Appointment for 830. I showed up at 820. Hadnt seen doctor at 910. Even during a pandemic you control your client load and scheduling. If youre behind, show me some respect and call me before I waste my time. SPENT $700 at this business this month and this is what happens. Ill go to Walmart vision center next time...same service...better price.

My first time there, they made me feel very at ease. The exam was easy and painless. The Dr was very patient and did a great job of explaining every step and the results. The staff was awesome. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Great to get this type of attention and service here in Lebanon

Very professional, nice equipment, staff exceptionally capable and friendly. As a new patient I was able to compare them to my older provider in Madison(big office, not as personal) and found Dr Parsley beyond capable: thorough, patient, and explained everything. I never felt rushed, or hurried during the process. And the attention to my vision health was superb. update: apparently Dr Parsley has moved on..

Hey Guys if you are looking for a great optometrist Doctor Parsley here at this location is awesome the most down-to-earth Doctor that I have ever been to in my life, Hes Very knowledgable about everything with the eyes and every question I asked him. Im diabetic 56 years old and would trust him 100% on anything he says. I have quite a bit of Stigmatism in my eyes with glasses he got my vision to 20/10 better than 2020 hes also Spends time with you and lets you ask questions and explains everything very very well and clear.The office is very clean and taken care of he cares about his business and patients. The other thing that I noticed right off the bat was all of his staff were very nice and understanding, there is one that stands out in my mind Misty G.The nurse staff That did all of the procedures on me other than what the doctor did himself, Misty is Amazing very nice and thorough And is very knowledgeable and up-to-date on everything she does.Im writing this review because they are awesome people and just want everyone else to know in case they are looking for the right optimists this is the place. They are absolutely the best around...hands down! It was my sons 1st vist to an eye doctor and Dr. Parsley and the entire staff made it an enjoyable and easy one for him. The entire staff was great! The Dr was friendly and patient, very attentive to accuracy and detail resulting in a thorough examination. You don’t see this much anymore. He took time to answer questions, we never felt rushed Dr. seemed to have training in the latest technology in his field. My wife and I were very pleased.

I have been trying to find a new eye doctor, this place is awesome!!! From the time I set foot in the door until it was time for me to go everyone was so welcome. Dr. Parsley is VERY knowledgeable, he explains everything to you. I’ll definitely recommend everyone to this place.

I love the personal touch given to every detail about our visit. We had very short wait times. What made them really stand out above all the other options in the area was honestly the selection of frames. I could not believe how cute the frames were. After visits to huge and famous locations I am so glad I found this local gem in my Lebanon area. The prices are great and I really cannot express to you how great the selection is. They explained our options and insurance coverage so well that I had no doubt that they were working hard for me and not the insurance companies. Also cant get enough of the receptionist. Awesome everything. Will never go to another optometrist.

A great experience from making an appointment to picking out glasses. I was given appointment quickly and no waiting to see Doctor. The staff is friendly and understanding, answering all questions and putting you at ease. Dr Parsley is simply the best. My husband required immediate help with wet macular degeneration and we couldn’t get to Doctor in Nashville. Dr Parsley got on the phone and worked until he got us an appointment in Lebanon the next day. Dr Parsley is one of those Doctors that genuinely care. Everything from his professional knowledge to his caring personality made a visit to him very comforting. I know this is a long review but I hope it helps. Our eyesight is precious and you can feel good about putting your trust in Dr Parsley. He takes the time to explain what you need. Great staff and great dr in a comfortable up to date office. 10+

My daughter is 12 and this was her first in-depth eye exam. She was really nervous, but they made her feel at ease right away. I love the staff here. They are very caring, thorough, and hilarious! We had a lot of fun with them!!

The entire staff, from the receptionist to the doctor, were very professional,courteous and made the whole experience very stress free. I know they are a small office and that probably explains the prices being extremely exorbitant for their frames and lens. I was considering sunglasses and their cheapest frames that looked nice and fit were several hundred dollars, and that was without the lens. I went to a another major lens company and got the same frames and lens, plus lens treatment, for a price that was still almost hundred dollars cheaper then just the frames at this store. I definitely will be back for my next eye exam and for all my eye care needs, but will go somewhere else for the actual glasses.

Its been years since I have had an eye exam and was so happy to have been referred here. The staff was kind and helpful. I did receive a diagnosis that I wasnt happy to hear but was given encouraging words and was assured that my eye problem would be monitored closely. I look forward to having another eye exam in 6 month.

My smallest child had an utter meltdown and instead of being grumpy all the staff was helpful and caring. It was a longer appointment and they ensured my older children were seen correctly and taken care of while allowing me to help the little one. They noticed things our past drs hadn’t. And I felt very well taken care of. My kids and I are both happy.

Great small time office, personal touch and they know you when you walk in the door. Was able to see me the same day for an Eye injury and such great work and so helpful I followed up with them for my exam after I healed up. Will be back.

I broke my glasses and thought I would be out of commission for at least 2 weeks. I called them up to see what they could do. They told me to come on in and bring my broken glasses. Within 10 minutes he put my lenses into a pair of frames and out the door I went. Greatest experience ever..... 10 Stars for sure..... Thanks for the help I truly appreciate it.

The optomtricist took his time and done a in depth exam . Was a very comfortable experience. The office staff was very friendly and helpful you knew exactly was the insurance covered and not covered . I had been having trouble seeing clearly with my contact lenses.Dr. Parsley (who had only been working there three days) gave me a thorough exam, changed my lens prescription for both eyes,and gave me advice about which contact lens solution to use.I am very pleased with my eyesight now!! We take our eyesight for granted.I am thankful to GOD for being able to see clearly again.Thanks also to Dr. Parsley and the staff at Optometric Physicians of Middle Tennessee.

No matter how busy or anything all the times been in the office all the staff has respect for not only myself but everybody. Not a warehouse full of selections but thats cuz its all quality items. They all are so understanding and easy to get along wirh. The place is clean. And the doctor does not treat you as if your stupid. He explains it all. I have fall in love with getting my eyes taken care of. I will come back

Woke at 4am felt like something was in my eye. Went right in the doctor did a Examination on my Eye, he found that I had torn the first layer of my explain to me how to fix it I was in and out within 30 minutes I highly recommend this office for any concerns or needs for your eyes.

The doctor was great. Now when it came to getting the glasses was like dealing with a car dealer. Started out over 500 was suppose to come out of my pocket after ins. After telling them i dont have that kind of money they got itndown to 390 then 360. I left never finished my exam. I called my ins company they said basic tri foculs were free and they paid 130 towards my frames.i chose to use my old frames and not once did the offer the free standard lenses to me. Never will i recomend this plsce.

This was my first visit to the Lebanon office, since OPMT bought out Dr. Averitts practice after he retired. It still has the inviting home town feel in the office, and OPMT did a nice update of the interior. I saw Dr. Richard Durocher, who was caring and obviously well experienced. I was very pleased !
