Scott greeted us when we came in the door. He gave us the option of wearing a mask and immediately went into politicizing Covid-19 and calling it a fake virus. The rest of the experience was annoying from then on because he wouldnt shut up.. We walked out without buying a mattress because we were irritated. Rick sat behind the desk and barely acknowledged us. We will not return to this store.

I ordered a mattress online and it took too long to even be located (over 4 weeks!!) I was bummed because I was really excited about the mattress, however, I went into mattress firm and was pleasantly surprised at the quality of mattresses they had. The service was amazing. I felt very comfortable and I asked a million questions which were answered with great knowledge. I’m really happy with my purchase and it gets delivered next day! Hooray! I would highly recommend if you’re in the market for a new mattress.

BEWARE: Their 0% interest for 60 months will wreck your credit! I made it very clear I did not want to do anything that would greatly impact my credit and was assured their loan would not. Well that was not true! It showed up on my credit report as a MAXED OUT credit card and dropped my credit by 80 points! I have been denied a needed auto loan due to this and will never shop here again due to the lack of honesty. We were also recommended a firm mattress that we absolutely hate but they want another $350+ to exchange it for something else, but I dont want to give them another penny.

The individual I spoke with was very nice and efficient with my order request. I ordered on sunday online and received my order on tuesday of the coming week. Full size bed with a pillow and mattress protection and the foundation for less than $350. I dis forget to ask about a railing.

Leitha was very helpful and seemed to genuinely care about what my interests were in a mattress. Im so glad she suggested the adjustable base, its amazing what that small difference makes in your sleep. Getting used to the firmer tempur pedic has been a bit of an adjustment, but, Im on day 3 and Ive noticed Im starting to have longer periods of uninterrupted sleep and Im hoping the chronic back pain improves in time as well. Leitha definitely gets 4 stars for assistance, and follow up.

I bought a king beauty rest with the adjustable frame. I love my new bed.

Keegan did a great job finding me and my wife a comfortable mattress and I am very satisfied with the product.However, he also upsold us on an adjustable base by demonstrating the floor model with all the various features (massage, blue tooth, USB ports etc). It was neat, but we were happy to simply have the box spring to keep the price lower.When we went back to pay for the mattress, he told us he could get us a great deal on an adjustable base and it would only be a little more than the box spring due to some flash sale.We debated the pros and cons while sitting directly in front of him, talking about the various features being worthwhile even if we didn’t plan to use the head or foot elevation while sleeping. We pulled the trigger due to the impression we had of his floor model.What arrived was a very simple adjustable base that only elevated the head area. Effectively, the thing we second least wanted from the features we were shown. Unfortunately, they have a strict no-return policy on the bases, (even though ours is slightly defective) and the best they offered was for us to pay the (exorbitant) difference in price to upgrade to higher end model.If he hadn’t pushed the adjustable base, or had simply made clear what features we were getting, he would have gotten 5 stars from me, but now I’m stuck having paid for a product I didn’t really want and is somewhat defective.
