Charged me $800….yes $800 for a alternator and battery, just to find out a week later, All my lights are flickering. He is by far the worst mechanic in Maryland. You’re better off giving your friend a 6 pack of brews and $20 to try the work yourself. He has also been disrespectful to family members. Go here if you want to waste all of your money. Good luck

These guys are knowledgeable and fair priced. The lot may be a little junky but dont let that deter you.

You pay less here so expect less in the quality of work you get. One of the workers there is very rude. This place lacks customer service skills and professionalism and none of the workers including the owner care for the health and safety of the customers and they dont wear masks. I was told the work on my car would take 2 - 2 ½ hours to complete. When I went back to the shop after 3 hours had passed the car was not ready and I was told I would have to wait possibly an additional two hours because a tool they use was broken and they had to order a new one. I wasnt even offered some type of compensation for the inconvenience and given that the issue was on their end. Its a good thing that I dont trust mechanics and look to see the work that was done because if I would have just trusted that they did a good job I wouldnt have noticed that they didnt put back the weather cover under my car, didnt close the cover that is on one of the battery connectors and that wiring that was worked on was just hanging freely and wasnt secured back into place and that caps for pipes werent put back on. When I called about the weather cover not being under the car, instead of having good customer service skills and saying something like let me double check, Molsen (the owner) went straight on the defensive and greeted me with an attitude and I was told that it wasnt there when they worked on the car. I have had my car for 10 years and have done my own oil change every 5 thousand miles and all of a sudden it isnt there and thats not their fault? I was then called back and told that I was right and that they still had the weather cover in the shop. I went back and they put it back on. Then I check again after leaving and notice that the caps that were on pipes that were also always there and that they had to work on werent there anymore. I went back again and was told they were never there and Im the only one that works on my car and he blamed the previous mechanic as the one that probably lost the caps. When I looked under the hood again I noticed the caps were on the siding under the hood. Also I believe the owner broke a connector he had to remove and simply spliced the wires back together and didnt even put flex wire conduit back on the wires and just left them exposed. Also when I went back for the weather cover the owner didnt even come out of the room he was in to apologize for being wrong and for the inconvenience and had the person who was in the doorway be the mediator between us. The owner doesnt take responsibility when he or his staff makes a mistake and is evasive when questioned and just makes excuses to avoid being responsible for mistakes that were made on their end. They also put dirty mechanic hand stains on the interior of my car. This place is poorly kept and looks like a junkyard with a bunch of yard dogs as the employees. Will never go back there again and I suggest you do the same.

The gentleman that serviced my vehicle, was very nice, he showed me the problem with my vehicle and walked me through the process on the repair, and the price was the best Ive gotten in Maryland overall!!! There is seating where u could wait, and I did see a bathroom, in that same waiting area. I believe I dealt with the owner, but thats just a guess . Again, the man was extremely nice, and the price was excellent !! U wont have any issue bringing youre vehicle here for repair as my vehicle ( pearl) is running just fine now! He also does state inspections!!! 😊

Quoted me $140 to replace only my muffler. As soon as job was done he said $230. Shame on me for not getting it in writing. They talk to you as if they are most trustworthy. Obviously not! Six days after visit I called and spoke to Molsen(sp) and asked what it would cost. He said. $160-180. Oh by the way, I was overcharged for the taxes. The muffler for my vehicle would have cost between $40 and $100 at local retail. So for a 30-40 min install my labor cost was $130 to $190.

NO GOOD, NO GOOD, NO GOOD, this man charged me $420.00 dollars and I didnt even get a kiss on the cheek for it!!! I came in with a check engine light on and came out of there with a check engine light still on. He was supposed to change one of my catalytic converters out but he must have changed out the wrong one cuz I still have the same problem . we took the truck back in so he can make it right but only said it would be more money and that I was a nice lady and that since the truck was old and still running that I shouldnt spend any more money on it. well what a way to solve a problem. I call that non-delivery of service.

Had 2 broken exhaust hangers they were able to take me in same day and fix it in less than 30 mins

This shop offered unprofessional communication and dishonesty, and I felt like a burden for getting an estimate in person. I was told that service could be provided to replace an exhaust/muffler, and a deposit was taken on my credit card. I was never contacted again or refunded directly. No idea why...

I just went today to get my muffler fixed on my Nissan Sentra and these guys are amazing!!! Super nice and reasonable. I totally recommend them! I will be going back for any issues they can fix. :) thanks again so much.

I had a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH THESE PEOPLE!!! I called prior to taking my car here and asked if they could replace my high pressure power steering hose. The man goes on to tell me that yes he can do it, hes familiar with the repair because he had to repair his on the same vehicle, a Nissan Quest. Was told he had the part on hand. I called back the next week to see when I could drop it off to be repaired and was told to do it off Mon. morning Jan 16. I brought my car to their shop at 8:30 in the morning. Here it is now 6:26 and my car isnt ready! Theyre telling me they dont know if itll be done tonight. Why the HELL not when I was told the repair would only take a few (3-4) hours when I called for the price quote. I have to work tomorrow and was told oh well he doesnt know what to tell me. THIS IS SOME BULL!!!

He is always busy because people like myself know he is good and does not over charge, been in the business of over 20 years excellent exhaust pricing

Not sure what the bad reviews were talking about, yes MOLSEN has ALOT going on and does walk away, is on the phone etc but the man is honest, gets the work done and takes care of his customers. They fixed my exhaust for 120 dollars, were upfront about the cost and issue, then found a SECOND leak, welded that for another 45 minutes and STILL only charged me the 120 dollars, so no doubt I WILL BE BACK and you can trust this place.

Front exhaust pipe in my car had a whole in it. I bought a new pipe online and went to this place for replacement. They gave me $120 estimate in labor cost. During replacement they found one bolt broken. They told me about this broken bolt. Also told me that they have to drill it for new bolt and they are going to charge me extra. It took about two hours to complete the job and they charged me $200. When I was on the road I noticed that the exhaust pipe was vibrating and there was loud buzzing sound inside the car. I thought it might be due to after markete part. Another problem I faced was whenever I was driving over speed breaker or hump on the road the exhaust pipe was hitting it hard. I was sure that this problem was due to wrong installation. I observed the car from underneath and noticed that the exhaust pipe hanger was installed in wrong direction. I went back to this place and complained about this problem. This time I had to face the second owner (His name is Musa) of the place. He was looking very unhappy and blaming his brother (first owner) for charging me so less. He was not willing to listen about the problem, repeatedly inturpting me and giving me strange excuses. Saying this problem is due to bad engine mount and then said its shocks are not good. I tried to convince him that it is due to wrong installation of exhaust pipe hanger but he stubbornly kept on giving me other excuses. When I insisted again and again, he agreed to lift the car up with a warning that if it is not there fault, he is going to charge me. When the car was lifted up and he found it was their fault his mouth was shut. After reinstallatin of hanger everything was back to normal, even there was no vibration noise. What I learnt here that if you do not keep your eyes open you are at the mercy of ignorant people like Musa. You go to shop to fix one problem and return with another one.
