I really enjoyed the test drive and am extremely wowed by their products. The process was really simple to set an appointment online and schedule a time to drive. The staff on hand was knowledgeable not only about their product but how it compared to a regular gas powered vehicle and the differences to expect. Thank you again for the opportunity to learn about your product and I look forward to being a proud owner soon.
Tesla LV (Sahara location) is great. Knowledgeable, helpful, and yes busy….so be patient when it is. I ordered my S and can’t wait to pick it up. I’m familiar with Tesla because many of my friends have been driving them for the past few years. All excellent reports from them. I just wish I’d gotten one long ago. Some of the neg comments may be justified but comparing a German car to Tesla is water and oil… literally. No comparison. Tesla is eons ahead of all of the car companies. Believe me it’s all about the product and especially Tesla’s mindset on innovation. Progressive, clean, fresh, and exactly what the world needs. Whether you like Elon or not he made the almost impossible happen and changed the world as we know it.
They’re always backed up with work — Tesla needs to add another service center to the Vegas area. But I have to give a shout to Michelle, she’s a pleasure to work with! Extremely friendly and understanding.
Brand new Model Y on Delivery Day broke down 10 feet out of the parking lot! It had 3 miles on the Odometer when I received it, and now I have to drive a loner car until it gets fixed!!! I live 2 hours from the nearest service center, I have to schedule off work to just pick up the car when it is hopefully fixed. Tesla really needs better quality control out of the factory!Update: 2-17-2021Service team earned a couple of extra stars by getting my car completely set and helping make up for the delivery day mistakes by being courteous, polite, and efficient about the work needed.
Why have a phone if if you arent going to answer when people call? Why even bother giving cell numbers to text if you never get a response? You guys can do better.
This was awesome! The whole experience was fast and we had someone with us every step of the way. I really have to give a shout out to Marques! He stepped right up to help us. We got everything filled out quick. And when we ran into a problem with the bank he actually drove us over to it and waited while we got things squared away. He was so patient and friendly and really made the whole experience that much better! Tesla is fantastic! (He also took our fabulous picture in front of our new car!)
I made several test drive appointments, but they did not accept my appointment quickly. It took about a week before they responded to which one I wanted to test drive. After I replied, they waited for another four days before they replied to me, but they Did not arrange for me to test drive.
We were treated with such disrespect, I dont know if it was our Gray hair or what, never helped and I went in ready to pay cash! I guess that we should have been a young cute girl, they jumped in to help her as we walked out. Would rather buy a Hyundai than ever give them my business!
I agree the service department is the worst. I have had more than one bad experience. One being I made an appointment at 8 am, they didnt even get to it until after lunch. It was after 3 pm when they were done. Sitting there the whole time . 180 mile round trip. I have had nothing but bad service for 3 years and counting. Thinking about buying the new all electric Cadillac lyriq. Good ol GM always great service and more dealers ( service ).
Did a recent test drive, they are great!Very friendly and understanding. If I could afford to buy or trade in right now, I would definitely do it for every other reason possible.I will come back if I ever get the chance to be ready.
I scheduled an appointment to take delivery about one week out. I jumped through so many hoops to ensure that the car was paid for. I sold my car. Fewer than 24 hours prior to my appointment, I get a call saying my car isnt even there. They dont even know when it is going to be there. I told them that I dont have a car now, because I sold mine, and they told me that they did not have a loaner for me. The product might be good, but the service leaves SO much to be desired.
I basically stopped at the store to see if they could give me an idea on what reservation list Im at and when I might expect my vehicle. It was not a shopping experience just a quick stop in so I dont think I should be reading the store since I was there for such a short time
Just picked up our vehicle, a little wait but good things take time, right? Thank you Kim for the great customer service! She helped us with the set-up, took the time to walk us through the ins and outs of our car and answered all our questions (even the dumbest ones), wonderful experience overall.
Very welcoming no pressure show room! I wish all auto sales were like this.
