K2 offers top of the line equipment and service. The folks there are honest, knowledgeable, helpful and, friendly. No pressure, no up selling. If youre thinking about new lawn equipment give K2 a visit you wont be disappointed. I highly recommend them.

Can’t say enough good things about the guys at K2! First, they are super knowledgeable about every piece of equipment they have. They can answer every question you have which really puts your mind at ease when you are purchasing/having work done on an expensive piece of equipment. Second, you can tell these guys are passionate about what they do and actually care about you and taking care of your needs.Highly recommend!

Wade and his staff are very friendly, knowledgeable and great to talk with. I picked up a new set of blades from K2, and I did the install myself at the house. Everything seemed to fit well but when the mower cranked there was a rattle. Wade told me to bring the mower to his shop. His head tech evaluated the situation and determined the hole in the new blade was too large for my spindle. He apologized to me and special ordered the correct blades for my specific mower and he had his guys install them free of charge. IMO they made things right in a professional manner! They will be my first stop when purchasing my next mower.

Beware!!!! They lie!!!! They have had our mower over 3 weeks. Keep saying they are going to get to it, but never do! The owner is completely rude and they have no system to keep up with what mower belongs to who. Now they say they have no way to deliver our mower back to us, because their transporter supposedly quit! Write down all your info or you might get the wrong mower back. If I can save you the headache they have caused me, I would RUN far far away from them! Buy goats before you give them anything of value!

Stay away they may know lawnmowers I don’t know but if you have a tractor with a problem do not go here I took my tractor in February with a short they worked on it and burnt the dash out all instruments were melted they ordered a new wiring harness and dash in March I would call about every two weeks and was told the order was in the process when I ask why they didn’t talk to somebody at Mahendra I was told they couldn’t talk to anyone they just could check on the computer after A time of this I called Mahendra and was able to talk to someone amazingly the day I talk to someone at Mahendra the parts were shipped when they received the parts I was told my tractor was next they would have it in the The next day this was a Tuesday I got a call on Saturday they hadn’t started on the tractor there was two more ahead and it would be in line this was in July I had taken the tractor there in February i’ll skip all the conversations in between they’ve just a few lies later I finally got my tractor it would run and I was not gonna put this review on until I found missing notes the hood would shake and when I took the front screen off of the tractor none of the lights were hooked up all the wiring was laying down and the sensorFor the air cleaner was not hooked up that wiring was laying down so I decided to submit this review if you’ve got a tractor go somewhere else

Wonderful experience with the guys at K2 Ag & Turf. I just purchased a new Bad Boy Revolt from them. They exceeded my expectations at every turn.They brought the mower out to my house for a demo and even practiced social distancing with out asking. As a healthcare worker this was very impressive.The follow up from the team after the sale has also been fantastic.I have already recommended them to friends and family. I encourage everyone to give K2 a call!

Dropped my mower off for service. Had taken it in for what they said was a necessary 40 hour service. Once back to the house and halfway through first mowing realized tech had left the hydraulic fluid container between the seat and motor and it half melted the container. Then noticed my mower engine was surging. Roughly 50 hours on the mower. Called and Wade said it would be 48 hours before he looked at it, this was Tuesday 4/6. Called three times week of 12th-16th with no return call. Had to go down there personally on Saturday 4/16 to see what was going on to be told that there were people that have quit wade was out of town and no apology as to why they could not call me back. Waited two more days got a call after closing on Tuesday 4/20 to be told by the guy on the phone that even though he was not a tech or mechanic he was going to “try” and work on my mower. Picked it up the next day or so, not repaired and I don’t believe anyone had even looked at it and now the gas gauge doesn’t work. Love the Bad Boy mower but pretty much now disgusted with it based on these guys. If anyone reads this, great mower!! TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!!!!

I personally have been a mechanic at a dealership in Kentucky and a manager at a dealership in Tennessee, gotta be honest, I couldnt do it like these guys do. I purchased a used Bad Boy MZ out of state to find out it had numerous problems. Took it to K2 with a transaxle leak and multiple broken cables including the parking brake cable. Asked them to contact me before doing anything else and I got a call the same day with other problems they found, and multiple solutions, lowest price or best quality. The dealerships I worked at would consider that a sin. Not sure but I think the parts guys name was James but anyways he did an amazing job contacting me with every detail. The owner also came out and spoke to me when I picked it up. Followed up with me on how my experience was and told me to ask for him personally if I have any more issues. I would recommend these guys to anyone, forget who I worked with these guys are the best.

The purchase experience with K2 was pretty good. The staff is friendly. Im only giving 3 stars because of my husbands experience with getting our tractor serviced. Theyre apparently always swamped. Ten days for an oil change. A week for a simple repair that probably took 10 minutes. And they never called us back when they said they would. Ever. They performed the service satisfactorily, but theyre expensive and slow.

I am a new home owner as of 2019, and I need everything to keep my lawn manicured. I purchased the echo srm-2620, echo pw-3100, Toro push mower, and now the bad boy revolt all from K2. The sales staff was helpful and seemed to genuinely want to sell me only what I needed. They did not try to upsell me to stuff that I didnt need. On the service side they are efficient, with competitive pricing. All in all I would strongly recommend these guys to anyone.

