I guess you dont find potential customers worth getting back to, spoke to Randi last week about a Ninja H2, gave me a rough price, asked him what they could do for a deal on the out the door price, he told me he would video chat me the next day to show me the showroom and what they have in stock, never happened, so I followed up the next day asking for an update and was told still waiting to hear back from the bank lol okay, so Monday (today) rolls around and still havent hear back from them regarding that bike or any bike for that matter, havent asked me for any information, no name, no credit check. Let me tell you this guys, credit is great, make plenty of money, serious buyer but Ill take my business elsewhere if you cant even do something simple like staying in touch with the customer. Lost my business and any future business I may have decided.

I just bought the used 2018 Ninja 400 you see pictured and the experience was the best I have ever had purchasing a vehicle, hands down. Was on W. Sahara Ave., it was a toasty afternoon and I was looking for an auto dealership that had relocated to another part of the city. Frustrated, I stopped in to cool down and regroup, drink some water and research the invisible place.The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Allowing me that time to relax. In fact, the woman who greeted me took the time to search for this dealership on her own. Very nice of her to do that. Major Power Sports is a Smaller dealership specializing in used machines. Mostly the Sport Bike versions. There were a few Cruiser style bikes available.And apparently they are an authorized dealer for theZero Electricmotorcycle brand 👍.The facility is Super clean and well equipped with a full repair shop and parts department👍.If you are shopping for a motorbike, I definitely would recommend you check out the selection before you see a new machine dealer. I called and walked into every motorcycle dealership in Las Vegas area that sells sports bikes.If you arent looking for a Harley please for the love of yourself save yourself the time and just shop here.I was treated with respect. Great experience buying my Harley Heritage Softail from these guys. They took great care of me from start to finish. Roy was great to work with on the sale and just a great guy in general. Mike in service took good care of me and helped me with a few issues after the sale and everyone else I encountered there was super friendly and helpful. If youre in the market for a used bike, this is the place to shop. They dont drop you after the sale is complete, the great service continues on.

Worked 60 hours during the week ending on a Friday. Had to wake early and load up my sons race bike, and all the gear. . . I ran short on time and was unable to install the new tires and tubes for the race. On our way from Phoenix Az., we googled shops open on Saturday along our route and settled on Major Power Sports. We could not locate a dedicated motocross shop anywhere, so I was a bit apprehensive about putting trust in a shop that seemed to service mainly road machines. I was very well cared for in the service department, and equally pleased with the level of service both mechanically and personally. I must say to the owner.. after visiting several other shops in several other states that you sir or madame have a very efficient helpful service team. My tires were changed in just under an hour from drop off and NO pinch flats! Thank you!

They have horrible customer service. They lie about financing etc to upsale and they tried running my credit again without my permission to get a different credit bureau score thank goodness my credit was locked

The mechanic was very thorough on how to maintain the bike. The whole crew was like a family: but what I like most is your money goes to the bike and not to fees, after you pay for the bike like the other dealerships I visited in Las Vegas. Awesome place to buy a motorcycle. Ive been a biker since my first little YZ80, 30 years ago! Ive done business with shops/dealers in Arizona, California, and Nevada. Ive been through it all, I know all the tricks and hidden charges. Majors has an old school mom and pop vibe that I trust. Pinky is an honest, no pressure salesperson that I connect well with - and there are very few bike shops in the southwest Id give these compliments to. I can smell big corporate attitudes and greasy sales pitches a mile away, and it always makes me turn right back out the door. I hate being talked to like Im a noob, or sales people trying to strong-arm me before Im ready to commit. Im the kind of guy, show me what you have and what the deal is, Ill research the hell out of it online, read every review on the bike and your shop, and if I decide its right Ill come back... and thats why I just bought a Triumph Rocket III from Major Powersports!

Ive had a chance to deal with this shop several times now, mostly for new tires and maintenance. The technicians are great. I know they have some really good ones. The service manager, Mike always finds a way to get me in on a timely manner and he is very good about communication. Recently I made a purchase of a new bike from Major Powersports. There was a problem with the chain and Mike arranged a pick up from my home. A better quality replacement chain was installed for free and I left there very happy about the purchase and the service. Keep up with the good work, and thanks for caring about the customers!

I am from the Dallas area, have been in Vegas for quite a while and after going to Carter, Ridenow, and Major Powersports I will always purchase motorcycles from Major Power due to the fact that Joe was such a great salesman, was not hard selling me, or pressuring me to make a purchase, I bought this bike about 3 weeks ago and it is something I have been looking for for a long time. Joe was knowledgeable, attentive, understanding, and follows up regularly. Jelena was also great when helping me out with paperwork, patient, attentive, and always willing to answer questions. and they truly are the lowest prices in town. My out the door price for this bike was well below market value as well as the fact that it has been running like a champ since I bought it out right. I was recommended to Major Powersports by a few people in the Vegas riding community and to specifically ask for Roy. I went in without any expectations other than to look at buying a new bike since I have an older Cbr600 and was ready for an upgrade. It was the smoothest process from looking, to financing, to having all my questions asked quickly. Not once did Roy push me into buying any bike I didnt seem fitting and was up front and truthful from the get go! Went to their bike night event and had a great time! The were very responsible with the event making sure no one was drinking and riding so everyone would get home safe. Had great food and great music. All the employees are super chill and helpful. They have a lot of good prices on parts and bikes. I needed a new tire bad that night and they didn’t have one in stock so they let me keep my bike there and had my bike done for me the next morning shined up and cleaned it was great service! Mike and Anna helped me out a lot and where super friendly. Highly recommend this shop I’ll be going here for all my street bike and dirt bike needs from now on! Support your local small shop!!!