Stephen was great and very helpful with all my questions. Thanks much
Great customer service. Was able to squeeze me in the same day.
Horrible experience. When you spend that much money on a vehicle, you expect to be treated with consideration. How Tesla expects to get repeat business is beyond me.
I was looking at the model y and model 3. I started with y and then m3 when i went back to y the sales lady locked it up. So i just went home. I can order online. Great cars if you could really look them over.
Felt as if I was bothering them!! No worries will take my business elsewhere!!
Excellent service. Joel is the best . Very friendly and helpful
Tesla customer service living up to its reputation. I requested a service that the app said would take an hour. I requested confirmation of the time required, was told it would actually be about 4 hours. I told them I have a flight to catch at 2:40, so I bumped up the appointment to 9:30am thinking this would be plenty of time.Upon arrival, we were told it would be done today. By the way, we had to drive in from Arizona which is why I was confirming timeframes. With our morning now free, we had a nice test drive of a Mach E. Besides acceleration and the charging network, a better put together car all around. Deposit placed.
Great test drive experience today! Made and confirmed the appointment online and met with Joshua who was my advisor and did an awesome job showing me the features of the Model Y. No pressure toward purchasing me to a purchase on site, just respectful, educational and helpful! Would come again and now interested in owning a Tesla in the future.
My experience with the service center has been pretty bad. They really emphasize (and force) you to use the communication in the app, but they don’t monitor that communication, and they do not respond to any communication in the app.Their not responding to my inquiries in the app (for days) have led to me wasting time and Lyft ride monies with my car sitting on their lot not getting worked on.Tesla is FAR from having its service center act together.I think that doing the service through the app has potential, but there are large holes in the system now, and there is little choice offered to the consumer... It feels more Ike they use the app to direct the cattle, with little choice for the cattle (we being the cattle). For instance, when scheduling the appointment the app, my choices were limited to different times in the morning of one day only. No option for another day, or an afternoon appointment on that day.Needs work Elon!
Talk to Karen in Las Vegas. I promise shes not a Karen. YKWIM
Agonizingly slow and poor service. It took 72 hours for the service center to replace my windshield and tires, something that should’ve taken less than 12hours. They did not update me on the expected timeline until late in the day, which made planning difficult. Also, when I picked up my car it had less charge than when I dropped it off - poor service.
Awesome Mini RV. Doesnt feel like n RV. Friendly Staffing
Had a tire going bald and they had me in and out in 90 minutes without an appointment. Further confirmation of why I bought my model X! Concierge level service. Other tire places wanted to make us wait 5 hours because they didnt stock the size we needed. It cost us more but so worth it!!
Rey 5 star 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 awesome service thanks! Awesome customer service from Jonathan (East Sahara location)
My car has been in service nearly a month..ps staff doesnt treat the black folks well at all smh
Great customer service and they offered me a loaner tesla model 3.
Friendly sales rep. Helped me out with my order.
I LOVE Tesla. Extremely clean, professional, will mannered, welcoming environment. No one is pushy and are very patient too assist you with any and every question without feeling like an idiot if you dont know about Tesla. Thank you Alyssa. Great employee.
Cant get anyone on the phone. Service dept left a dent on my car and wont return messages after giving me back my car with less than 1/2 the charge (imagine if BMW did that). The only time anyone at this location helped me was when I wanted to buy a car- the minute they handed me the keys its been a nightmare.
Stopped by with my wife to look at a Model 3 & Model Y but they had no cars on the show floor. All I got was no we have no cars on the show floor.Heres a concept for the next person, how about asking if they would want to schedule a test drive?? They remind me of a Toyota dealership with the attitude of If you dont buy a car the next person will. Also should be a little more helpful since Tesla quality is becoming a big problem.
