I wanted furniture quick and that was the place for me Brenda and Chris were the most in customer service go it you need anything at all Im sure your needs will be taken care of by one or both of them
I wish I could give this location 0 stars. The manager is so rude and unprofessional. A few months ago I got a washer and dryer (it was suppose to be new) but it did not come in a box or with a plug or hoses. I contacted the manager and he said that is how they come and I would need to go to Home Depot or Lowe’s and buy the connectors myself because they don’t supply them. How do you sell something to a customer without the proper connections? With that being sad I gave them one more chance. Worse decision I made and I will never make it again. I have pulled my accounts from this location and will never recommend or do business with them again!!
Still waiting from a refund for an offer that was presented even though I wasnt even a customer yet... the money wont make or break me, but its the principal and its been over 3 weeks, even though the manager of the store sent me an email claiming that he immediately started the process, which said 72 hours by the way... the same manager chris claimed he didnt know the time frame and it should have been 10 business days, which it was when we were talking on the phone... which has been another 7 days. Dont know what I was thinking dealing with a second rate company for second rate furniture that isnt even available... all this for $15. I hope you got a good lunch out of it chris. I tried to give this store zero stars but it wouldnt allow me...
Rude employees to include management. After receiving washer and dryer 2 hours past delivery time. The delivery guys banged up the washing machine getting into the house. Was told by management that it was my fault per the delivery guys because per them I told them the basement door was the only way they can deliver them. Lies! I gave the entry with the least amount of stairs. They looked at all 4 of my doors and decided that the basement entry was a go. After refusing to accept the damaged good now its all my fault. Will NEVER use them again. Will be calling the corporate office. Learn some customer service skills and realize that the customer just may be telling the truth in some cases. I should have paid attention to all of the negative reviews on this site before going thru with a purchase. Wish I could give them ZERO stars.

Would if I could give negative one thousand Stars. I believe in giving neighborhood businesses a chance even though the previous ratings were very poor.Everybodys entitled to a bad day, right? Well, apparently ALL THE DAYS are BAD at this location. Ive been a long time customer of Rent-A-Center off and on through the years at various locations and this by far has been the most unpleasant encounter Ive had to date.The manager Jodi has checked out even though you see her shes not very engaged or engaging. The African-American woman that helped me with braids and various ornamentations on her face was a bit distracted and appeared annoyed that I was disturbing her work day with work.I repeatedly asked about the delivery date and time and if there were any modifications that could be made.I was informed that weekends werent an option. I informed that, Ive had weekend deliveries before and that would work best for my current schedule considering on the day of delivery Id be coming from DC on New Years Eve during rush hour. This Associate was very quick and snippy to say, Well we dont do that here.Different locations do different things. Almost as to say go there instead.I informed that Id need to make arrangements if Monday would be the day and I was asked when will you know because I cant guarantee the day. I informed that as soon as I know the info will be shared.In the interim I asked for my form back which was shoved in my hand with great hostility and with great dismissiveness.I didnt feel valued or appreciated as a consumer. This was a horrible experience and this will be MY LAST TIME COMING TO THIS LOCATION unless something positive changes.Its unfortunate because I try to support the neighborhood and build up black people but this establishment has brought down the neighborhood and my people all in one foul swoop.
Rude customer service and horrible atmosphere. I dont know what manager they have working here but he needs to hire more professional people.
If I could give this store 0 stars I would the manager Phillip or whatever is thee worse customer service I have ever received. He was to busy looking down at his computer and other things to answer any questions I had in reference to there new approval system. I would avoid this store altogether as its not the same Rent A Center experience I have had in the past!
