I bought this beautiful 2017 Chieftain Darkhorse on Tuesday, and my first ride was 1900 miles home to Indianapolis which took 2.5 days. It means a lot to me that the bike was owned by a member of the Air Force. Thank you for your service. Your bike will see another great 50k miles. I was in awe of the fighter jets I saw flying over Las Vegas as I rode east out of town on the Chieftain. Thank God for the US Air Force. You have protected my Marine and Army friends.Although the Chieftain maxed out at 110 mph, It felt and sounded awesome. The previous owner added some awesome upgrades, especially the LED lights with extra cornering illumination. I hope you love your new Challenger!The guys (and Leona) at Sin City were awesome. They added Trask bars, rear crash guards, and highway pegs. They helped set up my phone Bluetooth. They added a chrome luggage rack at the last minute and shipped the passenger seat to me in Indiana. It could not have been a nicer experience. They also gave me a fair price on what was best Chieftain advertised on CycleTrader.I love the bike. Great dealership. I met Jason in March to test ride a Challenger and he was super informative, honest and helpful. Though we didn’t close a deal, I was able to assume someone else’s financing on a Challenger out of state a few months later.I recently ran over my key-fob during a road trip, called and Drew said come on by! He had me setup in no time!! He plugged his laptop in and had it programmed so fast! I’ve also called for parts here and there and he is always very helpful! Attended a Demo Days test ride event. It was a good time. A reasonably longish ride, although it was just on the 215 🤷‍♂️.Too bad I didnt click with the bike I was riding.Oh well 🤷‍♂️. Next time maybe .Everyone was friendly and the selection of bikes was great. Ducati is right next door.

Great buying experience. Night and day experience vs buying my last bike out in South Carolina. The team was very attentive and willing to work with me on the purchase a used bike that had just come in. I was able to do the initial discussion online and put down a deposit to hold the bike and then a few days later was able to finish up and sign the paperwork without any hassle. The whole team was rock solid and super friendly.

Im Indian dreaming yall... specifically Indian Darkhorse dreaming, scheming, and saving my extra dimes and nickles. And while Im saving up, I occasionally visit the showroom here to see these exceptionally beautiful bikes on display. Today a dude named Jason with a killer Red beard was there to answer all my questions about power displacement, accessories, etc. even though I explained I wasnt quite ready to buy. I know I dont have to explain that that kind of service is not the rule; that its more indicative of the exceptional. I highly recommend visiting this place before you buy anything and while there, find Jason/Red for some honest answers about these bikes or about bikes in general. If your choice comes down to service, professionalism, and knowledge, hell be your guy, Sin City will be your place, and Indian will be your bike!

Visited this place on a trip to Vegas. No one greeted us as we walked in even though we were the only customers and there were like 6 employees. Once someone helped us, they were very knowledgeable and nice. Easy to find. Kinda a small store. I was surprised at their lack of Sin City shirts though.

I am highly disappointed, I was expecting a better service. At first it was all okay but when we sat down to run numbers they completely blew us off with their offer. Having a “beg us to sale attitude” completely ruined the experience. I was exited and willing to work with them but their demeanor was discouraging. I can’t say it’s the same for everybody but I have no idea how they sell bikes like that. It sucks to say this but you gotta go where you are treated better.

From the beginning, Tom and Erik proved themselves to be great sales staff, as they answered any questions we had knowledgeably and truthfully. We loved the no pressure environment that the dealership provided.The general manager, Steve, really drove our experience home during our talks while explaining the numbers we were seeing. We really appreciated that Steve did everything he said he would do, while going out of his way to ensure that we were comfortable moving forward, which is so rare in our experience with other dealerships in the area.This was an almost entirely different experience than any other Ridenow dealership we had visited, as far as actually being able to take test rides and open lines of communication and wed love to see Steves approach transfer over to other dealerships in the area.Thanks to the whole team (sales, maintenance, parts & service, you all rock) for making a big purchase for us as good of an experience as we could have asked for.

I went into the store to purchase a new motorcycle I had been researching and could not get anyone to acknowledge my presence. Luckily their lack of service pushed me over to Harley Davidson where I found a great bike and excellent customer service. Indian has some great bikes; too bad their staff are so poor.