Excellent sales representative customer service 👍
Just wait until you need service or maintenance.Service department here is a train wreck. They dont communicate. They dont have loaners. They cancel appointments. They take several attempts to get anything done. They make you wait in the parking lot. Be prepared to explain things multiple times. The manager, Julio, is argumentative and apathetic. Seems to really hate his job and takes it out in the customers. Such a shame.
The Tesla Service Department at 7077 W Sahara Ave in Las Vegas is the worst that I have ever experienced. They (1) stole my wireless community gate opener and Oakley sunglasses bag from my car, (2) dinged the hood of my pristine Tesla Model S, (3) left dirt and gravel on both front floor mats, (4) didn’t keep my 9:00 am appointment and only started work on my car at 12:28 pm (after they texted me to get my car PIN), (5) lied about not having loaner cars but gave one to a White person who arrived 30 minutes after me, (6) charged me $248 to replace a 12 volt battery even though my car has only 4257 miles on it, and (7) crushed my electronic car key so hard that two switches inside the key broke through the plastic case. Finally, they did not replace the recalled 8GB eMMC multimedia card, which was the primary reason that I brought the vehicle in for service.
If you want to buy one go for it Im all in electronic cars, but you should know youll get the worst service possible. Tesla will not take good care of your car once you got it. We went to fix our Tesla and got the car back messy and unfixed ( after they charger over 20k to fix it). We brought the car back and they promised they fixed it this time but then we got on the car, started driving and all the alarms came up, we couldnt take full control on the car while driving. When we got back to Tesla they told us they will fix it, but now we are scared to take the car .Also all the things I had in my car are gone.
Great! Joshua is great to work with. We ordered a Model Y!
Love the car worst customer service I have dealt with in any aspect of my life. Left 3 voicemails because they didn’t answer and had to go into the store to get my question answered. Their excuse was they were too busy with orders that they couldn’t return my call. Made me understand that once they sold the car to me I was not important any longer. I asked for a direct number to them and they gave me the exact same number I had been calling with no answer but we will try to get to you if you leave a message. Again love the car but could not be more disappointed at the customer service aspect.
Very courteous service department. First tome in so didnt know what to expect. They offer a ride or Uber credit. Everything went smooth. No complaints.
Josh was awesome! Great experience buying a car. Would highly recommend him if you are looking!
I hadnt been to a Tesla showroom before but I can honestly say it was such a different experience from visiting any other car dealership. We were greated politely and allowed to check out the models that were on the showroom floor. Absolutely zero pressure. I guess it helped that the model X we wanted was two months out. I was just disappointed that they have any Model Xs available for a test drive. Maybe next time.
Bad experience from the beginning, questioned my aged, and felt like i was questioned in which i was able to afford the vehicle. Wont go back to the Vegas Tesla, looking out of state.
I have been researching electric vehicles in anticipation of needing a new car in the future. Found myself in the area after running errands and contacted Tesla online, hoping to schedule a test drive. After initial questions were answered, customer service contact checked and found local Tesla Store had test driving openings and told me to walk in to Store for help. I was greeted by a woman named Jaymee who said to wait for a few minutes while a Model 3 car (the car I am interested in) was brought to the front for my test drive. Jaymee explained due to Covid, no one could go with me, I would have to drive on my own. I had some trepidation, but Jaymee went through information on the navigation screen, how to use the key card, etc. I had 20 minutes to complete driving, so headed out on busy, rush hour street. After more than a mile, took to side roads, so I could slow down for a better feel of the car, and check out some of the on board options for myself. Turned on heater and radio and checked out back up and side view cameras. Never had a navigation system or cameras before. Jaymee greeted me upon my return, asked about my experience and if I had any more questions.I decided to order one, based on my experience and desire to go from Hybrid (past 17 years with Honda Insight) to full electric. She again answered all my questions and provided her work email in case I had more. She went thru what to expect as they built my Tesla and tasks I had to complete before contactless delivery.Never felt the wheeling and dealing pressure I had when I purchased a new car in the past. Decided to go for all the features and options I wanted and am in the process of getting insurance (my almost 20 year auto insurance company does not insure Tesla). Looking forward to completing the processes and having my car delivered to my home. The Tesla Store had lots of clients coming and going and several representatives helping them, as well as a greeter to provide information. I do suggest making a test drive appointment online, so you dont have to wait long. I was lucky hitting The Store before the after work rush.Enjoy the full experience and dont forget to ask your questions.
