Right off the bat, I got excellent customer service. I went in for a question about glasses repair kits, and Shea Barlett and the associate Iris were both on top of it with answering my questions. On top of that, Shea Barlett went above and beyond and actually fixed my glasses on the spot!Little did I know, the Walmart Vision Center repairs glasses for free!
This place sucks...never had such a bad experience they call the night before say your appointment is at 11am we get here at 1030am now its 1215pm and still have not been seen. Screw this place
Way better than the one in Albany. Will be commuting here for my next appt.
