Great customer service! The pinatas are big with a good variety to choose from!

Really friendly and helpful staff. They have all kinds of piñatas. So if you want a variety to choose from this is the place to go to. They didnt have any more piñata sticks and the gentleman behind the counter made one for us really quick. Highly recommend this place.

This was my first time here. I orderedcustomized ribbons for a keepsake.The spelling was incorrect, not once but twice. I don’t recommend this place at all for customized ribbons.

I absolutely love that store its the perfect theme party store if youre trying to do birthday parties or baby showers I recommend to anyone in the Las Vegas area and also they do pinatas and helium balloons all for a really good price

Great customer service. Rented a bounce house, 2 tables and 10 chairs for a very very low rate (lowest out of many places I called). They arrived on time and picked up later then expected. David is the person to ask for. So so so helpful

By far the worst experience ever ! Sold me a piñata with balls inside that were popped! They wouldn’t replace the piñata and they were angry because I needed it fix ! Had my receipt available ! A short man about 4 feet tall told me that all sales are final although it hadn’t even been 24 hours since I had purchased it ! Also there are no signs that said all sales are final and neither on the receipt by far very rude and unprofessional ! For a man do disrespect a customer at that a woman was beyond my belief ! Shame on your company also the door is cracked and it’s glass and it’s being held up by clear tape ! That’s a fire hazard and it will be reported to the fire department and as well as the better business bureau! Shame on this company for yelling at a woman in front of her kids !!!

Great Store!! They have a variety of stuff!! Everything I needed for my party!! Also their Piñatas are awesome and sturdy, I got mine costume made & I loved it!!!

The piñatas are well made, but the customer service is horrible. They didnt have the one we wanted so we placed the order. I informed them that I wanted it ready by Thursday. When I went on Thursday it was not ready, this was frustrating because I had to take my truck to work to make sure I could load it. I was told that the person that did the paperwork wrote down Sunday. Luckily our party was until Saturday. I showed up Saturday and the piñata was not ready. I was told that it was on its way that it would arrive in 5 minutes. I ended up waiting for 30 minutes until I finally left out of frustration, they ended up delivering it to the house but there was a lot of uncertainty leading up to the moment that it was delivered. I will never go back to them again. :(

Lots of Candy to choose from they also have plenty of Piñatas to pick from as well its a Small shop but packed with various items and Birthday Themes.

If there was a no star rating Thats what I would put. I ordered a piñata for a baby shower reveal gender. First of all the piñata looked crappy, the whole purpose of the gender reveal was that the balloon of the gender (pink or blue) would fall out of the piñata. I wasnt gonna comment nothing about it, just took it and left. Until they broke the piñata and both colored balloons fell. Everyone just stopped screaming and looked at each other confused.. It was a baby boy. Dont ever place an order there if you want a suprise party.. First and last time I go 👎