Friendly and knowledgeable staff, all ready to help. Even during the pandemic picking up my car they made it feel like a really special experience. Absolutely nothing like other typical dealerships.
Its fun place to visit and play with shiny things and they are very friendly on the sales floor, but if you already bought the car and need a service or repair, then its a different story. My car has been sitting in their parking lot waiting for diagnosis for a week now and the service staff is telling me that they have no idea how long it will take. I wish Tesla would hire more people to provide decent service for their clients, but seems to me they just dont give a damn.
Great place for service and purchase
Great staff, great cars! Had fun test driving a model 3
It is obvious that Tesla makes a great car. This was my first opportunity to compare the Model S, Model X, and Model Y between each other. I always believed the Model X and Model Y were almost identical. When looking at them both, side-by-side, it was grossly apparent how different they are. My wife quickly identified her favorite and I would have to agree.Arriving at the store was a little awkward as it became obvious to the sales person that I was in research mode. It was weird that the sales person didnt seem to want to help the process along. He would only answer question if directly asked. He rarely divulged information unless we asked. It was obvious that he didnt see $$$ with us as he kept finding excuses to go back inside the store, leaving us alone in the car.Im having a hard time saying this, because I love Tesla and all they stand for, but their sales model is all wrong. Tesla could be selling more cars if they had decent sales structures in place. Buying a car online is not a very effective way to sell cars, especially when people have very little access to the cars before hand. Most people who buy cars online have spent some time with a similar model and have decided to buy because of their experience and research time. Having access to these cars is very important! In the end, Tesla cars are amazing and are changing the future of the automotive world. We enjoyed our time looking at these vehicles, and will need to spend more time looking before we find the right used model. Too bad that wasnt an option when working with the sales man, otherwise, we would have driven home in one today.
Amazing place, really nice staff. I have officially and proudly joined the Tesla cult :)
I am extremely disappointed. Disappointed in the level of professionalism I have experienced with Christina Alava on the Energy Resolutions team. She was rude and demeaning to me. I request some form of compensation for the extreme steps I had to make just to pay for my solar panels. Christinas response was that the use of the solar panels up until this date should be compensation enough. In reality, it is no compensation at all as I am paying cash for the system. The tone in which I was spoken to felt almost as if I was being scolded/insulted by a parent.I am a huge fan of Tesla but based off of this experience I cannot say I can recommend getting solar. I wouldnt put how I feel on my friends. If we would like to discuss this further please contact me. Otherwise, please review the last call I have had with Christina Alava to determine if she is qualified to be in the position she is in.
Chill staff, great support and help, test driving was quick and easy and the disclosures as well.
Everyone was friendly and helpful. Had an issue while on a trip. In and out in 2 hours. Definitely would recommend
Wonderful people, helpful, and got you behind the wheel quickly.
We had an incredible experience purchasing our Tesla. We will never not own one.
Easy to find, fast and friendly tesla service !!
Worst dealership in the history of automobiles. Returned my Tesla 3 months ago after they sold me a damaged vehicle with HOLES in the tires and let me drive off the lot in that condition. Purchased FSD on a credit card after purchase and still havent refunded 8700 dollars after 3 months. Called the dealership 20 times and they say someone will call me back to issue a refund but never do. Absolute SCAM of a dealership and reflects horrificly on Tesla as a brand. Never buy a car from this dealership.
I was out of town from Washington and there was no service appointments for 10 days but they got me in the next day and fixed my suspension . Thanks for all your help you guys are awesome !!! Thanks Heather for all your help !!!
