower in told them the problem they fixed in the next day they even offred delivery if I wanted it I highly recommend this place
