Ordered a Mattress from Mattress Firm and it was a very, pleasant experience! Duane really knows the products and how to treat his customers. He could even relate when I was going back and forth with bed sizes due to my animals sleeping with me.A lot of the beds in the actual store are higher priced,but they can order from their catalog and find you something reasonable.I highly recommend Duane at Tropicana as your Salesman and dont forget a future problem.

Dwayne our salesman did an amazing job in explaining the different types of mattresses that were available, and went above and beyond of what would be reasonably be expected out of a sales person encounter. We bought the most amazing bed. Sealy Silver Hybrid Plush. Unbelievable. With the adjustable frame. I could not be happier with the service or the bed. Isaac was awesome and gave us a great deal. And believe me, I did my research.

A good place to look for a mattress. The memorial day sake had some good deals. Just make sure you take time to pick out a comfortable mattress. You will pay extra to return it for another one. The salesmen are friendly and are not high pressure. I paid 99.00 dollars 3 times to deliver and return Mattresses. I finally went somewhere else and was able to pick one up at the warehouse for free.

Great experience, wonderful value. I am moving here from California, from a 2 bedroom condo to a 4 bedroom house and needed a king mattress set and a queen mattress set. The cost of the 2 together a was a little more than I was hoping to spend. So, I was going to move forward with the king set and wait on the queen set. I needed a bed, and was wary of buying one online without trying it. Salesman Big Ben at this outpost was very helpful in showing me options that met my needs, and there were some great Black Friday deals.While I was initially turned off by the prices of the display mattresses, which were 4 figures, Ben steered me to the bed in a box deals I was looking for. While pricier than some online options, the Black Friday deal of a free base with my mattress was worth it to me, since I needed a frame/base also.I’m glad I didn’t buy something sight unseen, and also got more features than I would have known to even consider if I bought online (like cooling gel). This is my first time buying a mattress, and as much as I researched online I knew I needed to test out some mattresses in person to actually know what I’d like. So I went to Mattress Firm, had an awesome time trying out mattresses with a super knowledgeable and easygoing sales associate, Jaron (who never made me feel like he was trying to get a bunch of money out of me). When Jaron told me they would price match any offer I could find for the same product, I felt comfortable going ahead and buying a bed and base knowing I wouldn’t be overpaying for exactly the set that I want.Also side note: this is all during COVID so I thought it would be more difficult to come in and safely try out beds, but they’ve done their part to stay socially-distant and protect the beds and showroom from any cross-contamination.

I wanted to share my experience with purchasing a bed today at the Mattress Firm. Owen made the process very easy. He was very knowledgeable and gave me a lot of useful advise. We had a pretty good experience. We went in to get a mattress that we found online. Come to find out that they didnt have it in the store so it had to be ordered online. There was one guy in there that seemed to be kinda pushy to get one in the store. The other guy helped find it online and set up the order for us. He set up the delivery and made sure we we knew how the delivery worked and that they would give us a call. Over all it was a very good experience.

I bought a mattress from this company in mid 2016, by the start of 2020 the mattress has become noisy with body movement while sleeping on it and it also has sunk areas where one would sit often. Only lasted like 3 years and a bit, not a good value for a brand new mattress.

A little more than two years ago my friend was sold a mattress (we believe their in-house brand), box spring, and a special (i.e., expensive) mattress cover by an overbearing saleswoman. (Please note that the one thing she didnt sell her was a new frame.) After a few months the bed started sagging. Unfortunately, we were out of their not-so-free exchange period, and were told our only recourse was to file a warranty claim, which we started to do. However, their warranty claim requirements are very stringent, and we didnt quite meet them. So, being on a limited budget, and still paying for this mattress, we just kept it, hoping it wouldnt get any worse. It did. So, now meeting their strict warranty claim requirements, we filed a claim. To do so, we had to take photos of everything, including the frame, and forward it to the company.We were just turned down, stating that the frame didnt meet their requirements. As I mentioned before, the lady didnt push the frame, nor did she inform us that a deficient frame could void the warranty. When I tried to speak to the Regional Manager, they were very secretive, and less than helpful. As there are other companies out there, I would definitely recommend going elsewhere.

I bought my mattress in May of 2013. I was greeted at the door by Julian Carrasco. I browsed a few mattresses that were too difficult to get on because of my back, but discovered a Sealy Trust Hybrid that worked wonders. The price tag was too steep for my situation at the time. I finally approached Julian and told him that I was looking for a certain type of bed in a certain price range. Without hesitation he picked out a mattress along the wall that suited my needs and budget exactly. He was extremely Helpful and actually Listened to my needs. After careful consideration I felt that my health was worth investing in and let Julian know that I was interested in the more expensive mattress. Knowing my situation, he stepped away for some research and came back with an offer. It was still beyond my range, but he worked with me and the service and the product were unbeatable. The second I brought the bed home, my parents fell in love with it and went out to buy the California King, protector, pillows, and even adjustable base from the same location. I ran into a situation recently with the Protect-A-Bed protector I purchased and that company would not honor their warranty, but the moment I informed Mr. Fitzgerald at Mattress Firm they took care of my situation immediately and helped me continue to love my investment. I have had such a wonderful experience with every single associate here and even a year after purchasing my mattress they’ve provided top-notch customer service. This is where you want to buy your mattress. Quality and service you simply can’t beat!

The ladies in the store were great. Got a good deal on bed. They said they were giving me a deal on delivery fee from 79.99 to 49.99. Since I know how to read I read 79.99 is same day delivery. Since I couldnt get delivery until later in week because of hectic work schedule it was 49.99 regular. So wasnt a deal but you know whatever. The buying it was a very painless experience. But once they had my money all professionalism went out the window. I had my delivery day set for Friday since thats only day Im home during their delivery time. I go to office in my complex to pay rent but my mother was at home. She heard doorbell goes downstairs no one there. 6 mins after I missed a call from a number I call back and get no answer. Get to door notice that theres a note stating I missed bed delivery guys. I call the mattress firm I bought bed from, they said theres no way to get bed today. I can get it tomorrow. Seeing how Friday is only day Im home during delivery time Ill have to wait another week. But really what upsets me is the manager Lyndsay tried acting like its my fault. Said I shouldve been here. But someone was here they answered the door. Delivery men didnt even wait long enough to see if someone would answer. Pay $800 for a product, and professionalism and them doing right by their customer wasnt a big priority. Very nice and professional when trying to get your money. Once they get it. Good luck. I wont be a return customer to mattress firm

Went in the store today to browse what they had to offer. I was greeted by Bernice who was AWESOME. Dont let her small size fool you. Shes a pistol who knows her mattresses. Gave us huge discounts on everything off their already low prices. If you are cheap like me you just want a mattrees that is supportive without all of the bells and whistles. They had a memory foam mattress with no springs for $398 including a box spring ($308 without box spring). Trust me: ask about this mattress. IT IS SIMPLY AMAZING. Plus if you buy a pillow there, 75% of that purchase with go to pancreatuc cancer research. Great service

The salesmen was great helping me fix a,problem. But the store is way overpriced for garbage mattresses never I repeat never go to Mattress Firm for anything.