Steve the GM was just as helpful, fully explaining every cost associated with the purchase and providing me a full breakdown of everything, no games, no hassles. What a great group of guys here. Tim helped get me in the door and then passed me off to Jason. Jason was super friendly and did everything he could to help get me on the bike I wanted. Late February, a female friend had been looking for w new bike. She wanted something with a bit more power than her 750. I saw the Vic Vegas on their site and we made an appointment to go see it. Erik was awesome, and I knew she was buying the bike the moment she got off. The grin. The giggle. She was afraid shed get ripped off, being an older woman. So I haggled on her behalf. I feel we got the deal that she wanted and I believe it was a good deal for both. With a bike that is literally more than twice as powerful (Vics 106ci /1731cc) than her last bike, I have a hard time keeping up. Great experience. Staff is helpful and knowledgeable and doesnt pressure you.

He left me a very professional and friendly voice message. I simply had to call him back and set-up a meeting for the next day.Upon arriving at Sin City Indian Motorcycle, I felt right at home. Jason was like a friend that I had known for a long time. He explained the the new Indian Chief line up would not be available for a couple months, as he had noted in his voice mail to me. However, he did invite me to demo the Chief at an upcoming Demo Day at Sin City.We got to talking and I saw a new 2020 Chieftain Dark Horse that had caught my eyes. It was very similar to a new HD Sport Glide that I was seriously considering to replace my HD Heritage 114. Originally, I was contemplating on replacing my HD Sportster 48 with the new upcoming Chief Bobber.Well, Jason offered me a demo ride on the Chieftain DH. Needless to say, I fell in love with the Chieftain Dark Horse. Personally, the Chieftain DH surpassed all of my expectations, as compared to the HD Sport Glide. One ride was all it took. Long story short . . . Sin City offered me a fair trade in for my HD Heritage 114 and an excellent price on the new Chieftain DH. I rode home on the Chieftain DH.Within the first week, I scheduled a 500 mile break-in service with Drew Jensen. Drew is another great person to work with. Purchased a Triumph from their used lot. These guys were amazing through the whole process. Cody came out and was able to help me figure out which bikes to test ride first, there was no pressure to make a sale, I felt like I just rolled up to go on a short ride with friends. I was encouraged to go home and make sure the purchase was what I wanted and they held two bikes for me for a week so I could be sure and not have to worry about someone else buying them out from under me. When I finally made the purchase they worked with my unusual hours and even while waiting Steve, Cody, and Xavier were all about the expirience, I didnt really feel like a customer but more like a friend hanging out talking before heading out for the day. Dudes just love riding and everything that comes with it and want to see others feel the same way.

Just picked up my New Indian Challenger after it’s initial 500 mile service (I was at 770). I also had ordered the GPS when I bought the bike and was having that installed too. Drew was instrumental in installing and setting up my GPS. Since this bike is so new, I know they haven’t done very many. And apparently the download took over 5 hours. Drew was in constant communication with me during the process and stayed late to complete it. I appreciate the time and effort that they go to to make sure I’m happy with my new bike. Which I totally am!

I wish I could give 6 stars. I purchased a 2018 Indian Springfield. Scott (the general manager) and Eric (the sales rep) are both exceptional customer service providers. I arrive from the airport to the dealership and had the door held open for me. My plan was to ride the bike from Vegas to Reno the next day and the first thing Eric asked me if I needed any gear for the ride. During the walk around the bike, I was shown many features that I had not known about and wouldnt have for a while if he hadnt told me. The paperwork process was a breeze (due to Scott being proactive) and I had all of my questions answered. This buying experience has been my best one so far (this is my fourth bike purchase). I felt very comfortable and welcomed while in the store and I can tell that the people who work here care about their profession. I hope I can find a reason to come back, maybe for a Ducati.

My brother and his wife were in town for Christmas and wanted to see this shop. He loved it. And I did too. Ive been saving for a Harley. But after that visit I might go with Indian. Well see. Beautiful bikes and great service. Im looking forward to going back.

This is by far the best experience Ive had with a RideNow location. They bent over backwards to try to help me out. In the end, we werent able to make something work but that was not their fault at all. I think an Indian motorcycle is just out of my price range even though they are worth every penny. I will be talking this place up however. It is the best experience at a motorcycle dealer Ive had in Las Vegas. Im going to save up a bit more for a bike from this place and Ill be back. Prices are good for an Indian but I think my eyes were bigger than my budget at the moment.

