This place is amazing. We cooked our trailer axle bearings moving from Washington to Florida. We limped the trailer over to these folks and they started on it. These guys did a fantastic job, I have nothing but good things to say. Hard working professionals through and through, from the office to the feet on the the floor. Really a shame I cant put ten stars on here. Thanks for saving us and getting us back on the road.

If I could give this business 10 stars, I would!My family and I were just passing through town on our way to Yellowstone for vacation when we blew a bearing on our trailer.Tim at Rapid Tire in Laurel told us to bring it on over and he’d get us taken care of. I had an emergency stop at Rapid Tire today. On dashboard was the battery warning light on, but I had no idea that I actually had damaged alternator belt and I couldn’t even turn the wheel. They were so professional getting the price for me, deliver the belt to their location and fix it right away with no labor cost!! Trustworthy people. Highly recommended

I been coming here for 20 + years for oil changes. My kids come here with their vehicles.... Today I find out tire rotation free with service....hmm😕 sooo we should have been getting tire rotations all this time?? Interesting..🤨

The staff at Rapid Tire has to be the best mechanical staff I have ever met! They treat my parents very well and my mom like a queen. They are always willing to come get the car from our house for us because my mom is disabled and doesnt get out much and will bring it back to us. They take the time to explain so we understand and dont ever over charge us. Been great to our family for over 20 plus years!!

BEST IN TOWN... We was traveling from Kansas City to Whitehall Montana in myb26 RV and we stop for the night in Best Western Hotel and because we have a cracked tire valve. The hotel customer service lady told us about this tire shop, they took our RV even when they dont work in RVs and found that we only need an extension valve. They resolve our traveling issue and dont charge me nothing, I gave the tech a good tip for his work. These kind of people are the ones who make the difference in this world. Thank you again guys!!!

While traveling, I experienced a drop in tire pressure. Drove to Rapid Tire to have them check for a leak. They open at 7:30 am, which was handy. Friendly, professional staff got my car in to the garage in a reasonable amount of time and made the needed repair. Would I use them again? You bet!

My mechanic shop in Absarokee recommended Rapid Tire for a front end alignment. The alignment turned out to be fine, but they accurately diagnosed the problem. They werent able to fix it, but they contacted my regular mechanic shop with what they found. Honest work, very fair price.

Rapid tire is always awesome to us..really good deals on tires and services..everytime we go there its like the old sitcom cheers where everybody knows your name and to me that feels good..makes my family and I feel important..I would recommend these folks to anyone!! And as for my family we will always go there!!

I pulled in with a tire that needed patched. All three service bays were empty. Nobody was doing a thing. I went inside and asked if they could patch my tire and they said, No, not without an appointment. This is why Walmart is putting you out of business.

The business is a delight. I called and they got me in quickly, did the work and sent me off. There were many people stopping by with a variety of concerns. Each one was treated with patience and respect.

Took my car in the night before New Years Eve to get all four tires replaced. We had to wait for the new ones to be delivered from a few hours away. I called the morning of New Year’s Eve to check when it would be done and they said my tires won’t be in until noon (they closed at noon for holiday hours). I was expecting my car not to be done until Friday for that reason, but these guys stayed after hours on a holiday just to make sure it was done for me. 10/10 EXCELLENT customer service and I’ll never go anywhere else!!

We had an snow related incident and got snow got in to all 4 tires that was causing vibration while driving. They helped me clear it and was very understanding and helpful. He dint even charge. So grateful for his service that we were able to reach safely on our long journey. Would highly support and recommend their business.

I have family of 6, a 3 year old, three young boys and a wife. We were broke down on the side of the road, had a nice person run me to their shop to get a new tire replaced so we could get on the road and they said they would not help me out. Appointments only. Had to drive to Billings to get help. Do not use this shop!

Great service! Found a large screw in my tire while on vacation and I stopped here because it was the closest tire shop. They had the tire repaired in less than 30 minutes even though they were clearly busy with other customers. Repair cost was very reasonable and it held for the remaining 3000 miles of the trip. Thanks for keeping our vacation on track!

Youre always in and out, even when it seems they take on more than they can handle... they handle it... like pros!Recently, we were in a jam that popped-up last minute, right before we launched on a camping trip and they got us in and took care of it. With anyone else would be a fuss and asking too much, but not this group. They handled it... with time to spare!We havent looked back since we switched over... but No more sloppy work. No more fuss. No more grossly over-priced, unprofessional and unnecessary service. I dont throw it out there often but this group is legit!

Rapid Tire staff saved our vacation. Loaded down with grandkids we rented a trailer headed on an adventure. We lost treading on two of the tires with the first couple of hours. Luckily Rapid Tire got us back on the road in less than an hour. Thank YOu Guys.

As I stated on a previous post, I was very pleased that Rapid Tire went out of their way, to repair my car the very same day I brought it in. The wires to the alternator had been chewed off by a rabbit, or some other varmit, at any rate, I had my son give me a jump start, we brought it in about 9am, and left for the day, they called me at 4:30pm and said my car was ready. I has most appreciative of their work, All at a reasonable price. Thank you Rapid Tire.On March 10, 2020, I had Rapid Tire replace the tires I had previously purchased, I was unhappy with their performance on icy roads. I told them so, they were willing to sell a 45K tire with Siping for a discount. I hope these will do better. I appreciate their willingness to try to please me. Thank you Rapid Tire.

Fantastic small town tire shop. I ended up buying tires online due to long backorder times on the ones that I wanted, but had Rapid Tire install them for me. They were able to get me in immediately, the service was excellent, and they were 25% cheaper than anyone else in the area to mount and balance 4 tires plus dispose of the old ones. Bonus points for not saying a word about me not buying my tires there. Im a believer.

Two hours and ten minutes for a simple tire repair! You say they must have been busy, there was one customer there before me and three customers with fairly major repairs after me, all done and gone before me This for a simple flat tire repair that should have taken 15 minutes! I even asked them three times how long do they think it would take with not a single reply! I even told them that I had refrigerated foods in the truck, but they didnt care. Cost me $20 for the repair, $34 for the food I had to throw away and 2 hours and 10 minute of my time wasted!UPDATE: The owner, James took time to call me and work things out. He seemed sincerely concerned and that goes a long ways with me. I wish this would not have happened, but am very pleased that the owner would take time to make it right as he can for me. Because of this I feel i need to change my rating to a 4.

I brought a slow leak that couldnt be fixed. So i had them check the full size spare for holes cause it leaked to. Next day it was still leaking had them recheck it and they missed a hole in the sidewall. Gave me a huge deal on a used tire. Really nice people who are there to help you out. Plus they arent corporate so i could chill out in my car while they messed with the tire.
