I was greeted by Nicole when I arrived and she was quick and pleasant. I love that. I then saw Dr. Frillarte again and she was amazing as always! Very thorough and helpful. I was then helped by Nick who took the time to help me find exactly what I wanted l, and it was not easy as I wanted a very specific frame and he found one! He was amazing! Thank you all for a great experience once again!

The doctor was very good and their establishment had a large inventory. There was a rude male office tech that aggressively told me to put my mask back up.( I had forgotten after trying on some glasses) I didn’t mind the request but the tone and body language was rude and unprofessional, especially considering he’s working in a customer service environment.

I’ve been coming Optic Gallery for years now and I recently took my son in to get an exam, everyone took care of us well during the visit. But, Nick took the time to show my son which glasses were the best option for him. He was very professional and patient. Thank you so much!

Great customer service. I took my daughter (6) for her first eye check up and the experience was great for her and myself. The staff and doctor were so patient and had excellent bedside manners and that reassured my little girl and made the whole process seamless. We could not find frames that we liked for her but it was still a great experience.

Optic Gallery has extremely kind, knowledgeable, and patient doctors and staff. I love that they take the time to answer all of your questions. Furthermore, I felt completely comfortable with the decision I made on my frames and lenses because the environment at Optic Gallery is so calm and relaxing. Also, I need to give a huge shout out to Nick for calling around and finding a closer company through my insurance, so I could get the best turn around time on my glasses being shipped. Because I drive an eighteen-wheeler, this is a huge deal, as I am usually out on the road for 4 to 6 weeks at a time. These people tried to charge me $50 out of pocket for an eye exam. I have Federal employee health benefits and never pay a dime. They should let people know ahead of time they will be scammed for this. Shouldnt waste peoples time.

Doctor was great very thorough. Staff could of been friendlier and more helpful in helping with finding a frame. I showed her my current frame and she could of pointed out similar ones but didn’t, she just left and when I said I hadn’t found anything I liked she said “maybe next time” instead of getting up and suggesting some frames. I finally did all the work my self and found a frame.

Dr Hartman is always top notch. Thorough, patient, and genuinely concerned for your well being. After a recent appointment, I had a question and called the office. Dr. Hartman promptly returned my call and called in a prescription to my local pharmacy within minutes. Many thanks.

Dr Hartman is wonderful. Hes so personable, yet professional and explains to my understanding. His staff (shout out to Madeline) are all great too, courteous and helpful. My husband and I have gone to Dr Hartman for quite a few years and would recommend the office highly.

Bought an expensive pair of glasses from here and the lenses immediately started popping out. I returned to the shop and they popped them back in. Then it happened again and again and again. They told me to buy a different pair next time and that there was nothing they could do. I was stuck with a lousy pair of glasses. I donated them to the lions. I wear dollar store readers instead. Wish I went to Costco like my wife. She has a problem and they replaced the glasses. What a difference. Buy carefully here. Once you pay—it’s your problem.

Professional and friendly staff. Dr. Hartman is an excellent care provider, which is why I chose him for my eye care. Great selection of eyewear in a nice office and location!

The doctor took his time and made sure my contacts for well. He spent a lot of time checking and double checking the fit and gave me a ton of options. Worth the $204. I went to Walmart a week ago, I ly paid $145 but the doctors there were horrible and uncaring. I would highly recommend Optic Gallery. Its more expensive but worth it in the exceptional level of care.

Came to Vegas 31 years ago. Had an excellent provider until he relocated to the opposite end of the Valley.Foundered with several providers until going to this Optic Gallery. Their professional expertise—both optometrists and techs—is excellent, and the welcoming attitude by all staff is outstanding. Both I and my husband highly recommend them.

Prompt and efficient staff.

The WORST place to get glasses in town; the place is completely disorganized and they have no interest in helping patients. First, I took my grandparents here to get glasses. When they came in completed from the lab 3 weeks later, they failed to tell me that the lab had scratched the lenses in my grandmother’s frames and they had to be made a second time. Because of this hidden detail, I picked them up, brought them to my 80 year old grandmother, only to have to bring her back to the office to get an accurate PD marking on the lenses because they chose to not tell me of their mistake up front. Now, the second time around the lenses are blurry. I got glasses at the same time, and I was highly dissatisfied with the quality of the frames once I physically wore them for a couple days. When I called about this, they refused to help me without redeeming the warranty on said frames to switch them. This was completely ridiculous considering I had the glasses in my possession for less than a week. When I expressed my dissatisfaction and asked why they would take from me when they aren’t loosing anything, Ilana told me I better be nicer. When I didn’t respond joyfully to this, she hung up on me. When I called back she told me to “go somewhere else then.” I guess I am out $100+, my frame and lens benefit for 2019, and now my grandmother still cannot see after they redeemed her lens benefit for the year. Shouldn’t be too difficult to find a more competent office with an intelligent staff.

Been here a few times for eye exams for myself and for one of our kids. Purchased my prescription glasses and sunglasses here too. Wonderful place. Everyone is friendly and accommodating. I never wait very long in the lobby for my appointment. Appointments run quickly and efficiently, and the providers are really good at explaining everything they are doing, why theyre doing it, and the results. I have not been back since the pandemic started, though Im due for a checkup and plan to go in again soon.

Wide variety of all types of styles, prices and brands, from inexpensive to name brand. Great customer service. Fast, friendly. They had my prescription filled same day in their Las Vegas lab!!! Top level doctors and excellent services from A to Z. HIGHLY RECOMMEND ALL LICATION SO FAR!!!

I scheduled my children and I to be seen for exams. It was our first visit and we seen Dr. Hartman. I am very pleased with our visit. He is very nice and explained everything too me. My kids also though he was awesome. He made them feel comfortable and that made me happy especially since my daughter and son were nervous before we got there. All of the assistants were very friendly.If your looking for a great optometrist I highly suggest Dr. Hartman. Optic Gallery is the best by far experience I have ever had in a visit to the eye doctor. My doctor, Todd Hartman is excellent and the staff is friendly and very professional. I have already recommended Optic Gallery to several of my co-workers and at least three that I know have visited and had their exams at one of the locations in Las Vegas

To who it may concern. I called this morning at 10:26am to make an appointment for Sat. 3/21 I was told there was nothing available even though your website stated you had availability. The person who answer the phone was not very customer service driven and simply told me it was not available when I told her about the website she said and I quote I dont know, Im telling you its not available Wow lady, Im just trying to let you know what your website states. My four girls, fiancé and I have been coming here for a few years now and I havent had a bad experience since three years ago, but I see now that we are back to the same nasty service I received back then. It is ashamed that you will loose 6 patience because of the lack of customer service skills in your staff. Thank you for your time.

I love this location the staff is amazing.

I scheduled on the same day (Saturday) while every other optic shop is unavailable. They accommodated me even near the closing hours. Dr. Hartman is a cool guy and made sure I got the right prescription. Joyce helped me choose the perfect shades from their wide selection. Btw they have a lot of Oakleys and Ray-bans for eyeglass snobs out there. My only gripe is that the lens prices are too high but probably all brick stores are same in that regard.

Dr. Radtke is great but dont buy your glasses here. They are terribly overpriced and I have been waiting 2 weeks without glasses. They tell me they should be in soon but dont know when.

I found Todd Hartman, O.D. of Optic Gallery Centennial (Ann/95) while searching for nearest glasses shop. I was given an appointment and was seen on time. I am presently testing a pair of contact lens, and have a prescription for new glasses. Also, I had the staff adjust my old frames, something the shop that sold them could not do correctly.

Customer service is worth the commendation. Efficient and expedient process makes a very pleasant customer experience.
