I ordered a battery online, it’s been more 2 hrs, but it’s not ready for pick up. I didn’t expect such kind of delay just for a single battery. I won’t buy online anything from here and I won’t recommend to anyone. Even I called the store, they weren’t able to an estimate time when it’s going to be ready for pick up!

Just went to AutoZone in Laurel about an hour ago. The staff there were friendly and helpful. I needed a rear tail light. They helped me find the best tail light for my vehicle and Mike, one of the employees, even installed it. The staff here are great and give great customer service. Highly recommend this location!

Antonio a store manager was kind enough to order and obtain for me the only lower radiator hose for a Cressida on the east coast and have it delivered to the store. Rob, the other store manager, was good enough to keep it aside. Two cordial professional gentleman who well represent the Autozone brand. They also seem to be trying to bring the younger members of their team along with them. And their team respects them. Its nice to see a tightly run ship.

This location is WAY better than Advance Auto Parts down the street. Theyve got a ton of inventory and decent prices (they wont beat online prices but theyll come close) and the staff here is just excellent. Theyre super helpful in the store and over the phone and go out of their way to make sure you get what you need. As always, youll get better prices online from retailers like Amazon or RockAuto -- but if you need a part now and here, this is the place to go.

I just stopped in the store to pick up some antifreeze and I wanted to talk to someone to make sure I was getting the correct kind.After stating what vehicle I was dealing with the 2 gentleman concluded that I in fact did not have an F-250, that it has to be an F-150.The picture below says otherwise but to assume that the person who owns the vehicle doesn’t know what type of vehicle they have is very off putting and came off as sexist.Won’t be going back to that store.

This is perhaps one store that I feel more than welcome. I find that someone is always there to help me. Friendly employees and most important is that they listen. There is a employee name Hailey L., I would suggest Auto zone to promote her and make her in-charge of employee training where she can train how to interact with customers. She is brilliant in inter person communication skills. I have seen many store employees but you can easily identify one that stands out. Sometime using a positive language, talking to customers like they are people, putting yourself in their shoes and helping them with empathetic intelligence can win customers. Before, I go anywhere else, I check this store first.

Its Auto Zone, not a whole lot to say about it. This store does have the parts Im looking for in stock 98% of the time.

This store always seems under-staffed, which always makes my quick trip so much longer than necessary. The staff doesnt seem too flustered, so thats a help. Bring your patience as a customer because you will need it. And dont be hard on the employees. They are doing the best they can.

This is a mediocre location for Autozone. Ive had far better experiences at all the other local Autozones. There seems to be a real top down management issue with this store. I only ever shop here out of convenience because it is closest to the house.

I called in advance to see if the store had a part. I have the part # and the SKU. I was told they had the part. I drove to the store and was told they didnt have the part. When I reminded the same clerk that I had given him the part # and SKU on the phone, he said, What did you want me to do? We aint got it.Im thinking Im done with Auto Zone.You should be, too.

Jone is hands down the best person I’ve ever dealt with at an AutoZone. He definitely knows his stuff and will go above and beyond to help you out. Very efficient on time and price. Not to mention always shows a positive attitude, which is great for customer service. I definitely won’t use any other parts store while Jone is around.

They are exceptional! I came in for some help regarding an issue I was experiencing with my car battery. I received help from Chris, Kenneth, Johnie, and Hannal. They provided excellent customer service, went above and beyond to help me, and my car was running again by the time I left. I would recommend this location for quality assistance. I ordered a box of nitrile gloves online which showed in stock. I paid online for in store pickup. I get there and they claim they dont have them and they arent getting any. While every employee in the store is walking around wearing them. They didnt offer my money back until I insisted on a refund. The employee and manager were clearly lying. I need these gloves for my job. I am not trying to hoard anything, I just needed 1 box. Needless to say, I will not be recommending this store to anyone. I went to the Advance Auto Parts down the street and they were happy to sell me some. Their employees were very kind and helpful.

This particular store is supposed to open at 7:30am on weekdays and a half hour later the doors are still lockedUpdate: I ended up leaving at 8:15. I also called the store and no answer.

Andre really knows what he’s doing. He saved me money by taking time to figure out the issue with my headlight, given the store was busy. It’s good to know good people like that still exist.

The problem with This particular AutoZone is Customer Service..It is Extremely Hard to get Anyone on the phone and when you do go in the lines are so slow because Only just one person is at the register. Today I spent forty five minutes in line just to get a pack of brake lube from Bryan B.That poor man was struggling alone with aboutfifteen Customers in line.Talking to Management is useless so don,t even bother trying.😕

Its location is convenient, customer service is good. The employees are very knowledgeable about auto and auto parts. If they dont have it they can order it and its in their store within a couple of days. The one downside is their parking lot. Although they have a good number of spacious, parking spaces it is a little tight parking and maneuvering with larger vehicles.

