Its party stuff. Have mostly what you would need for most parties. The help and service has been really good. Been there 3 times this past year. Best time to go is on your lunch, after work can get busy and can be short staffed. Be patient.

This place is depressing and overpriced. Just go to party city for what you need. They have the same items but a few bucks cheaper. Also way better selection and just a better vibe.

Everyone was so helpful and friendly and my son and I were able to find the perfect Halloween costume. He wanted to be Pennywise and Im going to be Wonderwoman. I will definitely go there again.

Me and my sister walked in, walked around the whole store in about 10 minutes and the one and only employee there, literally saw us, turned his head, and walked in the other direction. Mind you, he was on the phone the whole time. We couldn’t even get a HELLO! I found a cute pair of sunglasses I wanted to buy, but I’ll find sunglasses somewhere else who greets their customers. And I see people talking about payin $10 for 6 balloons? $1.99 per balloon? I hope y’all know y’all can go to 99 cent store/Dollar Tree and pay $1 per balloon or buy a pack of 20 for $1 😂😂😂

Terrible experience every time I come to this store. Today upon walking into the store, I immediately saw an employee behind the counter not helping anyone so I quickly asked if I wanted just a couple plain, uninflated balloons, do they sell them in packs, or do I have to get them individually from the counter. I was instructed that I have to get them from the counter at the price of either $1.99 per balloon or 6 balloons for $10. I reiterated to her that I just want balloons, no helium and she said the prices would be no different. I told her thanks but I’ll go elsewhere… Tell me why as I was deciding to leave the store, I noticed an aisle full of plain balloons, with packs of a dozen starting as low as only 99 cents. Clearly, the staff needs some more training on not just customer service, but also product knowledge.

Needs a little housekeeping and maybe a little face-lift. But they have awesome stuff!!!! Whatever you could think of related to a party, they have it!!!! I got my nephew a chili pepper pinata, and got mom a balloon bouquets for moms day!!!! Will return for my future party needs!!!

I only go to the post office in the rear of the store and the lady there is always so friendly and helpful

Do not go here! The customer service is horrendous! We waited in line patiently for ten minutes before leaving. There were no other customers in the line. The three employers behind the counter would not even acknowledge my family. What’s worse is when we were on our way out, they all started laughing. How do I even begin to explain such awful behavior to my children who were with me?

This store is the filthiest store I e ever been in! They haven’t washed the floor in years! Heavy metal music playing on the speakers. Kids at desk could care less if you need help. They point.

First time at the store and very disappointed. First I was over charged $16. They corrected the issue which I was happy with. However the $20 balloon I purchased came undone along the seal after only having it for a couple hours. When I called the store they told me I could come in and buy another balloon that was similar because I purchased the last of that particular balloon. I decided $20 was my max for a balloon that probably cost the company little to Nothing to purchase. Overall, I won’t be back. I’d rather take my business to Party City.

They do not regulate masks with employees or anyone in the store. Very unsafe and irresponsible! Half of the employees are wearing masks only on there mouth. If your concern about being safe and going in to specific stores THIS store isn’t the place to go. I suggest to go to another location.

Went Sunday afternoon for a costume for my 1yr didnt fit so I went to exchange it today Wednesday, at first they tried telling me that I wasnt able to exchange it because they only give you 24hrs to bring back and the cashier told me not ones but three times that someone had to have told me that when I purchased after I kept telling her that no one told me and in the receipt it clearly says 30days ! I asked to talk to the manager and they had to exchange because no where in the receipt does it mention anything about 24hrs... Just a heads up.....

Went to look for Power Ranger party supplies, expecting to pay $100. Everything I got was just under $30. What a deal!! Every item I got was only .97 cents.

You just lost out on 6 Halloween costumes. Was about to come in with 5 kids and a wife that all needed costumes but was told we would need a mask or we would have to leave. Well we left, and found all we needed on Amazon. That’s what you get when you try to support a local business. You guys lost out on a lot of money and lost a customer for life.

