Not super impressed with this place. Service Dept needs way more help they are overwhelmed.They do have a pretty large selection.I have a 50cc moped I bought from them. Anytime I took it in for warranty service ( they spent 2years to sorta fix the problem with it starting).Each time it felt like it was beneath them to work on such a thing. And would take 2weeks to get it back.Hell it took 2 days for them to replace the rear tire!Not real sure where else you can go to look at off road toys. But Im like 99.9% sure I would not buy another bike from them
This business is not military friendly.My husband is active duty and received the special tax exempt letter on all tangible personal property purchases this weekend for Nevada day. The controller for this company refused to allow the manager to accept the letter (which has a gold raised seal) from the state of Nevada to waive our sales tax on the purchase of an off road vehicle. This was based off “her research” and is 100% incorrect. There was no written evidence provided to us to be excluded from this honor the state of Nevada extended to my husband for his service for our country. I am extremely disappointed that there is such a lack of intelligence at the corporate level to understand tax directives issued by the state of Nevada.We are headed over to Carter power sports because they understand how to read our tax letter.
Jon Diaz, probably one of the best sales men I every had the pleasure of working with. He was very helpful with any questions I had. Also got me a great deal with my trade in and my new bike as well. I would highly recommend asking for him if you ever need a bike or side by side. I will definitely be coming back for my next purchase in the future.
Dont walk away from this dealership RUN! Called them about a couple of bikes they had on their website. I spoke with a woman on the phone who was in sales. She told me she would send over an email with details and maybe photos of the two bikes I was interested in. After about 4 hours I didnt hear back, but I did get a strange text message. I called back. I spoke with her again. This time she tells me she might have some time to go look at the bikes. That was it for me. When a customer calls in you on the phone, you dont tell them, I might have time. I told her to take me off the list and dont bother, we are NOT doing business. I live 1 1/2 hours from this dealer. If they dont want to sell a bike, thats fine. Just tell people from the start, you dont sell bikes and you arent in business.

I dont like the idea of someone I love riding a motorcycle, but a man will be a man & Adam helped us pick out a helmet that made me more comfortable about a very disheartening situation. And at the end… the parts guys Adam and Dominic started hooking me up with free stuff. Shirt, flag, first aid kit, a bag, and more. Left there very happy and excited for my purchase and dealership choice.
Although I did not purchase my Motorcycle there due to inventory issues. My experience with Will from the internet department was AMAZING. He followed up with me in a non-invasive way throughout my journey of getting my endorsement. He went out of his way to get me information and help me with any questions I have. Got a fantastic deal on a leftover 2019 Honda Goldwing bagger in amazing shape - Ive never bought any bikes out of state but Ryan made it super simple and everything fell into place- I made arrangements to have the bike shipped through HaulBikes whom they recomended and the bike was delivered in 30 days to my doorstep in great like new shape. Just dont ask me where my two thousand dollar registration fee went as of now its been more than a month and the bike is sitting in my garage with no legal means to drive it on the beautiful Texas hill country roadways - Its a shame when one part of a TEAM drops the ball on what could have been a glowing review. I have 6 grandsons that will be riding soon and I would not have batted an eye over using Ride Now Nevada on a few dirt bikes had I not been so frustrated by the lack of a Temp plate on the bike
Adam was super helpful getting my daughter hooked up with a new helmet. While we waited for the motorcycles to get prepped he took the time to make sure we had everything we needed to get her riding safely. Had a pierced flat on my Rzr 900s and brought it in to see if it could be repaired. They took it in back right away and 20 minutes later I left with my repaired tire on a Saturday afternoon! Grateful and found my new place to service my toys👍🏻 Great customer service.
Horrible service. I had to have my bike towed here...Kelly was supposed to call me to let me know it had arrived safely...no call, I had to call. I bought my bike and helmet here like 3 years ago. I took it back here, thinking they would take care of long term customers. Not the case. I took it there for starter issues. They presented me with $2k service proposal of everything but starter issues...huh? They said that the starter issue was fixed..it wasnt ...I lost a weeks pay because the starter issue was Not fixed...thanks for ruining my week...I think a little more results an honesty, and a little less bubbly personality would be a better business model. Im 52 years old, have never done a review until now.
We purchased a 2021 Yamaha Wolverine 1000 and are very happy with the sales people and the crew. Jim Williams (in parts) was a super big help finding and ordering a hardtop for our side x side. He told us about 15 days to receive it and he was right on. As soon as it came in he called us to let us know. We picked it up and he hauled the big box out to our truck and helped load it in. Gabriel (a manger) was super helpful in the process also with a flaw in the door. He made sure to exchanged the flawed piece with a new piece. We highly recommend RideNow Powersports on Boulder.
Went in to buy a 2021 Turbo S, I put down a 500.00 deposit on the machine. I was going to put down 10,000.00 and I wasn’t comfortable with the payments so they said my deposit was fully refundable. 2 weeks have gone by and they haven’t refunded the money. Called 3 times over 3 days and left messages and no call back. Went in and I was told they called and left a message, I am a Realtor so I answer every call. Jon lied, they finally said they put the money on my card but still waiting. If I don’t retrieve it soon I will file with a dispute with the bank. Please don’t shop here go to Carter Powersports. I bought my new Pro there, and the customer service was amazing I’m a customer for life!!!