Went to showroom to see the cars, which appear to have the cool factor. Everything about the Model 3 seemed flimsy, made with poor quality. Rubber seal on the Model 3 door was falling apart, NOT OK ON A $40K car. The Model S had poorly aligned doors as well. They are fast cars, but overall, not impressed at all by their build quality.
Not worth buying Tesla. Spend 2 weeks going through the process and buying insurance only to have them not do what they say and then try to keep my money claiming non-refundable. Can’t even get a call back, they only do email and texts.
Worst company Ive ever dealt with. Their communication is non-existent. You cant get anyone on the phone. Their emails are all generic. You cant get a question answered. I drove 2 hours for a service appointment and couldnt get a loaner car so I had to drive 2 hours home. I had an appointment and they said they wouldnt even look at the car for 3 days (plus the weekend means 5). Why do I have an appointment? What am I supposed to do with no car for a minimum of 5 days? They dont care. No one at Tesla cares. Id rather deal with Comcast, United Airlines, and the IRS. Tesla is that bad.
Horrible experience. Long story short they are unable to issue an online registration for Nevada, and you cant make an appointment for an in person in Nevada b/c the DMV is that inefficient. I could have just registered my car in Florida as I have my main home there but they said Nevada would be easier, dont fall for that as its totally untrue. So I just paid 105k for a car that once the temp tags are up in a few weeks I cant drive b/c Tesla and the DMV arent in sync, and they talked me out of the easy solution of just registering it in Florida. The attitude at this store is too bad so sad you took delivery, theres nothing we can do. Enjoy your 105K paperweight. I literally have no recourse but to stand in line on a Saturday which Ive been told is a crapshoot to begin with as the line starts at 6am.Something tells me had I bought a Range Rover or Porsche getting license plates wouldnt have been an issue at all.
Brandon Driver was our salesperson at Tesla, and did an excellent job of taking care of us and our wish to buy our fourth Tesla. Although he seemed young, his presence and knowledge led me to believe he was the sales manager there. Competent, thorough, and accommodating to our every need. He is a consummate professional. If you are thinking of buying one of these incredible cars, please ask for him. You will not regret it.Rick
Cash ready to buy a Tesla came in at 6:45 and they didn’t wanna help or let us test drive
Best cars you will ever drive.
Had the pleasure of being assisted by Denzel and it couldn’t have been a more pleasant experience. He was very informed on all of the Tesla products and services. He was patient and had no problem answering our seemingly cyclical questions. We purchased a Tesla that day and we are very appreciative for having done so under the guidance of Denzel. Tesla, you have a great employee!
Cant believe how well we were treated here. I wasnt judged at all based on how I look. I dont wear designer clothing and I have a mohawk but that didnt discourage the salesman from speaking with me. I absolutely love my S75D, its a total base model with the upgraded wheels and thats all I need, I love the car so much!
