I lije this family there are a lot things better that others family dollars.

I was greeted as I entered and when he said hello I ask him for something I was looking for and he took me and showed me where it was at and left to let me make my choice. He made conversation as I was getting in line he said he needed the product I was getting I said I cleaned out the shelf he laughed. I then got a 20 pack of AAA batteries for around $8 they are a better quality than the 20 pack at the $.99 only store that cost $1.99 and half the cost of Walmart or Smiths. In line he commentated on the weather (Hot Hot in Vegas) I am from San Diego. As I was walking out the door he said goodbye and he said he was off the next few days I told him to enjoy himself. I like days like that it was nice and uneventful getting everything I needed along with friendly people☺

Place is awful ! Super hot no air conditioning and it’s super hood! Unless you like to hear none stop cussing and vulgar language I’d advise to not go here.

Had a lovely time shopping, looking for birthday gifts and whatnot to throw a birthday party. All the employees were always just as pleasant as always. I enjoy going there its my favorite place to shop in my comfort zone. Even Noel, my service animal loves going, and everyone that works there loves her to death. Like me, they spoil her.if I come home with a Family Dollar bag and she didnt get to go she digs off of it till she finds something of hers.and the good Lord forgive me sometimes I forget but she lets me have a what for it when I dont have something for her when I come home.

In a world where a dollar in $2.99, it is nice to know that someone means what the say.One dollar is $1, and the variety is awesome. Before going to the Supermarket, make this store your first stop and you will go home with extra money. You can even throw a kids party, with activities, at such a low price, they will think your mother works their.

No complaints. Its OK. The young Hispanic lady who rang me up was very sweet and she automatically double bagged the groceries for me without having to ask her.. Cant say I enjoy any of the customers who frequent this place but that isnt the fault of family dollar so no demotion for that.

The staff, as always, is beyond amazing. Courteous, helpful in an above and beyond manner, and very efficient. We should always remember : the staff are also Frontline workers. We couldnt eat w/o them. Bless them.

The service is good. they are always out of a lot of stuff that you actually go to the store for. majority of the time. kinda irritating to say the least

Not good service at all! New female cashiers do not greet you and they just throw your receipt and change on the counter theyre just focusing on their conversation!

Basically what youd expect from retail a good attitude while checking your products out. I messed up my purchase and had her redo my entire cart but she was okay with it...I hope.

They have everything you can imagine for cheap and very open to people with masks on, very helpful for something you quickly need like trash bags they have them

They use to have shopping carts and shopping baskets, but the last 3 months Ive went shopping there they didnt have any. Its really difficult to try and carry everything and shop at the same time. I would of bought so much more today ifbi would of had a basket to shop with.

Very hot in the store as if there a.c doesnt work....I feel bad for the employees...but they had what I needed

Where do I start!! Theres so much. Angel, cashier needs training on how to treat customers, I had $50.00 of things in my cart that I literally left on the counter because I asked him to slow down, I had questions and he informed me he did not want lose customers taking to long for me. So he lost my sale! I go 5 to 7 times a week. No more! Plus a call to the corporate office.Dirty and unorganizedPoor customer serviceNever stockedAisles blocked with carts full of thingsthat need to be put on shelves. Could not even push my carts down 4 aisles today!Lines backed up, 10 to 12 people deep.Manager always out front smoking!April is WONDERFUL!!

Went there this morning for an manager hiring event from seeing a poster they had up for a couple of weeks indicating it was at this location(Charleston and 28th) from 9-11am. When I arrived, stone young guy insisted that it wasnt there but on Sahara somewhere but refused tio write it down as I requested but just blurted out the address instead. So leaving irritated, went home due to another scheduled business but did look it up online and saw that it was actually on Owens and lasting until 7pm, had I known, Ive could of rearranged my scheduling to attend this event. I question his credentials for his position. Ive obviously also missed a potentially good opportunity to work for your company. 3 stars only because I still enjoy shopping there.

Dont come here! All I did was ask if they had a certain facial soap and the next thing I know, they are accusing me of stealing. I feel like the staff is jaded and think everyone that has sweat pants on is crack head. Sorry for shopping in my gym clothes. I will never come here for skin care products again.

Good bargains sometimes. My only issue is when the checkout lines get a little backed up, and there is only one cashier. Then when you get to the register to pay, another cashier pops up out of nowhere to open up another register after waiting for a while. Oh, and the neighborhood shoplifters gotta be suckin them dry.

Why are you charging for plastic bags? Whenone has filled their backpack with about 4 of their bags of items; doing so saves using four bags. So why charge me o0. o2 $ for two bags for the items that cant fit in my backpack?

They do have bargains, conveniently located, friendly clerks,this is where I shop for the prices of necessities.

Never have what Im looking for, short staffed, girls never greet you and dont have manners. Bring your own bags they charge for bags now.

Family Dollar was getting ready for Christmas! They already had lots of Christmas decorations (surprisingly at a fairly decent price). I was a little disappointed at the toy selections price though.

Always just one cashier...Never fails. 10 minutes in line..Well, things are getting better. New management and L.P..

Customer service at this location sucks. The line is always long with only one register open. The young manager just stands there looking until the line gets shorter before opening the second register

Very Dirty for a new store and No employees to help you find anything. Also EVERY aisle had boxes upon boxes of unopened merchandise that prevented you from getting items off the shelves to purchase. I finally just walked out without buying anything, BUT there where quite a few people filling their backpacks with merchandise. Again, no employees to monitor shoplifting.

They seem to always have good stuff but reasonably priced.

I walked in on my phone calling my debit card cuz I didnt know if I was gonna pay cash or use my card and the employee immediately came up to me and asked if I needed help, as if i was gonna steal. I dont appreciate it, I work in a store to so I know he asked cuz he thought I was gonna steal or the other employee told him to watch me. Its really disrespectful so i left and went to another store, I wont be comimg back to this store!!!!!

I went to the store on Sunday march 1 . What can I say lets with a stocker must been in his 40 or so not once but 3 times he walked in to me not one time did he say sorry . Then the line 15 people in line one cashier a young guy rude to say the lease . I ask for a pack of caterers and because I had no I .D I could not get them . Over all treatment horrible well never go back.
