Staff and doctors are so nice and welcoming. Krystal was great when it came time to pick out glasses! I really appreciated her help. Would definitely recommend anyone to go there.

I was very pleased with my visit at the office. I got in and out didn’t have to wait 30mins past my appointment time like I normally do. The staff was so friendly and made me feel welcomed. Definitely would recommend!

I didnt have an appointment, and they squeezed me in same day for an exam when noone else would. Everyone there was very friendly, and I ordered a very nice pair of glasses with some lens upgrades for much less than Ive paid elsewhere. They did not try to oversell me, and so far, I am pleased with the entire experience.

I would give zero stars if I could. I went there less than 6 months ago for an eye exam and glasses. My glasses took more than three weeks to come in. I wasnt offered so much as an Im sorry for the delay but yet was treated like dirt by whomever they have answering the phones (a female).Today I called because I want to order prescription sun glasses and while looking at my prescription I see they didnt put my pupilary distance on there. I kindly asked for it and they said absolutely not, I have to come in, sign a waiver and pay a fee. Worst customer service ever every time I call. Rude. I already paid for the prescription Im not paying you again for a measurement that you already took and is a part of my prescription.A waiver for the distance between my two eyes? An extra fee? Not a chance. Will not be a returning customer. Go somewhere else if you want to be treated like a decent patient.

They did a great job with my eye exam and would recommend for anyone looking to get a thorough eye exam and friendly staff.

The eye team was not forthright about their pricing. With insurance, an eye exam cost $299, of which my insurance covered 160, leaving me with a $140 balance. They further tried to upsell themselves as a health based practice, but are really out for your dime. They held pictures and other info about your eyes behind a paywall, wanting even more money than they got just to give an exam. Two stars because the doctor I saw was nice. Won’t return.

Terrible my son went in December 9th and as of today we still have no glasses and today is February 18th. They do not keep in touch with you over it. I have had to call to get any information at all as a result we have had our money refunded and his glasses are still in process and they say they will finally be here at the end of the week or the beginning of next week. Terrible customer service. Do not go to this place stay far away! I would give a 0 star rating if I could. I will never come back here ever again.
