Dr is great. Only complaint is they had my 21 year old daughter r/s because she didn’t have the $40 copay. Couldn’t this be billed? I work in a medical office and we never turn anyone away due to not having copay.

As always Dr. Heffron was courteous and professional. The staff had me in and out in what seemed like minutes. I have seen Dr. Heffron now for years, because she is pleasant and competent, answering questions and explaining things well while keeping her eye on my eye health. Very highly recommended!

Service was prompt and I was in and done in about 30 minutes. Havent gotten my glasses yet, but the exam was great.

Delightful And swift appointment. I did not have an appointment but was desperate because I lost my glasses and the doctor graciously took me in. The entire Walmart staff was wonderful to me that day and I really appreciated it so much thank you Walmart

Came in and was immediately greeted and given my paperwork. Staff was friendly. Eye exam was quick but thorough. I was informed what frames my insurance would cover and they were ordered promptly once I made a decision. Very organized office.

I was very disappointed this year 2021. Last Year i had very pleasing results. This year when I went to pick up my new glasses something was very wrong. They seemed to have been made with Marty Feldman in mind. Were all human, mistakes happen. I had a 2nd exam scheduled to find the error and move forward. 5 days before the 2nd exam I received a phone call that the glasses were not the problem, it was my cataracts that made it impossible to see with them. This is a foolish statement to make considering I could still see fine with last years glasses - and the same cataracts. It seemed that call was an attempt to deflect or abdicate any possible responsibility for the error. Since it was clear my vision needs were not their priority, I canceled the follow up exam and went to a different provider, received new glasses same-day and they are perfect, complete with cataracts. I have no problem with someone making a mistake; however, it is unprofessional and inconsiderate to not accept that a mistake did happen and it is negligent to make a call laying blame on the patient rather than trying to find out what went wrong and correct it. I will never go back.

Dr.Heffron has been our eye doctor since we moved to Lebanon in 2015. She’s always professional and listens well to your concerns. Recently I’d been annoyed by having to constantly use readers to read print up close. She lowers my contact lens prescription enabling me to see much more clearly up close. I’m very happy with these results. She never pressures you to buy from her directly and will print out your prescription for your own internet shopping use. I highly recommend her:)

Dr Heffron was very professional and knowledgeable, as was the rest of her staff. I called and was able to get in the same day, and they helped me pick out a new pair of glasses I am very pleased with.

Ive been seeing Dr. Tracy for a few years now and am very pleased with her.

My exam was thorough and I felt it went well. The friendly staff took good care of me.

This was the first time since I have been wearing glasses for over 40 years that when this dr was using the equipment to see what my vision should be. When she would turn each dial I actually could see the letters without a shadow. I was told in the past that was the best that could be done for me. Dr. Heffron has proved to me that the other eye Drs. were wrong. Thank you Dr. Heffron.