Very friendly...answered any questions...but would have liked the rep to give more information about the car
My car was running without a problem until I did the latest firmware update. After the update, my car lost all audio function. Therefore, I took my car to the service center and let them take a look at it. They told me my audio system had reached the limit on lifespan and it just happened to be at the same time as i finished the update. And I was like “what!?....really!?🧐”. Despite such tale, they wanted to charge me $1,645.13 to replace the audio system plus additional diagnosis and labor ($175 hourly) fees. I understand my car is not under warranty, but my car’s audio was running without a problem before the latest update. Tesla should fix this issue regardless my car is under warranty or not. I contacted the Tesla corporate office and spoke to a couple agents, no help they told me to contact the store managers. And of course the store manager wouldn’t want to fix the issue and take responsibilities for it, and the other manager didn’t even bother to call back after the voicemails I left her. This has to be the worst place I’ve ever dealt with. Period
Tesla Service is the worst service department on the face of earth. The team acts like they are helpless to provide basic service, they return your car dirty and with several parts still not working, they dont even have an actual phone line if their highly broken app doesnt work. And theres no accountability here, the team will encounter a problem and respond with something along the lines of yeah, I wish we could help you man... As soon as you buy the car, they ditch out on any support and service options are basically non-existent. I have no idea how they plan to grow to the size of other major manufacturers if they continue to treat service like a side feature instead of literally the most important part of owning a car.So my car is back from the shop, dirtier than it was when I dropped it off, with the door AND window now newly non-functional (As in, they both worked before I dropped them off) and then they tell m its my job the navigate their obstacle course of inventory because they cant find the key to the car they parked in front of my parking space. And when I realize they havent even fixed everything, the app doesnt even let me get in contact with them.Trust me, I want to love my car. But this clown show at the ground level of Tesla makes me resent my ride. I have a Lexus, and theyve NEVER been this far from the mark. Tesla cant pretend to be a competitor (their words at the sales pitch, not mine), and then not even have a service line. Hiding behind broken app functionality to alleviate responsibility to your customers, its a scummy practice. So yeah, dont buy anything here until youve asked a good friend with a car from them: how is service? Watch your friend grimmace.
You can’t call and actually speak to someone. I’ve been trying for an hour to reach anyone...:sales, service, or parts. No one answers!! I would never but from this dealership. It’s a shame they’re my only option for repairs. Awful awful awful!! I wish I could give them zero stars.
Test drove the new model y. Ordered one, they are very roomy. Extremely quiet and very powerful.
Worse experience ever. Brought my model X for service because the door wasn’t working after they charged $500 for repair they called me to pick it up in my busy 7 days a week working schedule I came down and paid for repair and dang she walks me up to the car and car had the same problem meaning they didn’t even tested it before they call and say car is ready then asked for manager to speak with she said there is no manger this is unacceptable and I hope Tesla look into this.Update: they’ve made it right. Thank you
Excellent visit and test drive. Leasing signage at front desk is misleading. You will not get that pricing. FYI, it is before taxes and if you live in another state. Still considering getting the Tesla though.
Heather and mike went out of their way to make sure that I was taken care of. I can’t thank Tesla service Las Vegas enough for being so accommodating and educational throughout my entire visit. Thank you guys so much!
On Friday, 8/30/19 my friend visited Tesla with the intention of purchasing a new car. Because his credit wasn’t great, I agreed to co-sign to help him. Between the two of our incomes combined, we make nearly a quarter of a million dollars a year — the financials should have been a shoe-in.Upon arriving to Tesla, we were greeted by a shoddy and deceptive salesman named Brandon (tall white male, short black hair). Brandon advised my friend that with me as a co-signer, we would easily be approved. He point blank told my friend to sell his current car immediately so that he could put a down payment down, and so my friend did just that — SOLD HIS CAR. During this interaction Brandon was unresponsive, we had explicitly asked him to call us with information, and he instead would only text us. At a point we had returned to the dealership and he ignored us while helping an older couple (our guess is that he thought he had a done deal with them and valued their time more than ours.) Aside from all of this, during the entire process Brandon put constant pressure on us to sell the old car before 4PM and to push the paperwork through just so he could go home on time — that’s the opposite of an accommodating experience. We felt rushed, uncomfortable, and pressured. We filled out the requisite paperwork and were informed that the process would be complete today (8/31/19). Tesla called us an informed us they wouldn’t be able to process the loan because my friend had poor credit. Not sure what the point of the of co-signing at that point. After this entire deceitful debacle, Tesla representatives refused to help us and refused to give our initial $2,500 deposit back immediately. Absolutely terrible customer service, what an awful way to represent Tesla.
Taylor J. was amazing. She helped me so much in getting my new Tesla X. She is always responsive, knowledgeable and gave great customer service. I couldnt be happier. Call and ask for her!
