Called up from out of state and Deb put a 545 brush cutter on hold for me.On pick up Deb was very thorough on explaining warranty process and Bruce was really informative to me about fuel mixtures and oil viscositys.You dont get that at big box stores or ordering on line. They were great to deal with, even shop dog was friendly too.Very nice people!!

They fixed a tire last year, needed another one this year. Their very friendly and informative, seems like theyll fix anything. Its hard to find anyone who is willing to help you fix your tools, very happy with the prices, 👍

Debbie and Bruce and the whole staff at D&B are tremendous. I was looking for a specific Husqvarna tractor that no one in the Upper Valley had. Bruce pulled out all the stops and found the exact machine I wanted and needed. Im mowing a lawn and two fields, as well as maintaining a hilly dirt road and driveway. I needed locking rear differential and horsepower to pull a box scraper. The Husky GT48DXLS was just the ticket. Bruce found the tractor, acquired it from another dealer, the staff set it up, expertly went through all its features and delivered it to my door promptly and professionally. A minor issue with a weld on the sleeve hitch (NOT D&Bs fault) was handled very fairly and without issue. The staff are super friendly and eager to help and even talk a newcomer to the area through all there is in the Upper Valley. Great people, great business, professional, courteous, attentive and stand by their customers! Even the ones they just met! A model business. You have earned my repeat business Debbie and Bruce! Oh, and this tractor is a beast!

Bruce and Jessica are the BEST! My tractor wouldnt start (I purchased it a year ago). Bruce and Jessica drove all the way over the VT (about 45 minutes) to look at the tractor. Bruce thought it was a blown fuse but he forgot to bring any fuses with him. He was pulling fuses out of his own truck! Long story short, they drove my tractor all the way to NH, put in a new fuse, then delivered it back to me the next day. Everything covered under warranty! True customer service, Ill never go anywhere else!

Bruce and Jessica are extremely honest and professional. I brought three different saws to the store and asked to just buy new ones. I was told “We are not in the business of selling people things they don’t need.“ They had the opportunity to sell me three new chainsaws, however they recommended fixing them instead. The work they did fixing the saw was excellent and their honesty has earned a customer for life.I will never go anywhere else for my tractor, mower, and chainsaw needs.

I just got my saw back and the service was great. Very friendly people and the cost was quite reasonable.

They saved me just before tropical storm Irene by getting my old generator up and running, and now they have a customer for life. Anything that needs repair, comes back running in top shape, unlike other small engine repair places. Ive had chainsaws, leafblowers, lawnmowers, weed whackers, etc. fixed here, and they are simply the best in the area. My wife purchased me another chainsaw from them a couple of years ago, and Bruce set her up with the perfect saw for me. Truly a great place to do business.
