Amazing products at great prices. Walked into this store and Abel was so friendly and helpful in my search for a great mattress. Extremely satisfied with my purchase.

After putting off getting a mattress for along time we finally decided to stop in after breakfast. Kim was very friendly and welcoming. It didn’t take long for us to find the mattress we wanted and so we were pretty much in and out fairly quickly. I would definitely recommend shopping for a mattress here and if possible ask for Kim.

Alex, is very professional and willing to share experience and expertise. The bed after a week appears to be all that was claimed, comfortable and supportive, time will tell!,will be doing additional business with Alex, the negative is cost.Price fixing by manufacturer is very questionable, really a negative.

The manager Sims, was very convincing, not only with the choice of mattress, but also with the price😉 so I ended up purchasing a mattress & I am glad I did! Let me just say, Alex is amazing! 16 years in the business and it shows. He is a very knowledgeable and likable guy. Not pushy at all but shows you all the options and just wants to make sure you are happy with your mattress. Overall very pleasant experience! Lately I wake up feeling like an 80 year old woman with back pain. It was time for a new mattress! The first store that my fiancé and I went to was this location. Abel was amazing! He was friendly, honest, and mindful of our price range and what we were looking for in a mattress. He never once pressured us into buying anything that we didn’t want to. We can’t wait for our new bed to come home! Highly recommend this place if you are looking for a new bed. It’s worth the investment.

Dont buy from this company. They have the worst sleep trial and return policy in the business. I didnt realize it until after my purchase was complete unfortunately. Learn from my mistake. I had to look it up on their website because it was not even on my receipt. There are so many mattresses you can buy with a risk free sleep trial, not this 20% restocking fee, plus $99 delivery fee nonsense. Youve been warned.

Alex the store manager is AMAZING! He is so knowledgeable about all of the products they offer. Easy guy to talk to. No pressure and he’s super patient and attentive while also giving you space to roam around. We were walking around laying on all of the beds. It was a very comfortable environment and experience. Alex was very nice. He was so patient with me and my family when we came into the store. At first I did not know which kind of mattress I wanted. Originally I was only looking. In the end I bought a brand new bed and could not be happier. I definitely will shop at his store and would recommend anyone to come visit and shop at his store on Grand Canyon and Flamingo. He was able to get a delivery date the next day for me. Delivery was also very good. I think Alejandro was the lead for delivery. The link to track when my bed would be arriving is also great. Even though they gave me a window time frame I did not need to wait around the whole 2 hours. I could see when I was next and be available when they arrived. They delivered on time. There was a minor issue with one of my items and Alex was quick to fix the issue. So I ended up buying some new pillows when I went to the store as well. It will be my first night sleeping on my new king plush pillow top beauty sleep pressure smart bed. But so far I can already say it is so comfortable and my biggest complaint may be not wanting to get out of bed.

Tonight we went to the Mattress Firm on Grand Canyon and Flamingo. Alexander was one of the most kind and helpful salesmen we’ve ever had while purchasing a mattress. He was extremely patient with my difficult mother who was very indecisive. He helped us get the best mattress that suits her needs and I look forward to come back to get myself a new one. If you’re looking for a mattress, make sure Alexander is working or you’re missing out!

Mattress buying can be a very nerve wracking and overwhelming experience with all the different types of mattresses out there nowadays, but the store manager Alex was a great help in educating me. In fact, it took me two trips to this Mattress Firm on Flamingo, and lots of questions, before I finally made my choice, but he was very patient and made me feel comfortable.

We purchased a queen mattress here for our casita in 2017 and knew we would return to Mattress Firm when we needed a new king mattress. The customer service was already great, but in these times of social-distancing and masks, the team was at an even higher level. They are very knowledgeable about the product and answered all the questions we had. They made every effort to make our purchase and delivery go smoothly.