DO NOT buy a used car from Tesla. This has been the worst experience Ive ever had trying to buy a used car. They couldnt even get a car shipped from California to Nevada. The people who work at Tesla are completly incompetent at their jobs. Never again!Note: Tesla charged me a $500 shipping charge, never shipped the car, and refused to refund my money.
My cars touchscreen went out. Doing some research, I saw where it could be the 12V battery or the MCU. I put a service ticket in through the app (since you cannot call Service. If you do, the phone just rings and they wont pick up). Tesla Rangers earliest appointment was 2 weeks out, so I booked it.In the meantime, I called Service once more to see if they have the 12V battery and I would do it myself. Again, no answer. I have my wife call them, no answer. Mind you, this is during business hours. She finally found the right option to leave a message and lo and behold, I got a call back at the end of the day. I explain what is going on and they tell me to just wait for the Ranger.A week goes by and I am waiting for the Tesla Ranger to call me and schedule the time on the day, but no one ever calls. I then pop into the dealership and go directly to the counter where I ask about the battery and if they have one. They said yes, they do, but they advise against trying to do it myself or I could fry the wiring harness or something along those lines. I say ok, I will wait.A few more days go by and then I get a text from Tesla Service saying they recommend me to bring my car in even though I have an appointment with the Tesla Ranger at my residence. I call Sales in order to get to the Service and someone actually picked up this way!!! I ask them about the text and they say it for sure isnt the 12V battery and I need to bring it in on the same day the Ranger was going to come out, which was a Friday. So, I ask if I bring it in on Friday, how long before they actually get to the car? They tell me Monday. So, I ask why am I bringing it in on a Friday if you arent even going to look at it until Monday? We go back and forth and finally I say I want to speak with a Manager. They connect me to Marlin. We have a very long conversation. I told him that when I first got my Tesla Model S, they USED TO have great service. Now, you cant get in touch with anyone to speak with someone on the phone. You cant get a loaner (there is a loooong waiting list) and it just seems like everything is getting worse. My wifes experience with her Lexus is better than Tesla and they are half the cost!!!!So, I bring it in today (Monday morning), bright and early. I am there at 0800. The lady walking around from service tells me to fill out the after-hours envelope, drop my keys in and park my car. Another guy is there today at the same time. He is filling out the same envelope. Now we are at 8:15 am. Why isnt the Service Department allowing us to walk in, go up to the front and reporting the issues like a normal dealership?!?! I am not impressed with Tesla these days!!!!! VERY UNHAPPY!!!!!
Great communication and quality service! seems like they were pretty busy, but that is to be expected considering its proximity to the nearest Tesla Service Center.
If you dont own one, get one. Ive owned over 50 vehicles in my life, and the Tesla is just amazing. It has its quirks, but what car doesnt? Theres so many things to say I love about mine, but Ill just leave you with a sample. Its 120 outside and I can have my car at 71 degrees while Im shopping for hours. Ive had other cars that tried, like a GLS63, but the Tesla does it perfectly.
Service department is poorly organized. Ive had my appointment pushed back from not having parts available twice. On the third time when I stopped in they had the parts available but told me it would be 3 days before they could look at the car. I asked to bring the car back in 3 days and they said Id lose my place in line. Since I needed my car (they only offer uber credits) I had to reschedule for 2 weeks later. Now, the day before the 4th scheduled appointment, I just received text saying they had to push my appointment back another week because they didnt have the parts. I text back asking what happened to the parts and they, of course, dont respond.Love the car but worst service out of all car dealers. Do not buy a Tesla if you expect a high service level, wont happen in Vegas.
We received great service from Brandon at Tesla. From the first time we walked in, to even a couple of months after the purchase of the car. He got us a test drive twice before we purchased to make sure it was what we wanted. He patiently answered all questions. After the purchase, he reached out to make sure we were happy with everything. And 2 months after, I went in to ask a question and he still remembered my name. Very personable and committed to customer satisfaction. Thank you Brandon for the great service!! You go above and beyond.
