Went here for an eye exam. The exam was covered by my insurance bit not the glasses. Upon checkout Madelyn explained my options and told me about all discounts available to me and seeing my hesitance also very kindly helped me find a place where my insurance would cover the glasses. She went above and beyond. Thank you Madelyn for all your help! Great place, great staff.

Highly recommend Pearl Vision in Lebanon. Sara who did my preliminary evaluation, to prepare me for the doctor was kind and friendly! The doctor was very informative, congenial and thorough. Tori and Jen took care of me after the exam, they were so very enthusiastic, kind, patient, and did not miss a beat in helping me wade through many questions. To sum it up, this is where you want to go, they make you feel like family! Establishment is very clean and they all wore masks too. :-)

I would recommend this Pearl Vision center to all my friends. The staff was friendly and the doctor was knowledgeable and willing to explain what he was doing.The young lady that helped me place my glasses order was helpful and willing to take the time to assure me that my choice was right. I recently switched from Walmart eye vision to Pearl vision in Lebanon and I have to say they are 100% times better. The staff is amazing, always willing to help, always willing to give helpful suggestions and guidance. The wait time is short and your greeted as soon as you walk in the door. Madelyn, Jennifer and Tori are the most amazing people Ive had the pleasure of working with. They are all helpful and friendly and really go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. They will answer any questions you may have and give you a quick call back. I highly highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a new eye doctors place.

The Doctor and staff at the Pearle Vision in Lebanon were amazing. They were so friendly and easy to talk to. I felt so comfortable and at ease. I would definitely recommend the Doctor and staff of the Lebanon Pearle Vision.

When I picked up my glasses I noticed they forgot to buff and shine the outside edges of the lenses. I gave them back to the associate, she double checked and it was on the work order. She told me there wasn’t anyone there that could do it but someone would do it on Monday. I was there on Saturday to pick them up. I waited until Wednesday and I still had not received a phone call. I called and they had no idea what I was talking about. Finally someone got on the phone and said they were doing it right now for me and I could come in. I went to pick them up and I noticed the nose pieces were bent in different directions and asked them to fix them. They took them and came back they still weren’t correct but better. Then I asked them to do it again. They finally got it right. I found the entire experience totally unprofessional and I doubt I will go back again the future.

I received excellent, timely and friendly service from everyone on the staff at Pearle Vision.

Office staff were nice, but not impressed with doctors. Have gone back numerous times and glasses still are not right. Don’t have time to go back weekly to have them adjusted! Vision blurred and adjustment was only thing done! Will not be returning!!

Not impressed. The doctor was polite but very cold, and he became visibly annoyed with me during the exam because I would reflexively blink when they shoot a blast of forced air directly into my eyeball. Its a reflex. (Its also not a necessary test as Ive been to other places since and they do not do this.) He made several comments stressing the increasing needs of people in your age group (Im 46) which I didnt appreciate, and he strongly talked me into bifocals. In short, I went here twice and even though I have full vision insurance, I was charged over $200 each time, and both times I wound up with glasses that made me nauseous. So, $400 total = no usable glasses. When I called to discuss the glasses making me nauseous, the response was You need to get used to them. ...No. No, actually, I dont. The girl that rang me up also could not possibly be more flippant, and seemed painfully put-out to have to deal with me. The place I go to now told me I do not need bifocals, cost only $30 for everything, I LOVE my comfy new glasses, and they are a whole lot friendlier, warmer, and appreciate my business!!

Just reading glasses cost me $700, I went to Walmart and bought them for $10. If you want to throw your money like this, so go there. The biggest mistake I committed in my life. Never back there again.

