This place has a really nice showroom. I was recently invited to take a tour of the place and it’s very cool. They have a showroom of some truly gorgeous motorcycles and some of the most well maintained facilities I’ve seen at a dealership of that caliber. I was highly impressed with it, check it out if you’re into motorcycles.Side Note: The detail and care put into cleaning and stocking the bikes is second to none. All bikes that pass through the detail shop are handled with the highest level of care and displayed beautifully. Props to the guys at the shop for great service to the bikes and to the customers.

The guy who rang me up did an excellent job folding my shirt. And even offered a nice large bag with handles so I could put all my other stuff in one bag. The store was well organized and had a good selection of clothing. Im glad I dropped in to get my Vegas Harley souvenir T-shirt!!

Stopped in and purchased some accessories, as I was getn ready to roll, a fellow rider pointed out that my rear tire needed air, and said to ask service dept for air. I did, and was told to wait 15 minutes until the person who did that would be back. I waited w my wife and son, but the only service employees that came out of building were smoke breakers.....so we got on our 35k bikes and went to find a gas station, self serve......but at least some service....Was lookin at buying 3 bikes next year, but not from this place...

Great shop to look in and to see the pristine Harley Davidson motorbikes. Absolutely awesome. Put this on your list when in Vegas.

Visited two of their merchandise outlets for souvenirs. First on Fremont and then in the Venetian Canal shops. Cashier was on Fremont early afternoon and then the same one was on the strip that evening. She definitely shouldn’t be in customer service. Don’t try to pay with a CC. She said they only take cash and do not ship. Funny, they have card readers at the POS terminal and a framed signed behind the counter directing to ask associate for convenient shipping service. As a HOG member I try to visit as many shops as I can. Guess I didn’t have anything from Vegas before and am good with not having anything after my visit. Too bad, I usually buy $350-$400 for myself and family. Leaving with my cash still in the bank is a good as hitting at the slots. #stillhavemymoney

It was decent and inexpensive room rates. You have to go to the Paris for coffee. It was just ok.

Stellar service with super salesmanship

Horrible staff. Front desk takes 5-10 mins to serve you everytime. When they do, they clearly dont want to be working and dont extend any sort of hospitality towards you at all. They give you incorrect and incomplete info and look at you like youre an idiot for asking a question.
