We bought helium balloons here and unfortunately the staff does not know how to seal them. Two of the three deflated partially before the 5 minute drive home. Waste of money.

The jumper and tables and chairs didn’t arrive on time it was 3 hours late and my party guests were arriving . Also I was missing the cloth for the table and the stick for the piniata. So unprofessional all they care about is money. I was very disappointed and I will go somewhere else next year!

Bought helium balloons for my daughters birthday party yesterday... 1 Mylar and 12 latex... the latex have already deflated, so now I have to scramble to find somewhere else to get a dozen balloons on an already busy day... in my experience latex helium balloons last 3-4 days... Not 12 hours.

Chairs and Tables are sooo expensive

The staff has no customer service what so ever. If you are looking for a particular theme they do not have a lot of stuff. So if you are thinking of shopping here, I will suggest to call first and asked for what you are looking. Dont waste your time.

If i could give a zero i would. They didnt set up for us until i complained everything they delivered was dirty. I had to tell the dj what to play...for a 1,300 package i say it was a total rip off. I could of done better center pieces. Never again doing business with them

This was one of the worst companies I have ever booked with . I booked a package for my wedding which included, food, music and set up . For our set up they didn’t properly install the lighting we had asked for since the event was going to be outside and never picked up after callling them numerous times to come back and fix it. The Food was over cooked, cold and was very bland ! And on top of everything else the speaker quality the DJ brought was horrible, it sounded very staticky and played all music off of YouTube .?!!!! I’ve never written a bad review before but I couldn’t hold my tongue on this one, please save your money and book somewhere else !

This place did not have good customer service at all. Reserved the for my wedding and the DJ arrived 2 hours late! and they did not refund me any money. Also if you do not need certain things in a package they do not allow you change it for other things. Never doing business with them ever. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Would be a zero, Very bad customer service, had maybe 50 ppl at my party bought food for a hundred ppl and was not enough, was overcharged, bad dj (was the same guy that set up the tent) he played music off youtube, told me a time they would pick up stuff and arrived very late. I called to complain but the girl told me that they did not have to call ahead to pick up stuff. Will be taking further action as to what i can do.

Im handicap and for an employee to take a young customer before me ridiculous and even had the nerve to not even ask of she could go before me I think the very young cashiers name was Elisa at store bye Boulevard Mall so if your handicap and shes the cashier prepare to stand a very long time