Buy the ATV, sign the papers and get out! Nothing was explained as to the Title Certification, no owners manual, no walk through about the rig and told we could not return a part that we purchased, not happy with, and not used! Piss poor customer service!9/9/21-UPDATE: Husband (John) went back to return the part we did not want and did not use. After hearing about the poor service we received from Kenny and Alex, the General Manager had a unit bought out, gave John a through walk thru - explaining in detail what we were not given on 9/4. Leaving this at 2 stars. Others need to know what we went through and how we were treated and how well the General Manager remedied the situation!
I bought a 33k machine I tried to elect not to enroll in the battery replacement program 600 dollars. Was told it would not be waived and they had another guy in line to buy it.I bought it ..Ride now lost 5 K worth of upgrade work that will now go to their sister store off Rancho who was willing to waive that fee but could not get the unit.Left a bad taste in my mouth. Will not buy another machine from that location.The warranty sales pitch was pathetic.
Love the bike, staff was helpful and polite, BUT THEY ARE A RIP OFF and their out the door prices are ridiculous, and explanation of the loan details was misleading, I put $2k down on a $7k bike, and the amount financed was over $10k? And if I make all the payments it comes out to $15k + my $2k... $17k for a $7k bike... Theres a word for what RideNow did to me...SCREWED... never shopping here again.