I live in Austin and needed a part for my Ducati Diavel. I called Sin City as I heard they had the part. Xavier helped me and went so far as to actually go in the back and put his hands on the part. He then shipped it to me without fees. He was awesome! I will be ordering more parts and accessories from him in the future!

Rode from Salt Lake City to Sin City Indian Motorcycle in Las Vegas to have my 2019 Chieftain Dark Horse worked on. Sin City installed the Stage 2 Cams, high risers and it’s first service. Everyone was very welcoming, knowledgeable and helpful with hospitality!! Just like Sturgis Indian Motorcycle. Drew took care of us and was willing to go the extra mile. My husband and I were very disappointed in our experience at this Indian dealership. We have visited dozens of Indian dealership across this country, have never had such terrible service. We visited on two occasions in past month and no one acknowledged us??? I have been in retail for 35 years. If I had treated my customers like this, I wouldn’t have had any sales. For being in Las Vegas we expected a better selection/quality of their logo shirts. Management better step up to the plate!

I go into the shop today and I get a pleasant surprise and see that Drew Jensen is back. That is great news! Drew brings great service where ever he works. I always get top notch service from this shop. I bought my bike at the shop on Boulder Hwy, but when they opened this shop, I travel the extra distance for that service. This is a review for the service department. I live in Las Vegas but purchased a 2020 Indian Scout from a dealership in Arizona. Ive had nothing but good experiences when bringing my bike to the Sin City shop for servicing. Their communication and work is great. Lastly, Jesus and Marilyn Monroe had a baby and his name is Drew Jensen.

Used to be awesome but now it’s not. Went recently for a minor issue. No one even said hi to me when I walked in. The sales guy outside was nice but after that it was a downhill experience.Call me crazy but if you walk into a motorcycle store that sells super pricey bikes you would think service might be a priority. It is not.All it would have taken to make me happy would be to acknowledge my existence without making me have to “interrupt” the people at the counter. I’m from PA but always try to visit the local Indian Dealership when I travel. The people here are very welcoming and do not pressure you to buy. Thom, one of the sales professionals, was very helpful in recommending add- on’s and upgrades to me for my 2014 Chief Vintage back in PA. Also was able to chat with some local riders while admiring their bikes. If you are looking to buy a bike in Las Vegas, consider buying an Indian... you wont be disappointed. Thom knows his stuff and will take care of you.

I understand and respect why it was being held, but cannot fathom why I was completely ignored. I had no less than 3 employees walk past me, and never uttered a single thing.If I find some free time, Ill come back by. Its not a short commute for me.

I just purchased a 2017 Victory Gunner from Sin City Indian Motorcycle and I have to say that the entire team here is absolutely amazing. From working with me on getting a demo ride in with Thom and getting me squared away with financing to even some last minute maintenance on the bike. These guys were great. I am from California was in town on business for two weeks and decided to satisfy my itch to get the Victory Gunner from the moment that I mentioned I was from Ca they were completely transparent with me about the weird laws with bringing bikes from other states to CA and Steve went out of his way to search for CA bikes that were available in the parameters that I was searching. I didn’t have much time and had to leave to Steve was available by text message the entire time I had questions. Had financing and everything set up before I came back to pick up the bike, these guys take pride in what they do. Thom and Dan shined the bike and make it absolutely spotless and had it ready to go by the time that I was done filling out paperwork. They made themselves available to me for any questions I had on maintenance and gave me a complete walk through on the perks of the bike as well as the controls. I took the bike back to my hotel as I was still in town for a few more days and had a small mishap being run off the freeway. Brought the bike back and Dan hooked me up with anything and everything I needed I could really tell that he and all the other guys cared about me getting back on the road safe. To top it all off the road on the way home for me was full of snow and they even set me up with a transportation company that they trusted to make sure my bike got back home safe. Overall this experience has been an absolute great one. I wish I lived closer because I would come back here for anything and everything that my bike needs. I have never been a fan of the dealership experience but Steve and his staff have absolutely changed that.

Rode my bike in from Atlanta and needed service as it was due on my Indian. Immediately I met Thom Jones and Dan Wilkinson. These guys are awesome. I was interested in some upgrades and they hooked me up real good. Ill be flying back to Vegas in the next week to pickup the bike and Im really excited to see how it all looks. These guys really care about what they do and it shows.

