My husband has been looking to buy a Ram 2500 truck for months now. We went to a few different dealerships. We talked with salesmen who wanted to play the games (you know, “let me talk to my manager” games). We ended up back at Rugged for a couple reasons. First, the pricing is reasonable and fair for both parties involved and it was upfront. No need to the haggling games. 2) The owner (Dwaine) was also not interested in the BS of the games. He was straightforward, polite, and reasonable.Ultimately, this was probably the best case scenario for us. He was able to get the interest rate a half point lower than advertised. He worked directly with the credit union. And because he understands that our time is better spent not sitting in a chair in a waiting room, he suggested we run errands (or get lunch or whatever) until he had an answer. If no, no need to go back. If yes, he’d have us come back in for 10-15 minutes to sign paperwork. Total, we spent MAYBE 45 minutes total face-to-face with him. Not like the 3-5 hours at a big dealership.Do you guys realize how much less stress there is when the people you work with clearly know how to treat customers??If you’re looking to buy a truck, go talk to him. I promise you won’t regret it.

Great find! I was so lucky to come upon Rugged Rental and sales! My very low miles 15 passenger day care van I spent 18 years meticulously caring for was rear ended and the insurance company wouldnt budge on repairs. Okay i have to go back and edit my review to give Rugged Rental the credit they deserve, so here goes:1st- We rented a vehicle from these guys and had to pick it up early Sunday, NOBODY else would accommodate us, it was great they were flexible.2nd- The vehicle was immaculate inside and out, it was hard to believe it wasnt off the show room floor. It drove great and looked great.3rd- Their pricing killed the competition, plus the vehicle was top of the line and the others only had standard issue vehicles.4th- After returning the vehicle, we let them know the tire tread was low and was slipping on the snow, it was refreshing that they took safety seriously and said they were glad to hear we were okay and that theyd fix the issue.5th- We were so impressed with their customer service and pricing, we decided to buy a vehicle from them, they had many great prices and an impressive selection.6th- They were able to give better rates than going through our credit union, they didnt haggle us around, no high pressure salesmen, no calling and bugging us constantly, instead they were polite, nice, and very professional.To sum it up, it would be stupid not to give these guys a chance to buy or rent from, they were great!

We were able to buy a Subruban from Dwaine. He wasn’t able to find both of the keys, but promised us that he would find one or make it right. Here we are 5 months later and he wasn’t able to find the key, nor did he “make it right.” This forced us to buy a new key, which isn’t a huge deal but was his promise to get us two keys.

Be carefu. Unreliable seller.....The next day I bought my car it didnt start. I went back to the dealer with it and I was said they replaced my old battery for a brand new one from autozone free of charge. Two months after this, my car didnt start again. I went to check to autozone since suppose to have 2 year garanty and surprise! My battery was a second hand one from somewhere else but not Autozone. Apart from that Ive had some other big issues with the car I boutgh although it was quite new and expensive.
