So I went to purchase a phone at phone world on Sahara and Decatur and I had a very nice time with roya in the store she helped me and she was very professional and time manly and I am going to currently use this service and got free phone cases

I used to live down the street from this PhoneWorld location and my roommate was good friends with one of the store owners. Bashir I believe his name was, great guy that gave great service and recommendations when it came to tech/phone related issues. Hope to stop by and picked through their inventory again soon!

Purchased 11pro max under the impression it was brand new with two-year AppleCare. After the first day I was having phone issues with the internet connection called store And one of the representative advise me to do a update. Phone only was fixed temporarily every other time I wanted to use the Internet or browser I would have to do a network reset I called again explain my issues no one ever called me back (3 time calling). Called Apple care to find out I have a used phone for $1100 no AppleCare spoke to the owner that did not sell me the phone that did not make the agreement with me and told me there’s nothing he can do.Very dissatisfied customer will never come back don’t recommend I wish I can give a zero star.These people are scammers and liars BEWARE!

Bought a new Pixel4 XL from them yesterday. It started to have issues the more I used it. So I went back in the next day, told him what something was wrong with the phone.