The only reason I am giving 3 stars instead of 5 is because of John. He was the worst sells person Ive ever dealt with. Not only was he rude and unprofessional but I felt as if he belittled me by calling me a liar. I almost didnt buy my new bike but then Chris Jarvis called me back and definitely made the buying experience a lot better. I really appreciate Chris and Racin for helping me out. I wanted to give 5 stars to both of you and 0 to John. So thats why I had to meet in the middle at 3.
Great service! The employees are honestly there to give you the best options because all of them (well at least the multiple people I talked to) are power sports enthusiasts! Great environment and honestly I’m a first time buyer and they made me feel right at home even though I didn’t know how it all worked. Walked away with my first dirt bike and couldn’t have imagined going anywhere else! Definitely will be recommending to anyone I know.
Horrible dealership, save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere.9/17/2021 arrived 15 minutes after they opened to purchase a sportsman 450 h.o. ( I live 4 hours away, and they had the only sportsman relatively close) i had put a deposit on it. Took awhile to get to speak to the salesman we needed but that happens, ok no biggie.Meanwhile every salesperson from every department offered assistance, ok they must not be too bad of a business. Finally got to speak with Tyler and he starts the paperwork but passed me off to the parts department to up sell me on accessories, which they proceeded to try to force me to buy extras after I repeatedly said no Im good.Anyhow on to the paperwork. I provided every single item they needed to do this transaction. Was told everything was good to go and they would bring it out front. After waiting out front for a half hour I go to find atv and was told they had no idea it was good to go, zero department communication,I was not offered a test ride but I was offered every accessory they had and forced to buy a battery replacement plan for $499 on top of dealer setup, delivery and extended warranty. Then after signing paperwork was told if I do my own services it voids my warranty.Left dealership with ATV. After being told registration would be sent to my local motor vehicle division.Waited a week, went to mvd no record of title on file yet, call dealership, they say its not yet funded because they dont have necessary paperwork to apply the polaris heroes advantage discount. (Which I gave them In person.) I send them the email AGAIN.was told I had to wait till Tuesday (4 days) for them to even submit that and then they would send title to mvd. Ok. then I went through quiet a run around for an extended warranty cancellation form, which I still dont have. I have been in contact with their corporate office and will see what happens, but I will never do business with any ride now dealership ever again, and I wont recommend them either. If you have read this far I say please save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere.

Not ride now more like ride away from this business!!! We called last week to get the cost for an oil change and chain adjustment on my TREX. I was told $135 for the oil change and $25 for the chain tension. I scheduled an appointment for Saturday at 9AM!! I dropped off my vehicle and hung around but then when I asked if they were almost done around 10:30am I was told they hadn’t even started on my vehicle yet!!! I left to take care of some other things and finally received a completion call at 2:30pm….. much later than expected!! I go to pick up my vehicle and am told the total bill is $350.34 !!!! Absolutely way more than told over the phone which goes right along with other reviews about being lied to about the price for services. Their excuse was that the individual that wrote up the appointment and gave me the price put into he wrong type of vehicle therefore the price is more, which is the scheduling persons at fault not me the customer!! The manager did take off $100 but that still left us having to pay $260 which is $100 more. Their rates are terrible and I will be taking our services elsewhere and will not recommend this business to anyone else!!!!

Gilbert and the guys did a terrific job. Paperwork was ready to go and they even did a recall notice when I was there. Couldnt appreciate the time and effort more.
I called for a oil change estimate was told 60 dollars, got there and price changed to 140 dollars. I also asked for a price for a radiator fluid flush and a oil change estimate I was told 500 dollars, after several calls to inquire about the amount, they told me that they added, All ON THEIR OWN A FULL CHECK OF MY MOTORCYCLE, AND THERE LABOR IS 140.00 HOUR! THEY ARE VERY DECEPTIVE AND TRYING TO CHARGE FOR SERVICES PEOPLE DONT EVEN ASK FOR OR WANT! STAY AWAY!!!
Went in to purchase a bike in cash. Was told to come in and ask for Gil. When I arrived Gil was too busy so they gave me another associate whom was very helpful but unfortunately I forgot his name. While there I realized that I wanted another bike that was actually more expensive. I applied for that bike to be finances and recieved a text that they were working on the application. A week went by and didn’t here anything else so I went ahead and purchased and another bike in cash. Still haven’t heard anything back about the bike I requested. I then seen that they ran my credit but still haven’t called me about anything. This place is horrible and are losing whomever owns it money. I’m a business owner myself and if my customer service was this horrible I would fire whomever is in charge. I can tell that the problem are the management from what I’ve heard. Thanks for nothing and for putting a hard inquiry on my credit for no reason which I will be heavily disputing.
I live in Oregon but bought my 2021 Goldwing from Ride Now because they had the model I wanted. Love the bike did not have a good experience with the sales manager and when I got there to pick up the bike it was in the service department with parts stripped off it to use on another bike they were working on. Try to imagine how you would feel if that were your new bike. Sales manager didnt care never bothered to speak to me about it.
Interesting that my comments strangely disappeared from this past Saturday! Horrible customer service, communication and a waste of my time. Tried to buy a BMW and they BSed me for a week and caused me to lose another deal!
This corporate chain is not transparent on prices. A friend was shopping for a motorcycle. And was offered a higher interest rate. And we had to state that current advertising has a lower rate. Then she acquired that rate. They have add-ons and upsells on their invoice automatically. Theyre not eager to show you a breakdown of an invoice. Until you already signed a dotted line. They want to sell you just on what the monthly payment is. And not what compiled into that monthly payment. I suggest buy a machine out of Southern Utah, not at Ride Now chain.