They offers free car diagnos. Better quality car parts with discounts. Varieties of car accessories and good customer service.

Great customer Service.Always feel valued as a customer.Returned brake pads. It was to much work for me to change them out. So I broke down and paid to have them done. Took less than 5 minutes to return them.

Ive had mixed experiences at this location, but the woman who helped me this week was awesome! I was glad that she was the employee helping me. She quickly took care of the problem I had with the battery, answered all my questions, and gave me some tips about my car.

They were Awesome, Hailey is the best and Chris is also.

I tried to get a refund on something i had bought earlier. I told him it didnt fit and even though another employee had told me it was going to fit, so i wanted a refund. He mumbled why you aint check.. nevermind and i responded with Excuse me?, he didnt respond. I guess he had a bad day? But still, that isnt my problem. Anyways, the refund process went well as it should.

I have been a customer for the last 10 years. The only reason I keep coming back is because its right next to my house but the service has always been terrible. The employees are not trained well at all and they seem to not have the parts that I need and they sent me to another auto zone. Everytime I call the hold is always 30 min minimum. I see new employees every couple of months and they seem clueless all the time. I am currently on hold with them and we are at 23 minutes now. I dont like leaving bad reviews but this one deserves a bad review and auto zone should be ashamed of the service this store provides. Words can not describe how terrible this store is. I hope their manager sees this comment if they even care and try to make it better. I will still come to this store for minor things but thats about it. Also now I been on hold for 29 min. I believe IRS responds faster then this.

Great experience. Car battery died twice, I was at my wits end stuck in the post office parking lot when I called, the employee assured me they had my type of battery, and even offered to give me a jump start himself. Once I got there, every employee I talked to was friendly and knew what they were talking about, another employee even stayed late after his shift to help me with a different problem he noticed that I didnt even know I had, that had been caused by a Pep Boys. Excellent store, on par with the rest of my AutoZone experiences.

I just want to say, Hailey and Chris at the laurel, Md store were great. Both helped me out alot, seeing as how Ive got a bugeye wrx, its not an easy car to find parts for. Chris was very patient with me and Hailey was very knowledgeable about my vehicle. Autozone should be very happy to know they have some great people on their team. Big ups to Chris and Hailey at store 2821.

Luis, one of the managers is the reason why I had the best experience Ive ever had at an AutoZone in my life today. Luis not only helped me look up the correct headlights for my car, he ringed me out and proceeded to install BOTH headlights on my car. I really appreciate how sincere Luis was and how easy he made my visit, it really lightened my day. I will be back for sure and looking for Luis when I have another problem with my car. The store was also very clean and everyone in the store was in and out in a very timely manner. Thank you Luis and Autozone!

Always SO SLOW. Even if youre just checking out, since you nearly always have to wait behind everybody doing parts lookup. Pretty much the least efficient way to run a queue ever. Dont get me wrong, I still go here. But I never expect to get out in less than 20 minutes, even just to buy a quart of oil.

The guys that work here are great. They have come out to assist in replacing lights, batteries and wipers.

I went to this location to have my battery, alternator, and starter tested. I told the employee my ignition wouldnt turn over and I needed a jumpstart to get my vehicle running. She first suggested I take it to a mechanic. I insisted I wanted those parts tested. She reluctantly tested the battery. After several attempts she finally got a reading on the battery and stated it tested in good condition. She then suggested I take it to a mechanic. I had inquired about getting the alternator and starter tested as well, but the employee gave me all the reasons as to why it doesnt need to be tested. Again, she reluctantly attempted to test the alternator then proceeded to give a poor excuse that their equipment is antiquated and not capable of testing it. Thus, she did not test it at all. The employee then went on a rant about how I shouldnt waste my money on parts without knowing what the issue is since the battery is working well. At this point I was a little annoyed and asked if she could have one of her colleagues test it and lo and behold she gave me another excuse about how they wouldnt be able to do it either. Anyway, this is my first experience at this location dealing with an incompetent employee on this level. I dont know why they would hire someone who doesnt know anything about cars. On another note, there was a patron working on his engine adjacent to me and asked this employee a question, she suggested he look at YouTube videos because shes not a mechanic. My suggestion is to avoid the female employee at this AutoZone.Update:Took my vehicle to a mechanic and the voltage on the battery was low - the battery needed to be replaced.
