I’m usually in and out super quick for my eye exam which is nice & the one girl who works up front (Nicki) is amazing with helping to find glasses. She ran to the back and pulled two pairs of glasses out for me to try on and I liked one of them right away with no hesitation. She was a huge help & very nice!

Everyone at Eyelanf Optical Lebanon gets 5 stars from me. Dr Hauk is professional, patient, answered all my questions and has a wonderful manner about him. Teresa is warm and personable. I highly recommend this optical center. I traveled back to Lebanon to get my annual eye exam here.

The receptionist is not friendly When I went to pick up my glasses instead of saying hello the girl who was helping me raised her eyebrows as if she was asking me what I needed. There is a great lack of customer service. I can not see out of my glasses and when I was trying to tell the girl helping me, she told me to move my head and it was like she thought I was stupid. I’m done with eyeland and will be looking for somewhere else to go.

Unprofessional environment, long wait for short, disinterested exam, receptionist seems inconvenienced by customers and even rude at times with a condescending attitude. The place also seems dirty with a bathroom smell in the waiting area. Had to wait longer because the owner stopped in and wants to talk to the doctor. Well maybe the owner can let the paying customers go first if he wants to keep a business. Will never go back to this place.

Love going there. I take my kid there and they are great to her. The guy reminds me of a mr roger only he does eyes lol. Good place to go.

The staff were nice (though loud) but I went in and they didnt actually accept my insurance but the nice man helped me fix my glasses anyway! It is a lovely atmosphere and everyone was very kind and helpful!

The doctor at Island was very professional as well as everyone else that waited on me. They were friendly and very prompt.