Spoke with a few people but my main sales person was John Diaz. He was super helpful and very personable. The floor model for the bike I wanted had sold earlier that morning but they were quick to get one assembled for me and it was available the next afternoon for pick up. I highly recommend them.
Pretty lame first experience in this place I gotta say. First off, I hate how the majority of the bikes in here dont have the prices transparently displayed. Like you have to track down a sales rep and enter into this whole cat and mouse game just to figure out how much a bike costs.Secondly, I had a really poor experience with the kid sales rep who finally decided to help me out. He didnt know any of the prices off the top of his head and continued to just give me ballpark figures, and this dude literally took a call on his phone in the middle of our interaction.Like HELLO customer service 101, the customer youre dealing with has priority...the way the kid hid the call, made it look like it was private call to me...and even it was a business call, and legitimate sales manager wouldve been ok with the excuse Sorry boss I couldnt take the call I was with a customer in store.Last big problem, the kid wasnt wearing his mask properly at all. Were still in a pandemic people.Only reason for the 2 stars is the store itself is beautiful, well presented, and has a large selection. But the process itself is entirely suboptimal, and my interaction with this one kid has definitely turned me off from spending any money here at all.

Beware of the service department. I went to get new tires and they said I needed new brakes. I didnt have them do the brakes and found out Im still good for at least 3,000 miles..

Classic bait and switch dealer. Quoted a price over the phone, I made the 4 hour trip to get the bike and the price magically goes up when I get there. I did not buy the bike that had significant damage that was not mentioned in the listing and I will not be returning for any reason.Edit: Thats not true at all. I gave my information over the phone, I specifically stated that I was using my Yamaha card, and no attempt was made to work with me about the damaged tank. It was 100% bait and switch. I can provide more details if you forgot what I just went through; I can assure you that I wont forget.

Never really trusted any RideNow dealer besides the Rancho location. I called at around 9:45 in the morning about a motorcycle for sale. They asked to make an appointment, made the appointment for 5pm. Drove way out to this location 45 minutes in rush hour traffic and the bike was sold the same morning? No courtesy call or anything. The least they could have done was called to cancel the appointment or to see if I was interested in any other motorcycle for sale. The worst customer service I have ever received from any RideNow store in the Las Vegas valley. I will not recommend you shop with them nor use the sales representative named Toby. Super unprofessional
Worse sales department Ive ever encountered. Rude, no help and I had to go to another dealer to buy my son his first dirtbike. Got the same deal they said was impossible at there store. Wanted 4,600 for a 2,400 bike out the door best we can do man. No o well good luck youll never find one. Was paying cash too. Dont waste your time they have better things to do (vibe) waste of 2 hours
I finally received mi Kawasaki Vulcan Vaquero back. Service Manager Kevin did an outstanding job. Looking for the electric part every day for a few weeks to resolve the problem. He ran over the line of customer service and been professional. I highly recommend this store on Boulder Hwy. Once again thank you very much for you efforts and professionalism. I called Jason at RideNow Boulder moments after a flat cut short my evening ride home from work through Lake Mead. He detailed some options, then told me he had a Dunlop Sportmax Q3+ in stock for my ZX10R and would make time for me the following morning. Fast forward to that morning, Jason took my bike straight away. Between his and the techs effort, I was on the road and back to work in under 2 hours. I had no idea about the tire specs, quality, or performance, but decided to trust the recommendation...so far so good! Ive got a 3,600mi service coming up...Ill be back.