Every time i go into Party USA the workers are super nice and helpful! I always go there to get balloons and party supplies.

I came here to drop off a package for the post office section of the store. I had my own shipping label and packaged my things at the counter. As I was done and getting ready to hand it over the supervisor informs me that she is going on break and I will have to wait an hour before she can take (my already labeled and pre paid package). Now I understand that everybody needs the ability to take a lunch, I’m more frustrated at the lack of communication as she watched me package my item. I will never shop at this party city because of its lack of customer service.

This is such an amazing store. There balloons always come out awesome and ate priced decently. One young man there is an expert and his skills are awesome. The way he does the balloon bouquets youll never be disappointed. The staff is great and ate so very helpful. They have everything you need for any occasion. Ill never go anywhere else. Wife came in yesterday to pick up some costumes for our daughters school program. The cashier was extremely polite and went above and beyond to help find what she needed. Didn’t catch his name but kudos to that kid!

Cool store... Major plus are the employees... Hard Working and full of helpful ideas.. Big thumbs up to one of the new girls working there, i think her name is ABIGAIL? She has such a creative mind when it comes to decorations for any occasion.. Her ideas and thoughts are things I would never have thought of. Consistently changing posted hours for their post office on a whim. Multiple times come in and they are closed for lunch at a non stated time. You either stay and wait, or waste fuel, time and effort.

Cant say much for the actual store, but their small USPS shop (located deep in the back of the store - right side when entering) is great because there is not much on wait time. The staff there is laid back, but they get the job done (USPS portion of course). If you need to ship something without waiting in the main USPS store, go to their location.

This place is the greatest store to get all your party supplies from baby birthdays to adult birthday. They have everything you need for baby showers to baby reveal party supplies. All your wedding needs including bachelor and Bachelorette party supplies. Rental equipment and all your party needs

It doesnt seem clean and the cake decorating supplies were very outdated. Many were expired.The lady in the post office needs to wear clothes that her breasts are not so exposed. Its VERY TACKY

It looks like theyre just giving up on themselves. Theres a shredded up banner hanging by a nail out front, the sign is on its way out and the aisles are half-stocked. That being said, if I needed balloons in a hurry or some streamers, etc. Id stop by.

Staff was awesome. Some stuff is overpriced. Some stuff seems cheap in quality. Its a party store what more can I say.

If you call, do not have the phone close to your ear unless you want to hear the young lady who answers the phone chew her gum louder than a cow. Also I asked if she would be able to tell me how long the paper streamers are and she said she was not going to walk back there to check. Well thanks lady, you just lost another customer. Pretty soon the place will be shut down.

Ordered balloons a week ahead of time. Went to pick then up on party day and they hadnt even been started yet. Didnt have, or wouldnt give me trash bags to put the balloons in, so I could get them outside safely on a very windy day. Tried to charge more then the advertised price. Most of the balloons sank before the party was even over.I will never go to one of these stores again.

Very friendly staff. They know balloons! We purchased several balloons including a gender reveal balloon, which they filled with different confetti and things in the color of the gender. Everything was ready on time for our scheduled pick up.

Kevin the manager of the store was the most unprofessional manager I ever met I purchased yesterday a plastic cups from them when I got home I didnt even open the package I sent through the plastic that its all broken I went to exchange it today but they didnt exchange because I lost my receipt and hes accusing me that they dont have this item in the store which I did. . They can go back to their cameras or however they can find out that I did purchase from them unprofessional manager Kevin I will never go back to that store again its ridiculous and stupid

Lots of empty shelves and all purchases are final. They had lots of balloons on display and all the ones I wanted to buy were sold out. I prefer to go to Party City.

