Reynolds Farm Equipment in Lebanon has been servicing my riding mower for years. The service has always been great! And the staff is amazing. I had to give them a 5 star on my recent service because when they dropped my mower- I was absolutelyblπŸ’₯wn away because they put the giddy uP in the engine and the swish in the cutting blades. My old mower feels brand new. Thank you Reynolds!!!

Things started off kind of rocky, but ended well: My lawn tractor was in the shop (Lebanon) for 5 weeks. Theres a long story about that, but last week it finally arrived in my driveway... with part of the seat missing (the bottom cushion). Mark, the shop manager, called me to explain how it must have been damaged in transit. I noted that the seat was in good condition when it was picked up. Anyway, he made things right and had a new seat delivered and installed today (thanks to Nick, who did a great job on the install!). All in all, things were handled professionally, and Im a satisfied customer. Kudos to Mark and Nick.

Cant begin to give more than one star. Contacted them about equipment that was listed for sale, but they stated it had already been sold days before and offered me something else. The salesman that I spoke with could not speak for himself. Each question I asked him, he had someone beside him telling him what to say and I could hear them plainly. They were not willing to negotiate even a dollar difference on the price of a tractor that I was willing to drive seven hours to purchase and pay cash for. So I contacted the Mooresville location about a listing they had and they were much nicer and treated me like family and went above and beyond to earn my business.

Went in to look at commercial zero turn mower. We specifically asked to look at the two higher end models. The sales person walked us over to a small home owner mower and told us that is what we should get.We asked a couple of simple questions. What engine does this have? Got a response. I go around and look at the name plate on the engine and it is not what he said. He could have just looked or told me he didnt know. We then asked how to adjust the seat. He couldnt tell us. Not sure he had ever sat on one of these mowers. There were 3 or 4 other sales people standing around so seems like there was plenty of time for them to get to know the equipment they were selling.I went to a competing dealer and had a great experience and am enjoying my expensive purchase. Makes sense why this was the only dealer with inventory on hand.I have also had bad experiences with the parts department. Not only are the prices outrageous compared to online, but the service is worse too. I have ordered from GreenPartsStore and have had great service every time. I would choose another dealer before I would go back to Renolds.

I bought a 1025R with a belly mower in 2017. The height adjustment of the deck has never worked. I had mentioned the problem a time or two looking for some guidance. In addition, I had researched the issue on the internet. There were a lot of similar complaints with this combination. About a month ago I sent the tractor in for spring service and once again mentioned the height adjustment. Nothing was noted as a problem. I decided to spend the money to have a field service in an effort to understand my apparent inability to operate the deck. Technician was both prompt and knowledgeable with the deck. It appears it was installed incorrectly and the adjustment linkage was all wrong. Within an hour he had it working perfectly and I was satisfied. A week later I got a call about the invoice for the repair. I was a little surprised that I was expected to pay for an improper installation. After a polite and civil conversation, I was informed it would be a no charge. Even though I have been frustrated for several years, I was happy to have it working properly and at no cost. As a former business president, I have great respect for a company who will admit a mistake and go out of their way to make a customer happy. I used to tell my customers: dont judge us by our mistakes but more how we respond and correct our errors. Well done!

Bought a John Deere garden tractor from Lowe’s and unfortunately had engine issues after only 6 hours of use. Reynolds got me in quick and had the issue fixed within a day, hassle free. Very good customer service for their lawn and garden department.
