For a pawn shop they merchandise is over priced. Some of these places be reaching for new merchandise dollars

Horrible service. Managers don’t try and help at all. Just purchased two items and didn’t keep with update on status. (Guns)I called every week to get an update. One month later I show up to the store only to find out I was never even put on list due to error, which I could have been told on the first week. Won’t do business with them again. Very disappointedJust interested in selling, rather than customer satisfaction.Oh, and try to get your money back! Good luck.I’ll try calling corporate to get better help.

I purchased a TV for $300 made payments for a few months found out that the TV resets itself and sometimes cannot set it back to normal functions. Dont buy anything worth hundreds of dollars in these pawn shops because you never know if they wont work and they wont return your money or give you credit for something else. It would be a waste of your time and money.

Selfish employees The reason businesses have an opening time and a closing time is for a reason I tried opening the door TEN minutes before they close and it was locked. I have given plenty of good business to this shop but for them to just watch me at the door instead of talking to me was just rude. The employees are rude half the time anyway. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME COMING HERE SPARE YOURSELF belittlement.

Miguel at the counter just helped me from this store. Very polite. Professional. He helped me with my purchase to the car because I injured my back. The price was right and although most people dont like pawn shops, I usually do all my shopping at this company. They have never let me down and this is just another example of that.

Called and someone answered and hung up. Do yourself a favor and do business with people that appreciate your hard earned money.

Tried to lowball my merchandise. So I went to another location that gave me exactly what I needed.

Went in to pawn a couple of laptops and a wireless guitar system. I believe the gentleman who helped me is named Alex. He was very prompt and courteous with all of my questions and fair on pricing. Even after the transaction was completed and after several hours after me leaving, I changed my mind on the wireless guitar system and wanted it back. I called, spoke to Alex to see if I could just come give the money back and get the unit. He put me on a brief hold while he asked his manager if they could just void the transaction. They agreed and I came back several hours later. Couldnt be happier with their service.

On July 1st 7pm my wife was being helped by Tray.He was very unprofessional and making smart and rude comments about another customer!Talking about the ladies body shape to his peers and his manager.Trays manager did absolutely nothing to stop his inappropriate behavior.

Very good prices and Mike was the best he has a very good customer service. I would definitely come back to this store.

Stopped by to get a charger for my phone but no luck. They have a bunch of over priced items, I mean come on?!? Why would I buy from them when I can buy a refurbished item off Amazon and be secure in the purchase for equal or less cost. And they suck cuz I was hoping to meet Chumlee. What’s a Vegas pawnshop with out him? lol

Hay Maria Maria if you want to meet Chumlee maybe you should go to the right pawn shop!! Las Vegas Pawn Stars on Las Vegas Blvd. Never had any problems with this Superpawn.

I love this location I pass 3 others just to come here Brandon is the best!!!! And Scott is adorable they are very helpful and understand that people have financial hardships, they treat you with compassion and respect.

David the manager is very unprofessional and rude hes lucky we wasnt on the streets i came into today he made a crowd and i wait over 30 min to enter at 12:30 when they open on sunday at 12, i asked why the eait and he rudly responds if we dont like the wait to go to ez pawn down the road and told us to not worry about the time they open as hes aware and told us all oh well and acted like he wanted to fight i wish he would have made a move and got whooped being threatening hes an a hole his own staff said the same and dont like him tell him to be nice and professional all he had to do was explain the store situation and accommodate the customer instead of being an a hole acting like he eants to fight when he stands no chance

Bought a tablet here once i get home to charge itIt has a passcode for use i call back to get info2 calls later they couldnt help so i had to come backTo exchange it then as i try to pick anotherThey all have problems1 doesnt workAnother keeps restingSo i just got my money backAnd as i leave they put the tablet i returned back on the self to waist someone elses timeNo quality control of merchandise
