The man who helped me showed me that there were not 1 but 2 nails in the tire and he was able to quickly fix them for me. I really appreciate his help I really needed my car the next morning! This is one of the most knowledgeable and trustworthy mechanic places you will find in Utah. It was strongly recommended to me and even though I live 45 minutes away I gave them a try. I recently purchased a car and needed a mechanic to check it. Brennan and Cody were thorough at inspecting the car against the car history and made sure everything was in place and working. I had to coordinate with them on when the parts came in and they were quick at replacing the brake pads and rotors as needed. I feel safe driving the car, and I know so much more about it and maintenance.

I went to Burns for the first time this last week and was super impressed. I couldnt get my car lock to work and 2 locksmiths couldnt figure it out. Within 10 seconds they figured out the springs from the outer plate were blocking the key and fixed it. I then had them fix my auto locks that were broken. They gave a great price. The car had also been making a loud squealing noise. Brannen immediately recognized what the problem was and fixed it in less than an hour for a great price. Awesome!

I would highly recommend this shop!!! He was very professional and clearly knew what he was doing unlike other places I’ve gone to. He even went out of his way by staying way past When they close to help us replace our radiator so we could get back to Idaho without overheating. I honestly wish I could give them more then five stars.
