Some years back I brought my almost new 2007 GMC Sierra in for a flat tire repair. Richard later advised me that the internal wheel air pressure sensor was detached and floating around inside the wheel. He shower me the valve stem and the sensor. The valve stem had tool marks on it where the mechanic had pulled the valve stem out with a pair of cutter Pliers. Richard tried to say that was so. I argued a bit and he finally relented and paid and replaced the sensor. After patronizing their business for many years I no longer go their. I ha e no trust in them

Rich is the best most honest and experienced mechanic you will meet and Angie who runs the office is equally genuine, knowledgeable, and kind. They make a great team along with their other members and I would take my vehicles down there anytime with my eyes closed. You can trust them.

Love this shop. Owner is knowledgeable, patient and has a good staff. Always great work at the best price. Ive been using them for 10+ years. Ive converted about 6+ friends into regular customers. Classic example . . . i used to drive an old S10 Blazer. Brought it in for tail light problems. Dealer wanted to replace the entire taillight assembly - one side ($300). These guys rigged up new wiring for $20. Never had a problem with that taillight assembly again. They didnt try to take my money!!! They just fixed the problem for a reasonable price.

These guys always do honest work. They dont find things you do not need done. Can always trust them to guide me right. Lets face it, there will ways be something that needs fixing on a car at some point, and these guys will investigate and get done if it really needs it. I have a long history of service with them.......highly recommend.

Very good and honest work.. will definitely go back to have more work done. Finding a mechanic who doesnt want to Rio You off is tough. I do a lot of work myself and whenever I take my vehicle to a mechanic because I want that 30 years experience under my hood fixing what I am battling I always get disappointed. I wasnt disappointed here. In fact I will be returning my truck to him for a quote on a front end rebuild and leaf spring check since this requires a facility I do not have here in Maryland.

Horrible customer service. Drop the car off Thursday and Im told car needs a starter. Car supposed to be ready Friday at 11. I dont get a call until Sat from Rich who tells me the car in fact needs a new engine but that he is going out of town for a WEEK and cant fix it until he gets back. Shouldnt you have informed your customer of that before they drop the car off. Aside from the fact of not diagnosing the problem properly.Never again will my car be taken to this shop. Oh and apparently I was cutting into his vacation time because he called me on a Sat to inform me he was going away on vacation, and when I questioned why I wasnt told that when the car was originally left he said he did tell me. Hmmmmmmmmm. HORRIBLE.