I had an interview with this place, it was open Interviews but I had called and was told to come down so when I got there like ten minutes before they opened I walked in the manager wasnt ready, OK fair enough they had just opened. I took the opportunity to use the bathroom to make sure I didnt look crazy. I leave the bathroom was told to wait for the manager on isle eight and that she would be with me in like five minutes I stood there for forty five minutes she finally came out and had me fill out a paper application the we proceeded to do the interview which I personally think went well until she told me that she was not in fact the hiring manager. So the interview concluded I left and about three or four days later she calls me back for a second interview with the store owner. I get there Im told that he wasnt ready and that he was in a call with someone, so I go use the bathroom, then come out look around for about five minutes only to be told that he wasnt there that day and to call back and reschedule my interview. This place is a joke and management needs to be retrained.

Very poor service. Had ordered a banner. They had 3,5 weeks time, but did not have it done by the day I needed it. They did not care that I hade a major problem because of that/them.

For more than a year Ive used then for my party supplies. Hoping they will improve but have now decided that they just wont. The complaint is they do not restock so inventory is always low and very limited.Customer service is ....... nobody knows anything. Employees are unfamiliar with inventory

Worst customer service ever! Was told that they had 12 of an item in stock to drive 35 minutes there to find 2 on the shelves. When I talked to the women who I spoke with on the phone, she states, I told you the computer told me I had 12, I didnt verify. super professional. No apology, no let me see if there are some in the back...nothing. I shouldve checked out these reviews prior to driving all the way out there. Ridiculous.

BALLOONS!!!Im upgrading my review as I just witnessed an interaction I thought not possible in retail. This completely super self entitled woman of a certain age came in FURIOUS she had to wait in line. Mind you the line was 1 person long. Lady was so condescending and I dare say was a wee bit self convinced that her daily constitutionals smelled of roses, rainbows and a fresh springs day.Well the assistant manager was having none of it. Asked the lady to please take her balloons and kindly leave. Lady refused. Security was called. And kudos to the shopping centers rapid response bike security. He personally escorted little miss better than everyone ot the front door.This episode continues to give evidence that our species is not evolving toward improvement. We have removed the consequences allowing all, not just the fittest, to procreate and thrive.Stupid hurts less now than ever before, and I am positive that society as a whole will begin to feel the consequences of this trend, and im sure we wont like how that turns out.Have a great day everyone, be nice to each other. Having a bad day should never be sufficient reason to treat others with contempt and condescension.

This place is an absolute joke. The employees have no clue what customer service is. I rented a helium tank for my baby shower and was never given my $125 deposit back even though I was told i would get it back when i returned the tank, which I did. I had to dispute the charge with my bank. The employees here are clueless and rude.

Customer service sucks. Half of the items did not have prices. Only 2 registers and only one can take cash and one takes credit. They dont have a designated balloon ordering station so you will have to wait for people picking out balloons. The only reason I didnt leave is because I had a livingsocial voucher that could not be refunded.

Best part of this establishment is the satelite Post Office in the back of the store. If it werent for that I would never set foot in there. As far as the selection goes for party supplies it is run of the mill nothing extra ordinary, and many times out of stock on a variety of items.I have asked to have items ordered several times with different employees, and basically was told that wasnt possible which is dissapointing. Many times there is a line waiting with only one cashier running, yet there are other employees milling around the cashier area. I dont know if that is due to only a single register, or just incompetence/disregard of customers time.Im about as patient a customer as you will run into so if these aspects of how this business are run bother me I can only assume the majority of people who have experiences as I have never return. I know I will never attempt to purchase from there again. As I said earlier I will go there only if I have need of the post office section (which btw is always run fast, effeciently, and a pleasant person to deal with).

I called to ask if they carried the long, thin, balloons, that can be used for balloon twisting, and they told me they had never heard of such a thing...I called around town, and every other large party supply store carries balloon-animal balloons. This is not an uncommon party supply item.So either this store has done a poor job training their employees, or theyve done a poor job stocking their shelves. Either way, I was dissatisfied.

Very dirty and old looking store. All the products were scattered everywhere, really messy! They didnt have half of the Halloween costumes and sizes. Didnt have enough staff, and the ones they had at the registers were very rude and unhelpful! Wouldnt go there again!