We visited Sin City Indian Motorcycle today, and received some of the best service I have had in Vegas since moving here. We really were “just looking” because we love motorcycles in general and everyone was so nice and helpful! Definitely a store to come back to! I highly recommend their store!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Came in just to browse and I let Thom Jones the salesman know as I didn’t want to waste his time. He let me know to take as much time as I wanted. He showed me things about the motorcycles that I didn’t know despite having done extensive amounts of research. I interacted with a few of the other employees and everyone made me feel very welcome. I will definitely me coming back when I’m ready to buy.

My wife gave me a great birthday gift. A 2018 Chieftain Dark Horse. What really made it a great experience was the staff at Sin City. Im a lifelong saleman, so I know pros when I see them. Attentive, informative, and zero pressure. Eric, Tom and Steve are the best! Id send my best friend to see these guys! Great Job!!!

I came in looking at a motorcycle. I came to an agreement on the motorcycle with my sales associate and the General manager. I told them I was going to buy it and scheduled a time to pick it up and they sold it from underneath me. I will never buy from this company.

My wife and I have both bought bikes from them and the service has been fantastic. The sales team if very relaxed in giving you space and very knowledgeable when it comes to their new and even used bikes. Steve the GM at the store has always made every transaction very easy and painless which is all anyone could ever ask for. The parts manager Dan and the parts representative James always know what the latest parts are and have the best prices Ive seen which even rival online stores. Bottom line is they have earned my loyalty and love what they offer in customer service.

I was on a road trip with my 2017 Indian, called the service department to have it checked out. They were able to get me in, diagnose, fix and get me on my way. Great bunch of guys and Thom gave me some great ideas to add to my bike for comfort. Thanks

If you need any bike this is the place to go. I was looking thru bikes to see what new bike might peak my interest when I saw a beautiful Indian bike on RideNow Vegas website. I put in a quote request and was contacted shortly after to come down and look at the bike. Thanks to Erik, Sven, and their GM Steve I drove off with that bike after trading mine in. They gave me way more than expected for my trade and worked with me to get on that bike for a price I could afford. I am now the proud owner of an Indian Scout Sixty with many uogrqdes thanks to these guys hard work. I’d definitely recommend and purchase bikes from here for years to come!

First motorcycle buying experience here and the whole crew was great. Thom answered all of my questions and then gave extra information I didn’t think of asking about. Steve, the manager, made the whole purchasing aspect of getting a motorcycle easy. They definitely help you out where they can.

Big city inventory, stock and appeal HOMETOWN FEEL AND SERVICE!!!!! What an awesome experience I have had the past few weeks! It all started when my son and I went to pick up my Harley where Sin City had installed new tires. While walking around and admiring all of the awesome inventory we came across a 2016 Vintage, unpainted, that seemed to keep beckoning us to go back and admire it. I went home, told my wife about it who just laughed at me. Typical response when it comes to bikes. Anyways, a week later she and I are driving home from L.A. and she mentions stopping at Sin City to look at the bike. It was almost 10 minutes to 6:00 p.m., closing time but you would have thought it was the middle of the day the way Thom and Dan treated us and took the time to tell us all about the Vintage. That sold both of us. I went back that weekend, traded in my 2014 Dyna and bought the Vintage. Steve, Sherrise, Thom and Dan have all made my purchasing experience painless and have treated me as a friend, not a customer. Everyone in the store, including other customers will come over and chat as though we are all family and friends. I have never had a buying experience like this before. THANK YOU . . . While vacationing from Canada we stopped in to look around and but a tshirt. Thom and the crew were amazing, treating us like we were buying a bike. I stopped by the Sin City Indian dealership a couple of weeks ago while vacationing in Las Vegas from Maui. I was very impressed with their new shop. They really have a first class set up there. I was also very impressed and pleased with the customer service their sales staff provided. In particular Tom Jones provided me with friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable service. As a fellow Indian owner and enthusiast I enjoyed speaking with Tom about different models and the Indian/Polaris/Victory brands in general. Tom is a very cool and knowledgeable guy. I couldve hung out in their shop and talked story all afternoon, but we had to get back to the Vegas Strip to see a show. But that might have been for the better because if Id stayed any longer I might have broken down and bought another bike and then Id have to ship it to back to Hawaii! :-) Anyway, I just wanted to say MAHALO to Tom and all you at Sin City for your friendly Aloha spirit.
