I have ordered from here around a dozen times. I always use ACH so it takes around a week for payment to clear and a few days later to get the package which you need to sign for due to insurance, but its well worth the wait to get the kind of deals they offer. Genuine merchandise at fair prices with knowledgeable customer service.

Not trustworthy company. Do not stand behind products they are selling. Sent me scratched up coin and advertised it as BU. After went through more than half a dozen reps, one of them said it was the condition received from mint and blamed minting company who didnt handle it correctly. Offered to buy it back at spot. How could you buy back when we havent finish a transaction? Crooked dealer, dont deal with them.

I have placed 2 orders here and haven’t had a terrible experience but I just found a better place to shop for bullion online. My first order was fine, but the second order was shipped to the wrong address and returned, they expected me to pay for the return shipping as well as the cost of the reshipping to actually get my order to me, it was not my fault the order went to the wrong place and I paid for the upgraded insured shipping too. I ended up taking a refund more than a month after I ordered. Just kind of annoying and I’d rather just have the consistency I’ve received elsewhere.

So far not impressed. Ordered on a thursday. Called on friday to ask when they will be shipping.Lady on the phone wasnt to friendly.I was told i just ordered yesterday and it (thursday)And it wont ship till monday....So far Apmex is far better ordered from them and was shipped on the same day.Silver Gold bull needs 5 days to send out a small order.And not pleased with the operator who my wife heard and said wow she sounds unfriendly.My money can be spent at one of the many many other dealers.Ill redo this review if things go faster but it doesnt seem likely.