I had a friend tell me about this place and how good they are at finding better rates and finding a way to get you the vehicle that you actually want to get. The staff was very helpful, friendly, and encouraging. They also didnt just push things at you that you were not interested in. They had stayed late with me after closing, and also made time in their off day to get the bike to me. Will definitely be referring people here.

The woman who is in charge of financing is rude, and has no customer service skills. While I was waiting she spoke rudely to other employees, which I didn’t like at all. After the initial offer she came back with, I told her they wouldn’t be getting my business and that I didn’t want the bike. Two days later Major Powersports ran my credit again. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to patron this business. UNPROFESSIONAL!

Best experience I’ve had in town about purchasing my first motorcycle. They are all great people. I just got my motorcycle license and wasn’t comfortable riding home so Roy took my number down and called me when they closed so he can escort me home to make sure I made it home with my new bike. Had a really good experience with the entire staff. The were very fair and priced matched to save me money and also gave me some extras. Mike C. in service is easy to work with and knows what hes doing. Irish Mike is the best mechanic that Ive ever met, bar none! There is nothing he cant fix or maintain to the highest level of excellence. I bring all of my bikes to him for service. The sales floor also has a nice selection of new and used bikes.

DO NOT have your bike maintinenced here, even if its in your contract. Took my bike back to have the codes check and then after i got it back all my external bolts are magically falling off. Day 1 my mirror falls into my lap going 80 on the highway, day 2 - 4 my exhaust mount bolts start falling off now i only have 1 left on the upper pipe, day 5 no my license plate cover just magically falls off with guess what LOOSE BOLTS. Not to mention their maintinence guy Mike is a total douche.

The Owner is just really rude. Her name is Jelena. They issued the wrong title to two different people. So now two people have bikes with titles that dont have VINs that match their bikes. Well due to her incompetence and rudeness I will no longer be cooperating and she will have to explain to her other customer why she is unable to issue them a corrected Title and why she issued him a title with the wrong VIN to begin with. its fine with me he can just keep his mismatched Bike/Title forever. I tried to get this resolved but they have been playing games for 7 months, I have been calm, nice and patience for 7 months but I am over it. So good luck explaining it to your customer since my Title has HIS VIN on it.

I didnt even know of this place and was driving by and had a problem with a backrest and some stripped bolts. Went in and Brandon Nash said no problem let me talk to one of the techs to see if we can fix this. These guys were truly professional. My chain started making this gnarly crunching noise 2 days into my road trip. Mike and crew ordered and fixed my ride faster than promised and did so at a reasonable rate.Ill be heading back next summer to test ride one of those electric Zero motorcycles- silent torque, sounds intriguing!

I bought my yamaha from here over 2 years ago. They were patient with me and were very helpful (since getting financed was a process on my part). Mike is the only person who I trust with my bike. He has fixed my mistakes as well as the mistakes of the multiple shops I went to in denver during my 1 year there. Anytime I bring my bike for something specific, he looks over the whole bike and gives me an idea of the next things I should take care of. He never pushes to make an extra buck and genuinely cares about good customer service. I love this tiny family owned shop and cant imagine taking my bike anywhere else.

Great place to get a bike. I just bought a Hyosung a few days back and loved the customer service, Dalton was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The whole staff is just awesome.I also really liked that they had the regular sport bikes that every one is looking for but they also have up and coming brands that other dealers dont have. Brands that are actually really good and been around for a while but are just recently making it here to the U.S.And I just have to mention again the excellent customer service because that is so, so, so rare to find here Vegas.They also really work with you as far as financing and all that stuff.Thanks again Dalton for helping me out so much so that I could get my new bike :)

I purchased a Benelli 135 from a Private Party. The bike was originally sold from this location. When I purchased the bike and was waiting for title to get mailed in. I checked the VIN and his Registration and everything matched. We signed a bill of sale. A couple weeks later he brings me the title.So what’s that have to do with Major Powersports?Well they apparently sent the wrong Manufacturer Certificate of Origin to the DMV. So the guy who sold it to me gave me the title but it’s got the wrong VIN on it. I’ve been trying to get this resolved since December and I’ve received zero actual updates on the status of where were at or what our ETA is. Meanwhile I have a Title in my name with the VIN belonging to someone else’s bike. I’m not sure if this other person is wondering why he can’t title his bike or what. Mistakes happen that’s not a problem but I don’t think a little communication is that much to ask for. I called and left a message asking to speak with the Owner and never got a call back. I get it, I bought the bike private party but in the meantime they also have another affected customer who is likely having issues titling his/her bike. The reason I know that is because when I went to title mine they said another title with that VIN had been issued and I had to jump through hoops to get the title, it was only after I realized that the VIN was wrong. When I called Major Powersports they did some research and confirmed they saw the error.I’ve been trying to get this resolved since December 10th 2019 and it’s now February 27th 2020 and I don’t even have so much as a whisper of what’s being done to correct this.