Worst place ever told me the dr doesnt except my insurance which is fine but never ran my insurance for my sons contacts or glasses told us my sons trial contacts would be in within a week and its been longer than that and apparently they dont have any other brand to give him for trials this is after spending over 400 dollars there since they refuse to run my insurance I will be filing a complaint with the better business bureau taking my business elsewhere

The woman who helped me was extremely nice and understanding. She was great, one of the eye drs-- not so much. Rude 2 times over mask wearing which ill repeat time and time again is not a law nor can it be enforced. Lost a customer after your secretary was so helpful and nice👋

The staff is friendly and extremely helpful. The owner was willing to jump in and help without being asked. We ordered 2 pairs of glasses and 2 pairs of sunglasses and all were ready before the date promised. The store was clean and followed COVID 19 guidelines. I highly recommend this location for anyone looking for prescription glasses.

The workers here are amazing! I felt at ease when trying to find a pair of glasses that looked good on me. The staff helped me and explained all my options to me. Would 10/10 recommend.

The insurance for glasses doesnt cover lost glasses. Waste of money. Just doesnt make sense to me...and my wife got transition glasses and they dont do what theyre supposed to. She told them and got a different pair. I feel like they just gave her her old glasses back. Smh. Cause they still dont transition...wont go back there. They arent worth what they are charging..

This has been the worst experience I have ever had. I bought glasses one year ago. I sat on them and broke them, so I call pearl vision to ask for my prescription to be mailed to me because according to them they cant send it through email. I waited for 4 months and they have never mailed me my prescription. So I proceed to call them after 4 months and ask for my prescription so they tell me they will mail it to me again. I told them that was the same thing they said 4 months ago and never sent me anything. So I asked them for my PD number and they said that I never bought glasses from them how did they find my information at the beginning but then when I asked them for my PD number they lost all my info.

Great experience! This place has great optometrists and opticians who take the time to make sure your needs are met. I have horrible vision and need new glasses annually. It takes me an hour to get to this place but it’s worth it. They have a great selection of glasses as well. My appointments are always quick and easy. Highly recommend.

My experience at Pearle Vision was great! The Doctor was very informative and took his time to make sure I understood what he was trying to tell me. When I came out to order my glasses the staff seemed very knowledgeable on the products they were selling to me. The customer service was outstanding and my glasses arrived very quickly. Overall my experience was great and I will be returning to Pearle Vision again!

I was long overdue for an eye exam. Appointment times were available on very short notice, and my exam was very thorough. My new glasses were ready in exactly 2 weeks, as promised. I love my new, clear vision and adjusting to the new lenses was instantaneous. Thank you!

Yesterday was my first time in a Pearle Vision and I am always nervous when I go to a new doctor. Turned out I had no need to feel this way. Dr. Montague was super nice and Angelina was the best person I could have asked for to wait on me and help pick out my frames. Everyone took thier time with me. I never felt I was being rushed at all. Im so glad I took the chance. Im very happy with the frames I picked and cant wait for them to be done!!!Thank you to everyone working the day of my appointment. 🤓👓

Very disappointed of this place. Went months ago to do my eye glasses/contact lenses exam. The eye exam was completely off with my glasses. Completely wrong prescription for my Bifocals. Ordered contacts and almost three months and haven’t heard from them. Won’t ever go there again.Extremely Disappointed customer here.

I doubt well go here again. Paid for my daughters eye exam upon arrival. The employee that assisted us was walking around with no shoes on!! Very unproffessional. Just had a row of chairs for a waiting area. No magazines, no nothing to pass the time while we waited and waited and waited!At least we cud listen to 2 employees discussing a previous customer. Again, very unprofessional! I just hope the eye exam was accurate! When we were done, some guy took care of us at the desk who was terrificly slow!! And then he tried to charge me again for the eye exam that I paid upon arrival!! Whats with this place!? Certainly not the Pearle Vision I remember 20 years ago!! Well be going elsewhere next time.

Absolutely poorly serviced. Waited and waited and was ignored repeatedly. They did not know my insurance coverage. They did not know the proper cost. Finally 1 hr. Later was very unhappy and left. 1 hr of frustration.
