Just left there with a client and no one acknowledged us. A heavyset older woman came around the corner to see who came in, us, and turn around and walked away. She and another woman was helping someone else. My client felt we weren’t helped because we were black and decided to leave. My client was prepared to make a large order but has decided to go elsewhere.

Called to locate two specific fabrics. They tell me they have them both, but it would take about 5 mins to get from their back room. They tell me to head to the store but when i get there they are showing me all these different types of fabrics. I remind the sales person what i am looking for. She acts as she remembers, tells me to give her a few minutes while she goes to the back. Then comes back, tells me they dont sell it there. Horrible customer service ... obvisously untrained workers. Will never recommend to anyone.