Parts department is always awesome to us. We buy plenty of parts for our shop. I can say the sales staff either want to greet your or just plain ignore me as I had questions about a custom Razor on display. Nobody came over even thoug our parts guy let someone know we needed help. Soooooo I bought my son a matching Can-Am X3 X-RC like mine. Yamaha/Can-Am of Las Vegas on S. Jones had us in and out in an hour. Im always a cash buyer. RideNow will have my parts business, but as for spending $30k on toys, I will take my business elsewhere. Ive had similar issues at the Rancho location, but the total opposite. Pressure sales is their issue. As you can see by the pics I spare no expense. The X3 with the black cage is the one I bought for my son. The X3 with the blue cage is mine. The Mav Max 1k turbo is our spare for my folks.

I sent an email looking to buy one bike but with the likelihood of buying two. I have been discussing one particular bike advertised as a new 2018 Suzuki DRZ400SM. I live about 2-1/2 hours drive away. I needed to know the total cash necessary to purchase the bike but so far after about a week of email correspondence nothing. I have been communicating with Toby. If your going to merchandise then your good but there is no sense of urgency or customer service from this site. It might have been and off week but they really do a bad job as follow ups and customer retention. Still the staff is friendly but it maybe that there systems dont track well.

After getting ready to put a deposit down on a Can Am Spyder when the salesmen told me a out the door price, I was informed by the sales manager that out the door does not include tax. So for all to know, at this particular dealership on earth, out the door does not include sales taxes. Never dealing with this place again.

When I walked in Gilbert stopped watching the football game to help me out he was very patient, Alex was very helpful they got me a better rate then I got from my own bank. I love the new bike (it’s my first) I’ll definitely be back. I wanted to give them four stars because they wouldn’t come down on the MSRP but I can’t they are a five star location. I appreciate the help and time from Gilbert and Alex. when I picked up the bike it had a full tank of gas plus the model I wanted was still in the crate and they had it put together for me, it was ready the next afternoon before I got off work!!!
Dont waste your time going here unless you want to listen to a lot of bs and wait and wait and wait, well you got my point.Brand new bike cant be picked up because a battery needs to be charged for 2 hours.And then after almost 2 hours you receive the bike that only has a 1(one) mile on the odometer with so many scratches. They should be ashamed of such service

Went in to purchase a new 2020/2021 rzr 1000 2 seater. Last rzr I bought in Lake Havasu was a cash purchase same as this one will be. However I was told to leave if I didn’t wear a mask. $25,000 mistake. Guess it’s back to Havasu to update my toys... I’ll post pics of my new purchase

They have limited selection and they dont return calls. Most of their voice message boxes are full or nonexistent. Theyre ok but they do what theyre suppose to, get as much for their inventory. It is what it is. Generally, theyre friendly. Probably wont recommend or at least be careful and read everything before you sign. Remember, theyre trained to sell and get the most from buyer. Thats their job. As always, buyer beware!
I didnt end up buying from these guys just because the didnt have what I wanted and the manufacturer didnt let them know when they would receive it. Purchases during COVID have depleted many dealers inventory. I dealt with Andrew and he was a pleasure to deal with. My limited interactions with the other guys was also pleasant. Check out this place if youre in the market for a new UTV, quad or motorcycle or any gear.

There was an initial bit of confusion while discussing the bike I was looking at over text, and I was being impatient. Even so, Toby made sure to clear it up a ensured me that they wanted to help me out and earn my business.
This place is a total ripoff! We went in with cash in hand and they wanted to add another $1,500 in just fees not including taxes yet. The customer service is also horrible we walked around for about 5 mins before being helped. The store was not busy at all to have waited so long. Would not recommend to one here at all!