I took my scag mower to them because it would not start properly. They knew I thought it was the starter. They replaced a leaking hydrolic line. I asked them to remove the blades as one of them was to tight. They also replaced the throttle cable that they said they had to be run under the engine. They changed the oil. They determined that it wasn’t starting because the battery cables weren’t installed correctly which I knew was not the problem.Approximately 3 weeks later I got the mower back to Find that it still would not start without jarring it like before. I got it started and started mowing. It sounded awful and kept dying. I called them to come get it because it wasn’t fixed and was actually worse.They then determined it was the starter which is what I said from the start. The mower was always garage kept and they assured me that it would be stored indoors. The clear gauge cap was missing. They left it outside, water got in the gas. They told me that the carburetor needed to be replaced as well as another part for the carburetor. They expected me to pay for the carburetor and labor to fix it when it was their fault.The mechanic commented that he had been working on mowers for 25 years which was either a lie or he is just incompetent. The lady that answered the phone said that they don’t pay their mechanics by the hour because they waste time, instead they allow the mechanics to waste time and the consumer pays for it.The bottom line is that I paid them $934.23 and I now have a mower that is completely inoperable.They are a complete rip off! I am giving one star because you have to In order to enable the post. I have every conversation with them recorded.

I think this is the place people refer their worst enemies to. Worst service Ive ever had from any business. Gone back & forth 3 times in the last 4 weeks trying to get the service i paid for.Update: Yesterday marked 1 month since I first dropped it off to replace belts, blades, level the deck, & service. Theyre saying once again, they will deliver it today. Third time Ive heard this so my hopes arent too high. If they dont Ill be picking it up anyways & taking my business elsewhere!

Last Saturday we Bought a 48 inch cut Bad Boy zero turn. These folks were quick to make the sale, but are garbage afterwards. We paid the $2 or $3 per mile delivery charge to Murfreesboro and signed The remaining paperwork. The gentleman who delivered the mower “forgot” the owner’s manual and any other books that were to come to with the mower. He said someone named Wade lives right down the road, and would bring it to our house that evening.Since he didn’t show up Saturday evening we called back on Monday. We were then told we needed to come pick the books up ourselves. We told the gentleman on the phone we couldn’t because of our jobs, we were then told again that they would bring it by the house on their way home. We called back Tuesday due to another no show, and were then told it would be mailed out the next day.It’s now a week later and we still don’t have any books or maintenance schedules or anything for our $4500.00 mower. We will be contacting the company directly to get our books and see about launching a formal complaint.I would highly suggest folks stay clear of these guys since they obviously can’t complete a simple delivery process even after a week. I would hate to know they were working on my equipment.••• Books were placed in my mailbox on the night of this review. I raised my star rating to show that the issue was resolved•••

We bought a bagging system for our 48” BadBoy Elite. Never during discussions were we told that special order has a no return policy. The only receipt we got was our debit card receipt. It wouldn’t fit. The parts were wrong per the pics and instructions. Finally the owner (very nasty to me) came out to help. He couldn’t do it either. Hey took the mower and bagger with them and said they would get it to fit at their shop. They couldn’t either. Finally they realized they had ordered the wrong bagging system. We asked for another or our money back and they said they wouldn’t because return policies were on the receipt, we should’ve read them. The receipt we never got. Our payment transactions were by phone. We were told by an employee that they would get a new one sent to us. After two weeks we had not heard from them. I called. The employee I spoke with said they weren’t sending a new one, just three parts that could make it fit. I had enough. This has been going on for over a month, almost two, I think. i got in touch with BadBoy corporate last Friday. Today is Monday and they are sending us a new one that actually fits our mower. At least corporate knows how to conduct business. I do not recommend this business.

Unfortunately leaving a bad review for these guys. Stopped in on a Saturday to check on a warranty for an Echo Battery (58v 2Ah) and was told they couldnt get in touch with Echo. They told me they would call me back on Monday, and never did. Called again on Thursday, and was told they still hadnt done anything concerning my warranty. It is Tuesday of the following week, and they still havent havent followed up with me concerning my warranty. This is a poor example of a distributor and I dont recommend this shop to anyone.

Great people, great service. Ive been having my tractors serviced here since they opened and its always a top notch experience. This year I bought a tractor from them and theyve been fantastic with that too. Its a great company and the owner is super nice as well. Ill be back for sure.

This place gives the best service Id like to give them 10 stars. I called them they didnt know me but they had my Bad Boy mower ready to load paperwork started and filled with gas. I bought 2 mowers last at local dealer and they did offer nothing. You need to check them out it your looking for equipment and lawn care equipment. Give Reese Stradley a call I saved $1200 *********

Walked into the showroom last night just after 5 p.m. and literally walked around the showroom for 10 minutes or more and at least 3 times around and nobody I mean nobody acknowledged that I was even there including the 2 ladies behind the counter that kept walking around back and forth. They didnt even have the courtesy to seven say hello or to ask if I needed anything. I am looking to buy a large commercial zero turn probably ly in the 8-10k range and already approved but my business will go elsewhere in the nashville area. I turned around after 10 or more minutes and simply walked out. I guess my business was not important to even the ladies I clearly saw by the counter area. Maybe they should realize their job is there because if customers walk in to buy something that supports everybodys paycheck and business overall. Plenty of big dealers in the area. I live in Lebanon so thought staying closer would be good. Oh well.

Will not ever do business with this company! I was quoted a price for a part over the phone and I asked twice about the price. When my wife went to pick up the part they said it was more than double the quoted price. In addition, I was not told about added shipping costs. Finally, the man who was helping my wife was unprofessional. Obviously, this company is more concerned about profits than building a relationship with their customers.
