I went into check city on Sahara and Jones check from selling a car and the representative JOY actually stood up to her name!!! ☺️ Very bubbly and happy personality great representative to have at the counter.

Andrew, Vanessa and Natasha were very helpful. I received a check from my work and BofA wanted to make me wait 5 business days, that couldnt happen. I also set up a netspend account so I dont have to worry about a bank holding my check again... very pleased with this place :)

I went to the Saraha & Jones Check City location on Monday and with the help of Andrew I got a $1,000 dollar advance loan the next day! Amazing customer service will be back for sure next tax season!

Evian was very helpful and nice. Went in to get two money orders. Ended up filling the money orders out wrong and thought the worst. Thankfully Evian was able to reprint them for us and void the messed up ones. Will definitely return for future needs regarding money orders.

I am truly happy with the customer service these staff members have when I come in. Bill assisted me today and he was so amazing, he answered all of my questions and he helped me out with a smile with everything. They have a new member named deja and she looks like she is also amazing.

Horrible staff. Just witnessed Deija harass a disabled person who had an ADA animal. The employee violates ADA laws and started demanding documentation for the service animal (not allowed by federal or state law) and she said she doesn’t care about the law, that check city policy goes above federal and state laws. Will be contacting the ADA and reporting this violation. I am also an ADA animal owner and found this appalling. When I requested corporate phone number she gave me a dental companies phone number to avoid being reported.

I love the manager Evian she is great and Maria is a super sweetheart and the workers are amazing here!!! They treat you well. The visit is fast and great 5 stars 🌟 🌟 🌟🌟🌟 from me!!!!!!

Acceptable service, fill out the transactions form, get your cash and go on with you life! If theres no line; but if there is you will likely spend sometime looking at your phone, maybe finding this on the map, and leaving a nasty comment about 10 min of your life taken away from you watching Check Citys dumb tv commercials :)
