0 stars, this person does not take his job seriously, I had been waiting on or both my laptops to be fixed close to 3 months now. Would make excuses why He couldnt fix them. I trusted him with my laptops . He said he could find parts but I found parts easily myself . He arrives to work extremely late store opens at 10 he doesnt show up until 12 pm. I have seen customers line up outside calling him and he hangs up the phone. Please do not go to this guy. Horrible service.

This place didn’t just repair my phone but added a big problem. My phone keeps turning off every minute not exaggerating every minute. To add to this review the repair took 4 hours when it was supposed to be done in 2. Horrible place

He was super kind, charming and funny! A really good business man and everything was done in a timely manner. 30-40-45 mins. I was able to even get food and come back lol. My screen is now perfect.

Everything! The entire staff! Safety measures, especially during Covid-19! All of the comps and ammenities. The convenience of a bowling alley and movie theaters right here. The rooms are spotless and nicely layed out and decorated. The atrium and waterfalls are soothing. Cannot give Sams Town enough praise!

Do NOT use this business. I called and was told it would be $100 for an iPhone XR repair. When I went in the lady told me it would be $150. I called the number and was quoted the same $100 and told them the discrepancy so they fixed it. It must have upset the lady from the shop because they did a horrible lazy job with my repair. My phone screen cracked and the LCD broke the next day after a 6 inch drop to the carpeted floor while connected to a charger. It barely hit and my screen protector was unpaused. They use cheap parts and do terrible quality labor. Do not waste your money. Just spend the extra little bit to not have to get your phone repaired again!!

Ive got to say. This place is a little hidden, but the prices and service from Erick are great.. Very good customer service and reliable technician. Second time coming here due to my phone breaking again (Motorola z play) its special order part, and Erick was nice enough to provide me with a loaner phone until my device is fixed. This time my phone (iPhone 6 plus) had a severe problem known as “touch disease”I had already gotten a diagnosis and quote from different place but didn’t trust them.. when I brought it to Erick here at the Charleston store, he confirm the problem and offered me a better pricing for repair not to mentioned the fastest turn around time. It was done and ready in 48hrs.!Now my phone is completely fixed and working like new.!This is the place to come and get your phone,tablet,computer repair for anybody out there looking for a good reliable spot.

Came in last Thursday to fix my cracked screen paid $97 dollars and not even a week later my screen cracked a tiny bit ... did not drop phone at all because I have like two small scratches they said the warranty is cancelled. He said they put the plastic so it doesn’t scratch I kept plastic on until yesterday because it was no longer sticking to my phone and kept coming off !! All they could offer was a discount to get my screen replaced .. I’m honestly so upset and i feel like they just made something up to deny it I also drove here and no one was there even tho I told the guy I would be there at 5 when I got off work sign said be back in 1 your but no time stamp.. called left a voicemail then got a text to come back when I live 40 minutes away I even took the time to drive back just a waste of time and now my phone cracked & I’m sad :( not happy

Looked on Google reviews prior to service decided to take a chance my iPhone 8 S screen was cracked typically so I was given a reasonable price of $80 to replace the screen they replace the screen and also gave me a free screen protector to help me prevent issues like this happening forward honest trustworthy and reputable

Using this location/company to repair my wireless device has been an inconvenient nightmare, to say the least! Per my original receipt I dropped my item off on 02.06.19 and was given a 2-3 day turn around time. Today, 03.01.19, I finally received AN item back, although it is NOT the item that I dropped off. Yes, after more than 3 weeks and over 6 trips to this location my original item was lost and had to be replaced with another item. Although, I am glad to at least have something rather than nothing at this point, over the past 3 weeks working with Eric at this location has been an unprofessional mess. Not only was my item lost, I was given the run around for 3 weeks in addition to apology after apology. I then had to repeatedly return to the physical store because my calls and voicemails went unreturned. Now I am literally just leaving the store after waiting on Eric to return with my replacement item (a different item than what was promised) after I was told it would be ready for me at 5pm today (Ive spoken with him twice today as well to confirm this pick up time)....it is now 7pm. If you decide to leave any item in the hands of this company, especially this location and its employees, beware that not only may your time be wasted but you may also receive the lowest quality of customer service and professionalism. Never again!

The lady and the man at the Charleston branch is nice, BUT when it comes to repair... I spend 153$ for nothing. Tech guy told me to pay 100$ for OS install so I did but still has the same problem. So i bring it back, THIS TIME they said that my computer has unrepairable mobo. Then I paid 53$ because Im a goddamn stupid as you can tell. Bring it home and still got the same problem. Now tech guy says that it is about MY WALL SOCKET that is causing a problem, but the local electrician told me it has normal electricity flow. So i bought an UPS with AVR feature because I trust the tech guy that my computer is fine but the wall socket.... but still shuts down. Then I give up and I end up broke ..and frustrated.

I got my iphone fixed within mins. & got a sweet offer with my screen repair & I definitely have to say I’ll be back in to see Eric again for a repair.
